The property was amazing , perfect size for a couple. it was excellent clean n neat, location is extraordinary is a few steps and u are onto the main square ,excellent area , the host are amazing and caring with lots of tips n info,if required. the kitchen is also fully equipped with dishwasher,oven ,stove, utensils, washing machine ,iron board cloths rack, and above all the jacuzzi is super after a tiring days excursions . will definitely recommend for stay in the heart of prague, fell in love with city because of the stay it just perfect. !!!

could not find the dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent. we had to buy from the grocery store .

Very spacious, plenty of storage, washer/dryer, useful kitchen, nice check-in, very comfortable bed. Amazing location, close walking distance to most sites. There is an elevator, no steps needed. The check-in person was kind enough to wait for us despite our arrival outside their usual reception hours.

Curtains don't totally block out the light, there is a smell of stale cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking property. To be fair, we requested that there be no scented air fresheners used, that might have otherwise helped. The hot water in the shower goes cold for about 15 seconds once every couple of minutes. There are renovations currently being done on another part of the building, so you can hear occasional drilling (sometimes between 7:00-8:00 AM.)

So many things to like about this property. The location cannot be beat! It was comfortable, clean, and the jacuzzi tub was a nice unexpected feature. Check in/out was easy, super fast communication from host, building is private and relatively quiet compared to some ally's at night in Prague. I will stay here again if I make it back, highly recommend!

The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to stay longer

It is a very spacious studio in prime location by the main square. The building has a very impressive period facade and the entrance with mirfrored walls. Communication with the letting agency was good, they quickly replied to my message.

The kithcen could have better equipment. There aren't essential items like cutting board, bread knife, toaster.

- The apartment is in an incredible location that nonetheless remains quiet - The employee who met us at the property was extremely friendly - There is plenty of storage space for your belongings

- The spring bed was quiet loud - Instructions on how to operate the jacuzzi bath would have been appreciated - The WiFi could be stronger

Fantastic location just behind Tyn Church. Place has all convenience and comfort, very nice kitchen, bathroom is modern and having washing machine a big plus. It's a big apartment. Staff is great, whenever there was little issue such a hairdryer not working they quickly replaced it. There is also cleaning every three days which was great. Definitely will be back.

The apartment’ excellent location, with a lift, in a quiet street just around the corner from the main town square. We had no trouble making phone contact upon our arrival in Prague and were met and made welcome at the apartment by friendly staff who explained everything necessary. The provision of a short list of cafe and restaurant suggestions (we tried a number) was a nice touch and we would certainly recommend ‘The Spot’ for perhaps the best breakfast presentations you will find. We would certainly recommend this very clean, neat and tidy apartment.

Location… location…location…. Staff were also very helpful. Office/main reception is close to the apartment. It is one bedroom apartment but has a sofa bed to accommodate more than 2 people.

Air con in the unit is not sufficient. During peak summer it gets really hot.

Location is very center of old Prague, bath is great, kitchen is well-equipped. The hostess was polite and staff was available on the phone when needed.

I am used to fiber internet at my home, so internet was a bit slow but not crazy slow, just could have been better. Also had to restart router manually once to make it work at bearable standard, I also notified staff about it.

Location was fantastic. Just around the corner to the Old Square. Good shower, warm and bed was comfortable.

No separate bedroom so when sharing with friends you will be sleeping in the same room as them, therefore nowhere comfortable to sit in the evening except a kitchen table. Still the location outweighs this.
