Very clean, very comfortable, very pretty and had everything I needed, except air conditioning but it did have a fan so that's good! The staff were friendly and communication was good. I arrived very late and they were very accommodating. The location is perfect - it's close to everything but just far enough from the centre so it's quiet.

The apartment was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It's in a great location and any noise from the streets can easily be blocked out with earplugs. Good sized space for a couple and no issues with the apartment itself, we'd love to stay again in the future.

Our only recommendation would be that when checking in to be given the code for the glass door as well as the fob as on the second night the fob stopped working so we had to call the out of hours manager who then gave us the code to get in. Not a major negative point but this issue can be proactively counteracted.

This room was perfect and quite quaint. My teen daughter was in love with the boutique feel of the place. Everyone was polite and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the location was perfect. Overall this was a great find!

I never like the costs of our current inflationary period. Even Prague is becoming pricey, but that's not the fault of this hotel.

The room was very pretty and had everything one would need (though the shower gel and shampoo were 2 in 1 which may bother some people, but was fine for me). I had a small issue with the room, but it was solved immediately (just a little maintenance work needed on the shower). The staff was very friendly and professional. I overall enjoyed the stay and so did my family. The location was simply perfect and easy to navigate to when coming back to the hotel after all-day sightseeing. There was no AC in the room, but the fan was sufficient as the room didn't get too hot even with 34C outside. I saw there are heaters for wintertime, though, so no need to worry about that either. The staff speaks very good English and is really there to help. There was no issue with leaving the bags after check-out or with requesting a taxi via them. The place itself may be a little tricky to find as it's inside of the restaurant with the same name, but no worries, really--just enter the restaurant and ask about the reception desk. The check-in at the hotel ends at 7pm, but after that hour you can pick up your keys elsewhere, so no need to stress out. Important note: the place asks for online check-in beforehand, so don't be surprised when asked for that! Also, city tax can be paid by card upon arrival, not just cash.

Despite the comments I've found, the area was actually pretty noisy at night. It would be wise to take earbuds if you're sensitive to noises--all caused by tourists roaming around.

There was actually no view on our room since the hotel is located in a small alley, what satisfied us most is the cleanliness of the place, the beds and floor are superb, it exceeded our expectation regarding neatness and the bathroom is well sanitized. They clean the whole room and change linens and towels everyday without extra charge. Ofcourse the staffs were very helpful, i was first skeptic but they tried to explain everything well.

We were absolutely blessed with 29degree heat but unfortunately there was no Air conditioning which meant it was very warm in the rooms

Noise at night from drunks and misbehaving tourists. Had to have windows open because the room was very hot to keep it ventilated. The waiter at breakfast did not give us 10% discount until I asked about it. The receptionist (long hair, long nails) seemed bothered when we ask if we can keep our suitcases in the hotel after check out. Very impersonal, no smile, almost an attitude.

The room was very large and included 2 double beds, sofa, TV, dining table and four chairs. It was located on the third floor and had to walk up so quite steep steps. We didn’t see a lift. The room was very hot as we went at the start of June, there was air con but it didn’t seem to do much so relied on opening the windows. It was also quite noisy from the room, with people shouting around from the street. However, this is due to its great location. You are about a 3 min walk to the central square where there are plenty of food and coffee options.

If you want to experience life in the 18th century and live its spirit, I can say that this is the place to stay. Its location and proximity to the square are already indisputable. You suddenly feel like you are in history. Since the building was built years ago and is still preserved, there are of course some shortcomings in the facility you are staying in. You should ignore these. You should just enjoy your stay in a historical building. Having luxurious expectations would be against the spirit of this structure anyway. In my opinion, all the conditions are quite normal and as they should be. Even entering the hotel after a certain hour with the exterior key given to you and opening the door yourself can make you feel like you are living in those past times. If you like these feelings, I can say that you should use this facility with your eyes closed. Thank you for everything!
