Beautiful design, clean, sound system, Breakfast. location

the room was not prepared as agreed before via bookincocom chat. It was clearthat was a specialoccasion. The drain in the shower was blocked what make it to flood the bathroom. I had to suggested to the reception to offering me a new room. ( I was expecting her to do that.) I also expected someone to help me with the room move.. I'm disappointed.

BreaKfast was fabulous, great service and nice hotel. We loved our room and the location of the hotel was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. They have passes for the big gym down the street which is only a 5 minute walk and the gym was huge and had everything.

The 4 poster bed had some feet that stuck out and we both nailed our toes getting in and out of the bed several times. This might not affect others but it sure did for us!

We loved our stay in the Buddha-Bar hotel!! We chose it because of the spacious rooms, the unique decor & the late breakfast (which was a lovely treat)! When we arrived the hotel staff were just amazing, from Hana & Irina’s help organising a surprise for my husband (bottle of champagne on arrival with a lovely cake & the room set up lovely), to our warm welcome from the ladies & David & Honza and the great service from Diane at breakfast! We throughly enjoyed our stay & would return next time we’re in Prague! The hotel is also 5 mins from the Old Square & a perfect spot to just go out exploring from with loads of comfort when you need to come back & recharge! The bed was huge & super comfortable and the surround sound system was pretty amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect location, close to main attractions, Old Town and outlet shopping mall Spacious room. Great en-suite bathroom. Powerful shower and massive bath tub. Large TV Good breakfast

Wedding anniversary. Staff clearly not read advanced email - had to ask for drinks. A few small spots of blood on sheets. Bed mattress has a thick topper which gets ridiculously hot after lying on it for a few minutes. Room service completely missed on first day - reason "sorry we are busy". In-room telephone not working. Reception aware but not concerned "most rooms don't work" Local Taxes not explained at check-in. Hotel will take £200 deposit in lieu of these. Re-payment is very slow

Minor complaint , my partner and I ordered breakfast , both breakfasts turned up and were incorrect , tho only mentioned one which was rectified , not really an issue .

initial room assigned to us did not have a shower (only a bathtub), but the hotel changed our room to a very nice one with both, without hesitation

The room was an excellent size and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is walking distance to most of central Prague, and has an Asian theme. The Buddha Bar is below the hotel but there was no noise.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, exceptional location just steps from the major attractions, very kind staff and impeccable cleanliness. The room was spacious and equipped with every comfort.

The superior room was very comfortable, really quiet, no noise at all, the bathroom is amazing, the TV as well and there is a big desk to work. I got a very good and interesting price through Booking for a last minute réservation during the Easter break👍 I really appreciated to finally Have Time for breakfast as it’s possible to Have breakfast until 1pm I think. We don’t have to set the alarm clock on vacation and we can stay in bed longer.

The deposit at check-in is way too expensive! Also we got the same song during breakfast for the three days I Have spent there! That’s really unacceptable in a 5 star hotel. I didn’t find the staff at reception friendly. The bed was not perfect at all : hair under the sheets and make-up stains on one pillow.
