First of all, the hotel is super welcoming when you check in. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and you can tell they put effort into the little details. Our room was spacious, had everything we needed (It doesn't have an iron, but you can request one at the front desk and they deliver it to your room). It was very quiet, the beds were comfy and the facilities were clean. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from most attractions. Breakfast was phenomenal and had a great variety. I highly recommend you try eating dinner at the hotel's restaurant, too. During our stay, there was an opera dinner which the hotel suggested we'll attend. It was definitely worth the money and I can't recommend it enough. Grand Hotel Bohemia is definitely the best hotel we've stayed in. I'm grateful for them providing us with such a memorable experience.

Everything was fantastic! This hotel operates at a high level of customer service, no doubt about it. The staff, the rooms and the food were so enjoyable and pleasing. It really enhanced our visit to Prague. The hotel is centrally located in Old Town, and you can walk just about anywhere from it. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping are all minutes away, with a courteous hotel staff there to guide you. The rooms are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff kept them clean and well-maintained. The breakfast served was a very nice combination of hot & cold buffet style, as well as other ordered items off the menu. The staff do a great job seating and getting you your food and beaverage in a prompt manner. The airport transfer service is another great bonus! For a very reasonable charge, you are greeted at the airport, whisked off to the hotel, and provided a very professional, kind and courteous service by a great individual from the hotel. He will not disappoint! Overall, I would consider this a great choice for anyone visiting Prague. Thank you Grand Hotel Bohemia for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will return again!

Perfect location in the very heart of the old town, ideal for exploring the city. The hotel is tastefully decorated in a charming, classic style. Breakfast was excellent – varied and really delicious. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant. The lady at the entrance was very unfriendly. Coffee quality was inconsistent – one day we received an excellent cappuccino, the next day it was poor. When we politely asked for a cappuccino like the day before, she responded rudely, saying they were too busy and had no time. Even when we offered to pay extra, she reacted unpleasantly, mumbling something angrily in Czech and walked away. Eventually we got the cappuccino, but her behavior was unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

The hotel was very close to the centre, part of the Royal Way, but in a nice quiet area and we slept very well. The staff at the hotel are exceptional both before our trip and on a day-to-day basis. The breakfast is wonderful with both cold and hot buffet available even Prosecco if you desired for your breakfast.The hotel is very clean and has a wonderful smell as soon as you enter. The room was as expected fairly large and with a large comfortable bed. There is also a pillow menu so you get the type of pillow to suit your needs.

There wasn’t anything about the hotel that we didn’t like.

The best locations in Prague only 5 minutes walking distance to old town square, 15 minutes walking to Charles bridge, 15 minutes walking to the riverboats cruise and restaurants, bars, cafes, terraces open until midnight and only 5 minutes walking from the hotel, breakfast buffet lots of choices, restaurants served quality food, hotel staffs are helpful and friendly they even prolonged our checkout till 2pm for free instead of 12 because our flight are around 6pm

The hotel is beautiful. The room and especially the bed were comfortable. We kept somewhat unusual hours and our cleaning person worked discretely around that with a cheerful and professional manner. The breakfast was nice with excellent quality pastries and menu items to be ordered ala carte at no extra charge. The location is on a quiet street just minutes from the major tourist attractions.

We stayed four nights. One morning we had excellent cappuccinos made “by hand”. The other days they appeared to have been made by a machine. Hand made is always best.

Excellent customer service at all times with high attention to detail and a client-centric approach. The concierge facilitated an earlier check-in to accommodate our earlier arrival and provided two complimentary bottles of champagne to the room. One on our first night and another on the next night as a birthday gift with a lovely personalised message. The in-house bar and dining was superb. The room was also was also perfect for us. Absolutely recommend and would absolutely stay again when next visiting Prague.

First off, the location is perfect. Just a few minutes’ walk to the Old Town, the Astronomical Clock, and the Powder Tower. Super easy to explore the city from here. The hotel itself is all about classic European charm—no modern trendy vibes, just timeless elegance. The decor, the piano in the lobby, the dining room setup, even the cutlery—it’s got that old-school class that I love. The service? Amazing. The staff is super friendly, speaks great English, and always happy to help. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was huge (by European standards). Comfy bed, big windows, and a tiny balcony with a killer view of Týnský chrám and Pražský hrad. Waking up to church bells instead of a phone alarm? Priceless. Breakfast was top-notch—great buffet and à la carte options, and the service was just as awesome. Bottom line: Highly recommend. I usually don’t stay at the same hotel twice, but this one? I’m coming back.

Everything was spotless the whole stay. If I had to nitpick, the bathroom felt a bit old-school (no walk-in shower), and the water pressure was weak—maybe because we were on a high floor. But honestly, not a big deal.

Everything is very good about the hotel. But Prague is very bad place for new year. Everything was fine until December 31 00:00, after that everyone gets crazy. There were too many people in the central square and there was not a space to step. Everyone gets drunk, everywhere is bomb and can hurt people, and everywhere is trash, the streets are very dirty, of course the next day streets are clean but this is a very bad place for new year. This was the worst new year of my live.
