The location was perfect. We could walk to everything. The apartment was spacious with 1 en-suite, 1 shower/toilet and 1 separate guest toilet.

It was disappointing that there was no ‘welcome’ pack in the apartment. … no bottles of water, no coffee pods (not a Nespresso), 1 dish towel etc. not even salt and pepper in the kitchen! The showers had no soap/gel and the en-suite had no shower curtain or hook for the shower head. No soap or towel available in the guest toilet. For over 150 euros a night, I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail.

Location was the best. Apartment was very spacious and very convenient for public transport.

Check in time is too late. Reception is separately situated from the property. We had just small pack packs and had to pay ten euros for their storage which was a rip off.There was no air conditioning or fan in our room while the temperature was 33. deposit was 200 euros and still have not got it back although left the flat in the same condition as we got.

Not accurate description on Booking.com missing some important details. The address provided is not the address of the apartment. I had to complete the check-in prior to arrival and was still only given the address of the reception. Upon arrival it turned out that they provided me with the PIN and I had to walk approx. 1 km to the actual location. The PIN on the check-in application was only available the day after we arrived. The description does not mention the 200 EUR mandatory deposit that you find out about only after you make a reservation. Not sure if it's done on purpose but definitely leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

The apartment we stayed in is wonderful, and the location is excellent. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen are modern and clean. The management is responsive and friendly. We were very satisfied with the accommodation! Tip for those arriving by car: the management offers a convenient parking solution near the apartments, but it costs €40 per day. We chose to park at a P+R parking and used Bolt, which significantly reduced our parking costs.

A major downside is the required €200 deposit, which I wasn’t informed about until after I had already paid for the accommodation on Booking. However, the deposit was returned 24 hours after check-out. The only uncomfortable thing in the apartment was the pillows, which were old and worn out.

Very good location, very central to pretty much everything you’ll need to get to throughout central Prague, plus conveniently near the public transportation, which is very efficient and gets you to the further places quickly without much walking needed. The apartment itself is nicely spaced. We had a full, real apartment with two beds, a fridge, a freezer (no ice maker, but free bag of ice), oven, microwave, sink, and 2 toilets. The tv itself only had 4 Channels, 2 MTV lookalikes, a Catholic channel, and a black screen with Czech audio. But hey, for the most part, you won’t be watching tv. But for that late night movie before bed, bring your own device. The WiFi works great! There are two AC/Heating thermostats but it seems the old one isn’t connected to anything. And the new one only controls heating. But it was cold in Prague during our stay so we just opened the windows when needed. No AC seems to be pretty standard in Europe. The view from the apartment is very nice as you can see the street below and the buildings on said street. We were on the 5th floor. It was convenient to look down and see if the local restaurants or the chimney cake place were open before heading down. The bed is a bit stiff, but that seems to be standard in Europe. The pillow is weird, it feels like it just parts for your head. Maybe I just have a heavy head. But it wasn’t too bad. The office is a 13 minute walk from the actual apartment. There is no real public transportation option to get you between both places that would be quicker. This was mildly annoying upon arrival. And an actual inconvenience upon departure. Specially when you leave before 8 am and have the metro, a bus, and a plane to catch on time. The drop box is not clearly labeled as the drop box and the cleaning lady will shrug at you through the window because accepting keys and putting them on a desk is outside of her job description and she doesn’t get paid for that.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good response from reception to any questions pre arrival.

Only one fan provided but three bedrooms so guests found it hard to sleep in the heat. I think it should be made clearer on booking that you will not be staying in the apartment pictured in the advert.

The apartment was great, quirky with a little balcony and 5 mins from Charles bridge

We did not realise that we needed to collect the keys from the reception and then travel 10 mins by taxi to our apartment. This needs to be made clearer on your information. Also it would be useful if when you check out, if you could leave keys at the apartment rather than having to take the keys back to Reception, another taxi ride....

Property is in the main hub of centre easily located to the all eating joints . Clock tower etc

You have to pay extra to keep your luggage . No bathing soap n shampoo , no coffee or tea is available in the apartment. Room entrance is also very sad and pathetic after you climb the stairs . They give you discount coupon on waiting for check in for their restaurant where food is very average

I really liked how big the apartment’s are and how clean and spaciousness’s and good location.

I didn’t like the fact when we first came to reception the right address of the apartments it’s not on booking.com when reception told me instructions on how to get there it wasn’t very clear at all the guy told me I was on the forth floor but I was actually on the sixth floor so that was a bit strange the communication isn’t great and especially when you book it they don’t tell you about the €200 deposit.

location is great and area is safe and nice to be around. the apartment has 2 bedroom spaces, which can be accomodating for friends or family stay.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor without elevator, and had a mezzanine room. This is great in general, but should be maybe mentioned when travelling with children. It can be dangerous and not practical with babies or toddlers. 2 minor points: - glass entrance door with a direct view on the bathroom/ shower can be a bit stressful / annoying even being on top floor. - the apartment could be cleaner, understand that being in the summer, there can be mosquitos/ spiders/ insects, but wooden parts should be cleaned regularly and also pillows of sofa should be clean regularly.
