Breakfast: it's a buffet and you have plenty of choices to choose from. There are a lot of tables to sit and didn't have to wait to eat. Staff: all of them speak very good English and are polite Cleanliness: the room and bathroom were clean enough Confort: the double room is big enough, one bed is larger and the other one is smaller. I can say that I slept really well on the bigger bed. The only pillow was too soft for my liking, but folding it in two made it fine. There's also plenty of cabinets to store the clothes. Plus: it has a microwave and a kettle if you need those. Bathroom: warm water was available in like 2 seconds at any time and shower has good water pressure. Compared to other hotels, the shower door really keeps the water inside the shower and doesn't spill outside the cabin. Location: it's a really good location for most of the attractions. You have the well respected Lokal on the same street and Zaklanda Restaurace 4 minutes away which I highly recommend because of the really tasty traditional Czech food and beer. Palladium (a mall) is also really close if you wish to visit it. Prague is a walkable city nonetheless so it doesn't matter that much, but I think it's still nice to be near the city center.

The soap is not that great to be honest. It smells nice but you could change it to something that makes more foam. Having a bad no foam soap means that the client uses more of it. The hotel has paper thin walls so you're going to hear everyone talking, smashing doors or taking a shower. I stayed at the first floor and I guess it made things worse, because it was near the reception where there was plenty of movement and talking. Besides that, the rest hours seemed to be respected and after 10 p.m. it was quiet enough to have a good night of sleep.

Staff was really helpful and always polite! The room was amazing. The breakfast really tasty! I don’t drink coffee and I really enjoyed the warm hot chocolate. My partner said the coffee was good as well. But not very strong.

Everything was great, except the first day I had to go and grab chlorine as the toilet seat wasn’t cleaned properly(there was poop on the toilet cover) not a huge problem as we sanitised it afterwards but was embarrassed to ask them to do it for us. It was such a minor problem as everything else was great!

The location was perfect, walking distance from old town square. Was able to walk around at night, visit the market and return safely. The breakfast was adequate for our day walks, the coffee was tasty and a spread of eggs, grillers and cold meats, breads, fruits and jams were provided. I loved that my diet was catered for and every morning I was given two slices of gluten free bread and a cup of dairy-alternative milk. The staff, Tina in particular was friendly and helpful, we looked forward to asking her for advice in the mornings. We were so grateful for the airport shuttle service, as well as the streaming capabilities in the room.

One comment on the bathroom: The geyser is on the smaller side and water gets cold quickly, however, this was small in comparison to everything else.

Great location just a short walk to the centre of the old town with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes close by. The rooms are clean and tidy with a fridge in the room which was welcome as it warm on the days we visited. There is easy access to the train and tram stations. There hotel staff were very welcoming and even provided a free drink for us all on arrival, breakfast was a typical continental with hot and cold options and plenty available, rooms were quiet overnight despite there being lots of bars nearby we did not hear any street noise. Would recommend

I was disappointed with the breakfast at the hotel. The selection was very monotonous, with the same limited options every day. Additionally, the pastries were quite unpleasant and not enjoyable at all. It would greatly improve the experience if the hotel offered more variety and better quality in their breakfast choices.

I didn't like the free voucher for the hotel bar. To be honest, the wine I received was poured straight from a 5-liter box, the cheapest and worst on the market, tasting like vinegar—absolutely do not recommend. The bartender himself didn’t seem very sober and was pouring leftover wine into a glass... for what purpose? I won't judge.

The location is exactly convenient very easy to get to from the airport and bus station. It’s very close to the old town and is close to transport links that will get you to the main sites in the city very easily. There is a mall very close by which was nice to visit in the evenings after we had been around the city. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very really nice and spacious, had all the facilities we needed like mini fridge, microwave and kettle.

The room got very hot at night, we visited in November so it surprised me that the room got so hot. The duvet and pillows were also extremely uncomfortable. The break was good overall however food should have been labelled more clearly for certain dietary requirements (whether it was suitable for vegetarians or on certain allergens)

They included me the breakfast even tho the price I paid wasn’t high at all, and I think that’s great and makes a difference! not easy to find, hotels will charge you extra for breakfast or it’ll be more expensive. The staff was amazing! Super nice people. The location amazing as well. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Sometimes the room was very cold because the heater was like central or managed by the staff, you can’t control it manually. The TV doesn’t have netflix or spotify, it wasn’t a smart tv at all so you’re kinda forced to see Czech channels or nothing from the TV.

We picked this property because we had no idea where to stay in Prague 1. Our research with a map and trying to find a property that’s close to our daughter’s apartment and school. We watched a lot of Prague bloggers of good places to stay in the areas and Residence Bene was one of them. We couldn’t have asked for a friendly staff, a better location and the breakfast was great. Being there for 20 days you wish you could’ve had a little bit different variety, but we do know a lot of people don’t stay as long as we do in place. I really don’t have any bad things to say. We never felt uncomfortable in our room, even though it was small. And our housekeeper was super. She made us feel very comfortable when we asked for things or asked for a room to be taken care . The language barrier with some staff was hard , but we all we managed. I would definitely stay there again. No

There’s always room for improvement, but really, I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. They could have a few updates in the lobby and in the rooms, painting the walls updating the furniture, the floors. But that didn’t make a difference for us during our stay.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes walking distance from the main square. I paid for parking 22 euro a day - the car was parked for me by the staff - easy and comfortable but not cheap. The breakfast was just okay. Fresh bread, some cheap supermarket cakes, some cereals, small selection of standard cheese and ham, coffee maker available - a typical breakfast for na inexpensive hotel. Nothing special but simply edible. The room and bathroom clean. Can't complain.

The price of the parking 22eur a day was not low but I bought this option and I was happy about it.

First of all: We have had an absolutely fantastic vacation in Prague! What a beautyful, worth seeing and exciting city. Wow! Now back to the hotel. We had a kind check in and got a room on 7th floor with a balcony and an amazing view. It was very silent although the hotel is located in the middle of the city center. Room and bathroom had an appropiate size, they were clean and the kingesize bed was really comfortable. We even got aircondition, a large fridge, microwave, kettle and safe. Our rom had been cleaned well daily. We stayed for four days. Let's talk about the wishes at the next question. Let's talk about the wishes. There are only two 🙂 - we think it's neccessary to increase water pressure, especially at the sink. It was so low we had to refill our waterbottles at the shower. - breakfast: Yes, we got full 😉 but there are a view things to mention. There was no vegan or vegetarian spread for bread and the selection of cheese was to low. There was sadly no boiled eggs. We think you might offer less cakes but more savory food. Unfortunately the buns were to dry and crumbly. But the breakfast service-team was very kind and quick.😊
