The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the apartment was spacious, the washing machine did what it was meant to, the water pressure in the shower was great. And there was an elevator, which is a rarity in a lot of European hotels

Pictures of a sunny rooftop terrace were misleading. It was one of the reasons we booked a superior room, only to be told we had no terrace access. We asked multiple other guests and none of them had terrace access either. The guy on reception couldn’t tell us what kind of room needed to be booked for the terrace. It was still a great stay, just disappointed that this expectation wasn’t met.

Location - the City center, personnel, purity....

The Cite center: - When one open a window, it is too noisy, - There are no place for parking along the street. There were no coffee or tea in apartment. It is strange because there were a coffee machine and electric kettle. Perhaps, we have to bring own a coffee capsule and a tea bag🙃

The apartment is located in a renovated building with an elevator, so there's no need to use the stairs at all. The apartment itself is very quiet, even though it's situated on a main street. It includes all the essential amenities you would expect when booking an apartment. There is a functioning washing machine and a place to dry clothes—everything works well and is sufficient for a comfortable stay. We stayed with two small children, and it was very convenient, with a large crib suitable for a two-year-old. The apartment also offers daily cleaning service, which is not common for this type of accommodation.

Keep in mind that you need to pick up the key at the main hotel, which is about a 7-minute walk from the apartment. While the cleaning service was a nice addition, it didn’t do a good job with vacuuming—there were quite a few crumbs left behind, which becomes noticeable during a longer stay. Also, there was no broom available to clean it yourself.

We were given very specific instructions on where to collect keys. When we did the check-in/collection process was super smooth and easy. The property obviously noted our request and reason for our travel and gave us a complimentary upgrade for the room. The receptionist also very friendly and lovely. When we arrived at the apartment we found another beautiful touch - a lovely bottle of cava to welcome us. The place was spacious and well equipped. The property also has a lift. The location of the apartment is barely 15 mins walk to old town and very convenient close to Palladium shopping and grocery stores. Check out/key drop off also very easy.

Nothing that we did not like. The only suggestion is probably install a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Location - most attractions are within 5-15 minutes walking distance and many restaurants and two supermarkets Penny and albert are around the corner. There is also a huge shopping mall nearby with almost everything you need. Facilities - the apartment provides everything you need to cook your meals and clean. Washing machine and drying rack - very convenient

A strong smoking smell on my arrival. Fortunately, it’s getting fader over time. But the smell was quite annoying. The bed was quite hard. The bed sheet and blanket had an unpleasant scent. Not comfortable at all.

I originally booked a smaller apartment but they gave me an upgrade to the penthouse apartment - wow! Incredibly clean, two-bedroom full kitchen/dining room, huge place with 2 private outdoor terraces overlooking old town. Shower has excellent water pressure, heating works wonderfully which is a must here in the winter, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave. Excellent central location, tram stop is a few steps from the apartment for those cold nights but you can walk everywhere. Really worth it, you won't want to stay in regular hotel rooms again after staying here!

We had a late flight and needed a place to sleep, I contacted the Salvator Hotel and within a moment they arranged everything, I arrived at the hotel to get a key to the apartment located on the next street, the nice girl at the front desk was so nice and upgraded the apartment for us, we arrived at the apartment which is in a great location, the apartment looks super, I would have loved to live in it, it has everything you need and again a great location near the tram, minimarket, places to eat, Palladium Mall and 7 minutes walk from Clock Square. I recommend the Salvator Hotel

The location was perfect - right in the city center, there were 2 nice restaurants/wine places right in the building, which is very convenient. The apartment was clean and had soup and shower gel/shampoo. The staff was very nice.

We have got a different apartment than the one initially booked, which from location standpoint was good, but apartment itself seemed to look worse than what we have booked initially. It didn’t have wine opener and forks, knives were not clean. Apartment was dark, didn’t have much day light.

Location cant be beat. - close to everything -great access to public transport, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, attractions, shopping all within 5 minutes walk. Many attractions also within walking distance, and public transport is fantastic to get to anywhere and absolutely free for 65+ seniors of any nationality! Amenities were fine, and reception staff was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great! Dishwasher and washing machine are great amenities. There was no clothes detergent but immediately provided on request. Most places in our central Europe travel didn't seem to have dryers but a clothes drying rack is provided. We had a superior suite that did not have a sitting area, just a bedroom and kitchen, which didn't matter as we were out most of the day. Good size bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Unit was very clean.

My main problem was that the cleaning staff did not do a great cleaning job, Replacement of towels, etc, providing with requested extras was great but we were there for 10 nights and the general cleaning of bathrooms, sweeping/mopping etc left much to be desired- I had to complain to front desk after 5 days of no cleaning, and then saw some action!(matters a lot, esp as daily housekeeping is advertised). Apart from that the kitchen could do with some more bowls/containers for food storage there were only 2 cereal bowls. Some salt and pepper, but no other basics tea/coffee/sugar/creamer/cooking oil etc. so need to get your own. Which was fine for us since we were there for a long time.

Excellent location and spacious room with very good facilities.. It was a nice quiet room and the shower had good pressure.. Fridge was cold and the air con was great, although it wasn't working on the final day. The staff were friendly, and we paid for the breakfast buffet one morning and it was good value. Tram right outside the apartment, and very close walking distance to the old town. Bakery, supermarket and mcdonald's opposite apartment, and two really good pizza places nearby. Five minute walk to the palladium shopping centre with 200 shops and lots of restaurants.

Everything was great. An ironing board would have been nice for when using the iron.
