- location, within walking distance of main attractions and city-centre; - friendly staff; - trendy, not old fashioned although in old building.

- limited or no internet connection in bedroom, receptionist tried to solve without result; - breakfast: limited options, no variety, boring (eg Polish yogurt); - breakfast staff not speaking Czech and English; - breakfast buffet in small area, once it gets busier need to push for food; - boutique hotel, needing small repairs, painting and renovation here and there. No coffee machine in bedroom, etc. - although room reservation made months in advance, bedroom with depressing view on internal courtyard received.

Loved the location and the overall feeling of safety, especially when we got in late at night.

Some of the staff seemed visibly irritated when asked a question/request (luckily it happened only twice over a course of six days). On our last day we found an animal parasite on the wall. The front office desk staff were nonchalant about it. That attitude was a bit off-putting, especially since we do not know if there were any others which we might inadvertently carry home.

Wonderful people at reception. They arranged a smooth early check-in for us and were really helpful with everything. Great location with less than 10 minutes of walking to the old town. Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also nice although the dining area was a bit small to fit all the people at peak times.

Not a big deal, but the shower cabin was not designed optimally. Also it was a bit weird that the central lamp in our room could not be completely turned off (only dimmed), so I had to remove the lamp to make the room completely dark, bot that was fine with us 😅

Great location close to the river and to the old town. Very nice and helpful staff, Especially Igor, Victoria and Yeva. They answered our questions about the area and helped us with breakfast when we needed to start our day early before breakfast is served. The breakfast buffet was great. It had several types of breads, eggs, cheese, meat, fruit, vegetables, yogurt, cake, milk (+non-dairy) and orange juice. They prepared hard boiled eggs especially per our request. The rooms were very clean, with air conditioning, sufficient lighting, a mini bar refrigerator electric kettle, hair dryer and TV. The whole hotel has a nice and pleasant design.

It's easy to miss the hotel entrance from the street.

We traveled to Prague as a team of nine and had an amazing stay at MOODS Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Four of us were even able to check in as early as 11 AM – such great service! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect space to relax after a long day in the city. The location is excellent – central yet quiet enough for a restful sleep. The breakfast selection was delicious and offered plenty of variety to start the day right. Overall, a fantastic experience! Whether you’re traveling as a group, for business, or on a city trip, MOODS Hotel is a great choice. We’d love to come back!

The hotel staff were very informative and friendly, they did a fantastic job of explaining the location and our proximity to the sights of Prague.

Parking was an issue, but this is obviously beyond the control of the hotel, there were several times when inconsiderate people had blocked the vehicle in by double-parking, but this was nothing to do with the hotel. It did cause us to move to a narrower part of the road, where it was less likely for the car to be blocked in, especially for the morning of our departure, early on 9 October.

Facilities and room was fantastic! Staff were great, extremely helpful. Location is perfect!! It's great for a city break! Breakfast did have a good range of options. Would happily stay again

Breakfasts could be busy and there wasn’t loads of room in the dining area, but as long as you're early it's grand.

Friendly and helpful staff, we got a nice map of Prague and pointers about where to go, which were very helpful. Awesome location, great breakfast (ps! not a super extensive selection for vegans/vegetarians tho). One day we had to leave before the breakfast starts (7.30am) and asked for a breakfast box, which was basic, but nice of them to give us something anyway. Our room was cleaned every day during our short stay, which we didn’t expect, but appreciated a lot.

The pillows were super thin and soft, made the bed quite uncomfortable, but OK for a couple of days. Didn’t ask whether it’s possible to get extra/alternatives, so could be that they have a solution, too.

My husband and I are more than satisfied with this hotel. A modern hotel located on a small side street so it is very quiet and peaceful. Then everything is perfectly located around, most of it within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful with everything, we got great tips about sights and wonderful coffee places. The room was clean and fresh, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and very fresh, the coffee was wonderfully good. We will book this hotel again the next time we visit Prague. We give this hotel 10/10 Jessica Björnberg

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent staff – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions. Great location – everything is easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Delicious and generous breakfast, everything was clean and well-maintained. Although the hotel is close to the city center, it was quiet and peaceful inside, so we could rest well. Highly recommended!
