The location is near the Old city. I find a very clean and nice smelling location. You can reach every spot on your travel map by foot. For me it was so easy to find my way back. And, I loved that near the location, is a tower church which rings at every 15 min. It was nice to know the time without looking at your watch.

It was a noise, every day, made by the service people, and when they took the garbage. But it doesn't disturbed me. And, I didn't like that visitors who were staying in the location, does not respect the signs and smoke indie the interior courtyard.

The location is excellent – there are many restaurants, all types of public transportation, and attractions nearby! Having a kitchen is important when we travel with family. The kitchen is well-equipped enough to prepare a quick breakfast or a light dinner. I really liked the closet designed as a separate room with shelves, hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, which made our stay enjoyable.

The ventilation system operated constantly and independently of our wishes. But the most unpleasant aspect was the smell of cigarette smoke, which regularly came into our apartment through the ventilation from irresponsible neighbours, both early in the morning and late at night. This caused significant discomfort. So, while it is very convenient to receive the code for the apartment in the personal account, on the other hand, the absence of a reception desk in the hotel means, for some tourists, a lack of administrative control over the enforcement of hotel rules.

Great choice if you’re traveling to Prague! I was traveling with my family and we all loved it. The location is perfect, just a 15min walk to the Old Town square. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. And the self check-in and access to the building were very easy and straightforward. I’d totally come back in my next visit to Prague.

No complaints at all, everything was great. If I had to think of something that could be improved it could be the kitchenware, as there were a couple of pieces missing (there were four of us and we were missing a fork and some other items). But other than that, as I said, everything was great.

The location was perfect. Bus 194 takes you to central square and 270 and others very near. The facilities were great, 2 WC, confortable beds and small kitchen and fridge. Our apt was in a 3rd floor but there is lift. The outside door was bit difficult to open but got fixed while we were there They had fans in each room.

Online checking didn’t work for us. Was not a bit problem as we could go to a reception and do checking there however we used some hrs to do that. There were some neighbors that were loud.

It was very clean and good location. All the needed facilities were there. It was great place to stay for a couple of days.

We had a group of 4 people (2 couples) and was just 1 bed for couple and 2 single bed in separate rooms. The people who stayed in the apartment upstairs were way too loud every night. There should be some rules about night hours and being silent, to respect other people when they want to sleep. Acoustic of the flat is very poor as you can hear each and every step of people walking upstairs, and around. Otherwise was excellent and good for a few days stay.

Convenient location very close to old town and; the apartment was very spacious and had all facilities. The check in process required filling of lengthy forms but I was glad I completed that before traveling and after that with the code the check in and access to apartment was very smooth and convenient.

Nothing major at all. Though a washing machine will be a big plus. The shower in the bathroom with tub is fixed with an inconvenient direction and is also leaking but didn't create any big issue

The apartment is very spacious and very clean. You have everything you need. The location is perfect and only a few minutes from the center and the old Prague as well as you can walk a bit further to reach the castle. Everything is doable on foot. There are many markets and supermarkets around the apartment. The building is very nice as well as clean. The instructions are easy. We stayed in total for 9 nights and it was amazing, we felt like home. I would strongly recommend it for tourists. We will certainly come back to this apartment next time we ate in Prague. Also, the staff was helping us out online and were replying fast.

The only thing that we needed to fulfill all our needs was a washing machine (personal opinion), all the rest was perfect.

The place is very easy to go, code for the outside door and the apartment. Everything is clean and with a lot of space. walkable distance to downtown.

The oven it's impossible to use, it's so "modern" that you'll need to have instructions. If you want to fry something, well it's doesn't work either. We wanted to heat our bread (no toaster available). The apartment was pretty hot and the AC didn't work although it's not mentioned as something the apartment has. The pillows are not comfortable at all. You should invest a little bit more on that.

Spacious, clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. The code for key system is very safe and convenient. It was all round comfortable and the beds slept well. The helpdesk was easy to reach and very helpful when we had an issue with the payment. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro or the train, but there's a bus stop right in front of the apartment as well. Would definitely book here again for my next stay!

Had to be careful with the showerhead as the system was a little fragile, but the shower itself was great.

I liked that the apartment was near to everything. Very comfortable bads. Has kitchen papper and that was really nice. Beautiful kitchen and rooms We got very beautiful baby crib.

I got the other room then that I choosed on Booking. The staff didn't answer at all when we tried to call. We tried to call many times but they didn't answer. Very bad communication before the arrival. Windows were very easy to open, 2 nd floor, they are not safe for familys with children
