The hotel was perfectly located to be in between the city’s main attractions. Less than a mile away from the Charles Bridge and the old town to the west and the rolling hills to the south and west. Plus many fine restaurants were less than a few minutes walk away and a couple 100 meters away from the nearest tram station. The accommodation was always clean, with an ample sized, comfortable bed. Service from the front staff was excellent. They were always friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about all the local attractions.

The location is great, in walking distance to Opera House where i need to head to for business purpose, nearby there is old town square. Even though its location is in center of the city but it is quiet (therefore no problem with the sleep at night). There is a Asian small mart at the corner for easily buying some fruits or snacks. The staffs at reception desk are friendly, helpful and quick action.

Hotel does not provide breakfast service. There was a small issue with the toilet in my room — it flushed by itself about every 20 minutes, even when it’s not being used. But i could stand for that noise, thus i did not report to the hotel team to fix or change to another room.

Property was clean, warm and easy to find. Beds were comftable and only a ten min walk to the clock! Staff were friendly and helpful

The lift is old and a bit scary, the water pressure was also not to its best ability but managed to get a shower every morning which was hot

The hotel did not have a food service when i stayed, jbut there were plenty of good places to eat very near by so that wasnt a problem for me.

The staff were all friendly and helpfull, and the cleanliness was excellent. Nothing to complain about in that aspect. Location was great, near enough the center but not smack in the middle. If theres something that i could complain about the locarion, that would be the nearness of the church and its bells ringing out on the hour ,every hour, especially at night. I found that a bit annoying.

The hotel is very central and it’s a great base to explore the city. Our room was quiet and the ed very comfortable. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. Check in/out process was really easy.

We stayed in the suite. I wouldn’t rate it 4*, everything was correct and clean but it needs a bit of attention and definitely renovation. I would have appreciated some free tea/coffee in the room (there was a kettle).

Good little hotel. Conveniently located near to Praha Florenc bus terminal so good for those coming in on a bus. Staff allowed us to leave our bags with reception all day both before and after our stay. Room was good: comfortable beds, felt clean, fairly sizeable, and bathroom was dated but worked. Had a great stay!

Walls were a bit thin. Also would be nice if some coffee/tea was provided.

Had to wait until 2PM to check in but they did offer us to store our luggage and baggs until check-in time which came in handy. Awesome location (close to metro and in a walk distance from main tourist attractions). Friendly staff especially the two younger ladies. Comfortable bed. Overall nothing too fancy but good value for the price I'd say.

-Cleaning lady left our room open after cleaning on day 4. She did not close the door properly and it stayed open. Luckily we were waiting for her to finish downstairs at the reception so they weren't open for too long and none of our stuff went missing. (Still a huge miss). -Shower flaucet could be a bit stronger.

Location in the city

We were told we would have a city view. Our view was the back of a larger building and parking lot with a big a loading dock that was incredibly busy and loud at 5-6am. Waking is up every morning. Imagine dumpsters of recycled glass being dumped every morning and the constant beeping of delivery trucks.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful and quite cozy, the staff was very friendly and helpful

There was occasionally a ‘metal’ scrapping sound, not sure if it was because of the wind and flags hanging in front or whether it was something else, but it was tough to sleep through
