Thanks Meled, Natalie and Alex for their kindness and support. Staff's advices for food and transportation are priceless. Location is near almost everywhere, city center is 10 mins walk away. Axa Hotel is offering much than its price.

The one thing that I seek is hotel slippers. If this will be add the rooms, that would be great.

A stylish modernist building renovated with care for the spirit and architectonic detail. The location is great, close to the central bus station, with a tram and bus stop just outside, and waling distance from the Old Town. Breakfast is nice, feels almost homemade which is rare in hotels. The swimming pool in the same building is a great asset, especially in the summer.

The information on Booking could be more specific about the fact that the pool is a separate company, guests have to pay and use it only when it is open to the public - meaning anyone, so it gets pretty crowded. It is still great to have it in the same building but be aware that you will likely be swimming in a queue and you will meet school trips (with female teachers in the men's changing rooms and showers because why not...) - A detail perhaps but the cleaning staff should not switch off the electricity in the room if the guests have things in the fridge...

At the time of booking, there was no note that if you don't book directly thru the hotel t swimming pool and gym facilities are not included.

Pretty design of poet functionalism. Enjoy the beautiful furnitures. Good bed and spacious room. A cute lift that accommodates 4. Useful with luggages. Card access to hotel after a certain hours. Good safety. Swimming pool available for guest at a small cost. Guest should try the pool which I missed. There is also a gymn in property. Breakfast menu changes daily and we love the warm eggs! So delicious! Staff is very professional at breakfast ensuring food is well replenished for guests. There is dessert too. How wonderful! Convenient bus and tram stops to move around. Palladium mall is a stop away.

The beds were ok and the room had space. Also the bathroom was ok and it was clean. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very secured which is important in this area because next to it a lot of students were partying. I would say it it noisy because of the street but we were so exhausted we did not care. Also a lot of shops and restaurants/pubs nearby

The breakfast is very small… we missed sweet staff and yummy butter and mermelade or juices. It has savory meals as sausages, eggs, omellete but also complete meals such as quinoa with vegetables or hummus with vegetables which we do not typically eat. Also the only sweet stuff is bread and some dry cakes but are not very good. The breakfast will have some changes which was appreciated

The location was very central and accessible. The room was so spacious - better than other chain hotels. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The lack of information about the pool and the gym availability. Both were the main reasons why I booked this property thinking that the pool and the gym were exclusively owned by the hotel. No mention of it being a separate Cost and being open to public on the initial confirmation email. Only to be informed by email few days before our actual trip leaving us no choice but still go ahead with the booking as it’ll cost us more if we cancelled and looked for an alternative accommodation.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast is average, but what is used up is constantly replenished. The breakfast area is a bit narrow and cramped, but still this is a three-star hotel and it can be said that it is acceptable. What needs to be changed is the duration of the breakfast. It starts at 8 am and is somewhat late for someone who came as a tourist because the tours start at 9 am, so there is no time to have breakfast and catch up, so we missed breakfast twice (out of 4 times). The Florence bus station is close and is very convenient for those who want to visit Karlovy Vary by bus.

Breakfast was great and we appreciated the breakfast package on our day of departure since we had a really early flight. Location is great, you can walk to the center. It also means sleeping with the sounds of trams, but we didn't mind that. Jitka at reception was really really nice :) Great value for money, we would stay at the hotel again!

The gym threw us out because we didn't have the proper gym clothes (it would be great if the hotel would point out that you should take gym clothes (additional sneakers) if you want to use the gym).

The hotel, while not in the center, is well connected to the entire city with metro and bus. In just 5 minutes you are in the Clock Square; Walk in 15 minutes and it is a pleasant walk especially in the evening. The hotel is extremely clean and the breakfast is very plentiful and good. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful; in particular Alexandr, who is so nice, was very helpful in moving around and helped us with everything.

The only flaw is the curtains in the rooms, as they did not completely cover the morning light.

The hotel has a good location, about a 15-minute walk from the main square. The staff is friendly and helpful – we especially want to commend the two women receptionists, who were truly kind and welcoming. Breakfast is fine, but nothing especial.

The room gets very warm, and there is no air conditioning. There is a mini fridge in the room, but it turns off when you leave, so when you return, it's around 22–23°C. If you need it for medication, that's not ideal. Also, during the night it kept turning on and off and making noise, so we had to unplug it.
