Easy to get in, self-checkin/checkout, very clean, small gift from Mila for the Easter, she landlady responded very fast, nice shower and kitchen with all necessary equipment,amazing location of the apartment.

We didn't dislike it, but it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in the two beds, which look like one in the very beginning. It would be better if they were even separated; otherwise, we were always in this gap in between.

We cannot speak highly enough about this appartment. We booked at extremely short notice, but the host was fantastic. The apartment was ready and we had the entry instructions in plenty of time. The appartment was spacious and very clean. The wee touches were much appreciated, coffee tea, sugar and milk were supplied. There was also cleaning products for us, dishes and laundry. The location is perfect. A short walk to the old or new town, and surrounded by lovely restaurants. It’s also a short walk to a choice of supermarkets, a deli cheese shop, pharmacies and souvenir shops. If you are graced with good weather there is a balcony on each floor and a courtyard to enjoy some fresh air. We’ve been to Prague many times and this is one of our favourite apartments.

Nothing we didn’t like!

It had everything I needed and was perfect for my trip. If I had any questions the owners would reply very fast and they also tried to accommodate me the best they can. Near old town. About 15min walking. There's a Lidl supermarket nearby and a lot of places to get something to eat nearby. The room also had a microwave and washer. The bathroom is just outside next to the room and it's shared with the other room. Luckily I only noticed the other person on my first day.

I didn't have hot water on my first day but they came and fixed it immediately when I had let them know. The doors are very loud so I woke up around 4 o'clock when my neighbor opened the door. Luckily it was calm the rest of the nights.

The host Mila was exceptional. I had booked a single room online. However, when I arrived there was unexpected construction ongoing at the complex behind. The host went out of their way to move me to a larger apartment in a quieter area of the apartment complex at no additional cost. Traveling always moves one out of their comfort zone, and it was good to feel the host, Mila, has the traveller's interests at heart. The apartment is ideally situated. It is tucked in a quiet corner of the old town. It has the feel of old Prague, but is located close to the main central Metro station at Florenc. Travel from the airport was really easy and inexpensive - this is the way to enter Prague. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit this wonderful city.

Close to the old town, lots of cafes, shops and supermarkets close by. Metro only 10 minute walk and easy access to trams. Very comfy beds and looked recently renovated which was good.

The apartment was not what we had booked. It was Very small compared to what our confirmed booking described so we were very disappointed. The shower room was tiny and no room to get changed.

Great location, right out of the city center but close to everything. On a nice quiet street so perfect for getting a good night’s rest. Internet worked well and was easy to use for quick work meetings.

I wish it had a hot plate for cooking and one more longer blanket for the bed.

There is a LiDl supermarket nearby, a 7-minute walk from the Prašná brána in the scenic area, a 3-minute walk from tram station "Těšnov" , and a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. Although it is in the city center, it is very quiet at night. It is highly recommended. The kitchen is very well equipped, even including bottle openers and can openers, making it very convenient for families to stay, and the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. Moreover, the landlord is very proactive in solving problems and will deal with any minor issues immediately.

Mila Apartments is in a great location for walking distance to the bus station but still close enough to the old town, which was important to us. It was comfortable and peaceful for our 3-day trip to Prague with some good amenities such as a shared kitchen and some bathroom supplies such as shampoo and conditioner.

Just note that it has a lot of stairs (we were on the third floor) for travellers with heavy suitcases. Decor is perhaps a little dated, although this didn’t bother us.

Location: easy to reach bus station. Environment: silent, even it is in a commercial area In room facilities: have simple kitchen equipment and washing machine. Bed: bed is good for me.

It might be better if having a safety box in the room. Also it is suggested to have a electric socket near the bed. It might not be too much convenient for people with large luggage because there is no elevator. Luckily I lived on ground floor this time.

The apartment is cosy and spacious and has everything necessary. The location is conveniently close to the bus station and one can start exploring the city straight from the doorstep. The shared kitchenette has a fridge and tea and coffee, and cooking facilities (which we didn't use). The design of the room is also nice and makes one feel welcome.

Mounting up the third floor without a lift was not easy with the suitcases. Also, though this wasn't our concern, the bed is elevated and may not be really accessible, one has to be cautious. The shower is a bit tricky but manageable!
