Good location, in walking distance of most areas. Good storage and well equipped kitchen (I didn’t use, but looked good enough). The host was also easy to communicate with and allowed for a later check out with no extra charge.

The shower head was broken (shower worked, but the clip to adjust the height was broken so you could only use at lowest setting). The photos also show 4 pillows on the bed, but I was only given one pillow (and a single duvet), despite it being a double bed. However, this was cheaper than most other places so I can’t be too critical - it was good value for a short stay.

Excellent location, about 10-min walk from some touristic spots downtown, very close to Tram station and Metro for more distant places, can’t go wrong! The apartment is comfortable and large, and the online system to unlock the front door and the apartment worked perfectly. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked well equipped and everything looked fine. I was alone, but it can easily accommodate 5 people

Leaving a key card in the apartment, in addition to web lock, would be interesting, just in case you leave without cell phone, run out of battery while outside or lose internet connection momentarily. Double bed is actually two single beds side by side, and an extra body towel would also be helpful. There was no facial towel. Products for laundry would give a nice touch too

Great place, the staff is super nice and helpful. Location is great, not city-center, but close to everything. it was bigger than what we expected.

The minus was regarding baggage storage, even though the hosts did above and beyond to help, it was really good to have a place to leave our luggage before check-in/after check-out. Also, we were staying at the top floor, but the elevator only gets to 1 floor below, so it was a bit hard with a baby carrier.

Nice and cozy. It was warm through day and night which we liked.

Upon our arrival the whole apartment had a smell of cigarettes even tho windows were open, it was still a very strong smell, and the sign that said it is forbidden to smoke, the smell stayed for almost two days. We also brought some food with us, but then realized there was only one cooking pot with oven... There was no (frying) pan to bake some eggs or meat on it. Generally just lacking the basic cooking equipment.

It was specious apartment, very clean and well organized. The location was very convenient, with multiple transportation options around, good restaurants and supermarket all in walking distance. We enjoy our stay and would stay at this place again if we are in Prague

The entrance into the building and the apartment is possible only through the cell phone. We spent all day exploring the city and got very nervous when the phone battery got low. Without the phone you can't get back to your place easily.

It was very clean and good price but all the beds weren’t fitted with sheets or the pillows and there was no products to wash the dishes etc but overall very good also the way to check in was very confusing for tourists as we had no idea how to check in and they wasn’t picking up their phones

I liked the location close to a tramline or a short walk to old town we pretty much walked everywhere from this apartment Beds we're comfortable room was quite big

During check in I got a link to access the key info but it wasn't obvious which number apartment was mine I had to go looking I would suggest the host to message this to people beforehand other than that no issue's

Had everything we needed . Was about 15 min walk to the square but we didn't mind that. Was a lovely Thai/sushi/Korean restaurant over the rd on the corner which was really nice and cheap. Had bars and restaurants nearby along with supermarket. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room. Had fridge/freezer and washing machine. Was quiet and easy to check in following the online instructions sent to us considering we didn't deal with anyone face to face.

Very good location - 5 minutes till riverside promenade and 10/20 minutes walk to Old city sightseeing. Tram stop only 5 minutes away, you can go by tram + bus to the airport. The apartment is very wide. We were 3, but it could be suitable for 5 persons.
