Clean and close to the centre

The staff didn’t explain anything about facilities at the hotel when we arrived like where the gym was etc and staff never spoke to u at breakfast not even a good morning, there was no one to ask if u needed anything, the staff were quite aloof at breakfast and the cooked breakfast was very dry and disappointing and the same offered every day

I liked how accomodating the staff was from the get-go. The location is perfect because it's close to the main station and the first beautiful landmark is 3 minutes away; public transport spots are also very close. The room had everything one might need, and it's quite clean. Bonus points for aesthetics of the hotel!

The only big thing I didn't like is that breakfast ends too early (earlier than most hotels I've visited). The restaurant for lunch and dinner is nice, and the only complaint I had, which may be odd, is that they play ~really~ sad songs. As for the rooms, shower curtains have two layers which makes them heavy, and this is not pleasant when the curtain "sticks" to you, which it does. While I didn't like these things, these are just minor details and suggestions for improvement.

Charming hotel in a beautiful pink historical building. The staff was very attentive, we felt they care about our stay at the hotel, and helped with suggestions and fixing small issues (we couldn't understand how the hair drier works). The breakfast was freshly cooked, included a lot of different tasty dishes, fruits, several sorts of cheese and ham, great coffee and desserts! We stayed at the double room, which was very clean, with comfortable beds, clean and nice bathroom, a very handy closet. Everything at the hotel was just as we expected and we had a very nice stay. Thank you for this!

This is a lovely hotel located about a 15 minute walk from the old town plaza. Enroute there are multiple coffee shops a large mall and other shops. The hotel includes a delicious breakfast with multiple hot and cold choices. They also arranged transport to the airport for me and accommodated me on short notice for additional days. My room was on the 5th floor with 2 skylines so it was nice and bright and the king size bed was very comfortable. I was also able to check in about a hour early with no issues. A wonderful experience I will stay here again if ever in Prague again.

I had paid extra for a room upgrade Which includes a double bed instead I got a double bed with two single quilts when I queried this they said this is all they had, Which made sleeping for a couple almost impossible, no tea and coffee maker, no cookies and chocolate like was promised in the booking

Very well located, the hotel may be old fashioned but it has a little "je ne sais quoi". Outside it kind of looks like the Grand Budapest Hotel from the film 😁 The staff was very nice, accommodating and efficient (all receptionists, cleaning staff, breakfast bar staff). I was travelling with my brother and we asked for a twin room and they delivered (despite not being able to guarantee it as it depends on availability). Breakfast was good and you had everything you might need to start your day.

While clean, the room felt a bit dusty (triggered my asthma a little). The air conditioning was a bit hard to work out but we managed eventually. If I am nitpicking I'd say a bin in the room (and not only in the bathroom) and bigger towels would be nice.

I can not explain how satisfied we are! The hotel Opera is amazing, starting with the price, polite and helpful stuff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast served in room, well equipped with everything, location is excellent, parkplace has the lowest price in Prague, they are cleaning rooms everyday, bringing clean towels, the view was great, train station is just 10 meters away, shops, everything that you need. Excellent things at the hotel: Bathtub was very good; room was actually a suite with a separate sitting room; water pressure in the shower was outstanding and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options typical European fare but very adequate - the coffee was outstanding.

Upon arrival - the room was not cool, in fact, quite toasty. The A/C had not been turned on. This was remedied quickly by a visit to the front desk, The evenings in Prague are cool so I opened a window to speed the cool-down. Secondly, the room had a very slight musty odor upon entry but was not very noticeable after a moment or two.

Although dated the hotel was very grand We liked the fact it was not in the centre of the hustle and bustle yet only 15 minutes walk into the old square The hotel was nice and warm, we were worried that our triple room would be too small, it was huge. Beds very comfortable, bedding and towels good quality and spotlessly clean. So much more of an experience than a modern hotel.

We would consider going again in summer season, as we felt we were the only guests it was so quiet. In our 3 day stay we only saw 2 other families / guests. We were the only ones in the bar, and had to find staff to serve us each time. This was probably just because of the time of year.

Good breakfast. Some staff were nice, some just did not care about. It says it's a 4 star hotel, but not on an European standard: 2 or 3 starts would fit, not 4 stars at all Small rooms, breakfast did not have the variety for a 4 start hotel, If you're having breakfast after 9AM, there's so much variety, as they did not replace some items, so try to be fast to have breakfast until 8:30 AM
