Staff friendly from arrival and informed us we had been chosen for a room upgrade which was a nice surprise. The upgrade included an executive suite and breakfast each morning. We hadn’t paid for breakfast as for how much we eat it wouldn’t have been good value for money. But as our upgrade included it we used it and it was well stocked, clean and tidy and food was warm. Room was modern, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend the hotels cloud 9 rooftop bar, nice cocktails and very friendly staff who clearly love their jobs. Shop in a little shopping centre 2 minutes walk from the hotel reception has everything you need at good prices, also has a pharmacy and cosmetics shop. Around half an hour walk into old town, we ate in old town each night, it’s best to book though as it gets busy. Our favourite was Agave (a Mexican). If you don’t like walking look into public transport in advance as we totalled 60,000 steps across 3 days, but it did mean that we saw everything between the tourist attractions. However, Prague is all cobbled streets so pack comfy shoes! £20 taxi from the airport takes about 30 minutes, we pre booked through booking.com. Hotel is huge but doesn’t feel it, it’s still quiet. Didn’t get to use the pool and facilities as we were too busy but will definitely try these out next time. 5 ⭐️ from us.

A map of Prague and more information of public transport would be helpful. We walked everywhere as we weren’t sure on how the public transport worked and totalled 60,000 steps during our stay- very tired feet! Cloud 9 cocktail bar a little pricey. But overall we can’t complain.

The location is great , everything was in a walking distance if you enjoy walking; the staff were good, the room was clean with comfy beds. Everything was fine. Great value for money.

Lovely Hilton Hotel . We stayed in a King room with river view . The hotel was spotless and our room was very clean and practical . All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful . All spoke great English . The Cloud 9 bar is just fantastic and there is a great choice of restaurants to eat in . Probably the best Hilton we've stayed in .

Nothing not to like about this hotel . Convenient to Prague Old Town which was about a 15min walk . This is not a Boutique hotel but a large scale hotel and great value for money . Despite the size of the hotel it was quiet and only a breakfast did you realise there were a lot of people staying in the hotel . Breakfast was very good with lots of choice although busy it was well organised with plenty of seating and helpful staff .

The place is nice and not so far from the city, employees weres really nice and always helpfull. Super breakfast and possibility to play poker too :) We didnot have tim to be on the roof , maybe next time

It will be nice to have more entertainment for kids. Despite the fact of swiming pool no other possbilities with children. In addition swimming pool was not segured as per no swimming guard inside. No protection for kids for example. In the bathroomnot enought of towelhock. Only 2 when we were 5 in the room

It was a bit cold in the room at arrival (21.2 or similar) but for the end of our stay we could experience the suitable temperature which was around 24-25 degrees for us. Altough the hotel offered their help with the aircondition optimalization on a small note on the top of the aircondition but we didnt asked for it so it was absolutely not the hotels mistake, but ours. But Maybe its recommended to set the heater during winter on a bit higher level, it feels nice and welcoming.

sometimes you wait long queue for check in And check out. and we didnt like there were children in spa. we are living in 21.century, and spa isnt for children. this is adults zone. sauna steam, Why people taking children there??? after you cant relax Because you hear all noise from babies around you. really it should not be alowed. or it should be example not all day for children, But for example 3 hours in a day only for children. they have some special timing But Its not enough Iam sorry, for adults or extremly early morning or extremly late evening. and for children all rest of the day. Its not right.

Great hotel. Worth visit again. It is nicer then the photos. Nice pool. Nice club on high floor open till 1 am. Very pro service. I will say this is really fine hotel. Coffe temperature little low but ok. Tv at room is great but sometime too often reception stuck . I did not complain about this to the hotel.. i guess it will be solved.. I will give it 95 out of 100. This is high and well deserved.

Beautiful hotel, located near the city centre (20 minutes by walk or you can use the metro), the lobby is huge and has many shops and a lot of cafes and restaurants inside. Very nice breakfast. There are 6 elevators to take you up and down easily. Very huge & spacious parking garage that is connected to the hotel. The room is clean and has all the facilities needed for the stay. The A/C worked well during our stay without any issues. Very helpfull staff at the reception & room service so thank you very much. All in all we had a wonderful stay at Hilton Prague

The hotel was very well presented and the facilities were a pleasure to use. Located just by the river with nice leisure facilities just a 10 min walk to the old town Excellent breakfast buffet and a choice of bars in the evening When checking in Veronica was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and efficient. She even managed to locate our old Hilton honours account without being asked so she could link the points and popped a letter to the room confirming. WOW. fantastic service Erin at breakfast was also a delight together with Petr who was so helpful. Thank you

Being not inside the old town, making it possible for this property to offer a great value of money, however, it’s still very convenient due to its location near the bus station and Florenc metro. Great breakfast variety and great staff in the reception.

The hot Asian soup in the breakfast is not good, though other dishes are excellent. Generally hard to find something to complain especially considering its price (compared to the old town)
