We had a wonderful stay! Check-in and check-out were super clear and easy. The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk from the bus station and very close to the historic center. Despite being near the bus station, the area is actually very nice and felt totally safe. The building has an elevator, which was really helpful with our large suitcases. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and one of the cleanest places we stayed during our trip. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and cooking, with a toaster, coffee maker, and even basics like sugar. Communication with the host was smooth and fast—they replied immediately when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic. You are just a couple of minutes from one of the main metro stations and the central bus station. Close to supermarkets/mini markets, pharmacy and plenty of bars and places to eat. Jan Zizka monument and army museum is only a 20-minute walk. This is a sight than not a lot of tourists make the trip to go see but it's worth the visit for the monument and the view. So definitely check that out. The main sights of the city are all walkable. But you do have great access to public transport and public transport is still very cheap in Prague. The room is a decent size. Would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 single beds together, but it is clear from the description that this is a twin bed apartment. The building also has a lift, so it's accessible for people who may not be able to easily walk up 3 flights of stairs. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm back.

Location itself is wonderful, literally 1 minute from Prague Florenc station, just above the metro line and 20 minutes walk from the old part of the city. There is a supermarket 3 minutes from the apartment. Our view was amazing, we really enjoyed watching the trains going by. The access and communication was super easy. The room was big with a small bathroom. Clean, with a lot of kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a little electric heater, microwave, water kettle, fridge. There was some tea, coffee, salt, sugar and milk powder provided! We got 2 big and a small towels per person, shampoo, soap, body lotion, conditioner, toilet paper. Tissues as well, hairdryer, soap to wash the dishes, sponges. The beds were very comfortable, nice and cozy blankets and pillows. Outside on the balcony 2 chairs, 1 table and 1 outdoor chair. It was very clean, we felt really taken care of. Very good choice for anyone who wants to enjoy Prague, a wonderful apartment and a good location.

The bathroom is a little bit small, between the toilet and the sink there is a tiny space. But because of this, the shower is huge which is amazing.

The location was great for our purposes (conference venue, we booked a few rooms), there is also a bus stop RIGHT outside the appartment. While there is no reception the host was very responsive and helpful on whatsapp/phone. The room was very comfortable and had convenient facilities like a fridge and a stove. For instance when we asked for an extra key they brought it right away.

There is no way to store your luggage if you arrive early - but it is actually not a big issue as there is a bus station with luggage storage very close.

The apartment is very well equipped with appliances, coffee/tea/sugar/salt is available. Special love for the coffee machine. The beds are comfortable, the apartments are clean and comfy. The center is a 15-20 minute walk away, and there is a bus station near the apartment (which was very convenient). Very simple and straightforward procedure for getting the keys (thanks to the owners for thinking of this). Best impressions! From the recommendations: it would be great to have an iron and a cleaning broom in the apartment. Thanks to the owners for having a toaster and coffee machine in the apartment - they made our mornings great.

Very good accomodation in Prague and extremely gentle and helping staff. My studio was warm and bright, on the 6th floor (there is an elevator) with a nice balcony and a great view. Everything was sparkling clean, the ktchinette fully equipped: fridge, microwave, electric stove, toaster, dishes. Instant coffee, tea bags, sugar and milk powder provided for free. Hot water at any moment with good pressure. Easy to find the accomodation and self check-in/check-out. The accomodation is just 15 minute walk to Smetana Hall and the entrance into Old Town. Tips: 1.Take Regio Bus from the airport, Florence terminal is opposite the accomodation 2. Join one of the free walking tours provided by 100 Spires City Tours, you will also get plenty of recommandtions about the city, the attractions and places where to eat. The studio is PERFECT!

Super good location, in between Florenc metro and bus station. Walk to town about 10 mins. Very spacious room and comfortable size for 2 adults. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and plates and bowls. Shower foam, body and hair conditioner provided but no toothbrush. Big Fridge and microwave provided too. Easy to check in and owner is very responsive. There is a balcony but no view. Shower with long bath, water pressure is strong and hot water comes very quickly. Pizza restaurant at the ground level of apartment serves delicious pasta and pizza, staff are super friendly, especially the old gentle man.

The aircon auto switched off after about an hour. Need to get up middle of the night to switch on again, very tiring. Pillow is too soft.

Excellent location - opposite to bus station, close to metro station and walkable distance to city centre. The view from the top floor is stunning. The balcony is lovely as well.

The air-conditioner is time-limited. This is fine on most days but I was there in the hottest week in July!

The balcony was very nice.

The sheets were too small and did not cover the mattress protectors. It's a bit dicy as you do not always know how clean the covers are

The location was perfect, right round the corner from Florenc metro station and tram stops. It’s also opposite the bus depot. The apartment was quiet, clean, had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Getting the keys was straight forward. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The only issue I had was that there were no sockets near the bed. Not a big deal but just meant I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room and could not watch anything in bed when settling down for the night. However, this had no impact on my stay and is more of a personal preference.
