Everything was great, the staff was exceptionally friendly and always very helpful, even printing me a metro schedule to help me get back to the airport. The room was large and spacious, the bathroom was particularly nice, everything was very clean and new. Breakfast was great, I particularly appreciated that the hot dishes and types of pastries changed daily, so a multi-day stay didn't get boring in terms of breakfast choices. Lastly, the location is amazing, with two metro lines and multiple tram lines at the end of the block, every part of Prague is within reach with great ease. There are also two large supermarkets within a block of the hotel, and plenty of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Highly recommended this hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again.

The choice of very dark wallpaper for the rooms makes the space a bit dark, even with the lights on and/or curtains open. This is a personal opinion, and in now way affected the enjoyment of my stay.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was well stocked with lots of variety. The breakfast room was clean and we looked forward to our breakfast every day. The location of the hotel is great being right next to the metro station and a walkable distance from the Old Town. Our room had an area for our suitcases, an updated bathroom with a nice shower and a large comfortable bed. We appreciated the decor and the elevator. We would stay here again.

I had a great experience at Hotel Mucha! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always displaying kindness and professionalism. The room was not only clean but also spacious, featuring a convenient wardrobe. The breakfast offers a delightful variety of bread, cheeses, coffee, tea, and more. The location is great: just a brief 5-minute walk to both Metro and Tram Stations, providing easy access to explore all of Prague.

The room's sound isolation was lacking. Unfortunately, I could hear noises from neighboring rooms as well as disturbances from outside, including police, ambulance, and tram sounds. This detracted from the overall comfort of the stay and affected the quality of rest. Improving soundproofing measures in the rooms could significantly enhance the overall experience for guests.

What a find! We have just arrived back from a 4 day trip - 4 girlfriends. This hotel did not disappoint at all! From the old fashioned reception that smelt lovely as you walked in, to the water and glasses for a welcome drink and the sweets at the desk to the beautiful rooms with everything you need including toiletries, shower cap, cotton wool pads, mini bar (payable), safe, slippers, ear plugs and of course tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent too. Fried, scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt and pastries as well as cereal. Staff at reception were lovely too and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is a must if staying in Prague with only a 10 minute walk into the city.

Absolutely nothing!

I stayed in Prague and the hotel for 8 days. Although I was alone, I took a deluxe room with a double bed to have more space. The service in the hotel is exceptional, the receptionists are friendly, helpful, ready to help and jump in with advice. For me personally, they organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back, which shortened my time in organizing that part. The cleaning ladies kept the room tidy on a daily basis. There was no noise in the hotel even though my room was very close to the elevator. I really enjoyed the peace. The location is very close to the metro and tram, and this connects the whole city. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire hotel staff and thank you for an unforgettable stay. It is very important that you feel at home in another city, and that has certainly come true.

A truly outstanding hotel, impeccably managed with excellent staff, particularly Hanka at reception, who has been consistently helpful and accommodating. The rooms are exceptionally clean and generously sized. The breakfast offers a superb selection, with thoughtful options catering to various dietary requirements, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan choices. Conveniently located with easy access via underground and tram. I could not recommend it more highly.

Absolutely nothing, everything was excellent. If you prefer to sleep with the window open, the street can be a little noisy, but even this has been thoughtfully considered, as complimentary earplugs are provided for your comfort.

We liked absolutely everything. Excellent staff, plus the hotel itself is very clean and cozy, nowhere noisy, no one bothers. The room is large and beautifully decorated, the bed is super comfortable. Cleaning every day, always very well cleaned and added everything necessary, the breakfast is varied, tasty and fresh, I think everyone will find what they need, no one will leave hungry. There is a cafe at the hotel, I can't say anything, we did not visit it, but we saw people having lunch there. We had an early flight, they prepared a lunch box for us to take with us before the plane, we were able to have breakfast. The photos correspond to reality. The old town is about 20 minutes in a straight line, no hurry. We had a great time. There is everything near the hotel: many restaurants and bistros, as well as a shopping center and a large supermarket - all within a radius of 100 meters. PRAGUE is an amazing city!

There is no such thing, but there may be a request, if you put a small pouf or bench next to the closet in the hallway of the room, there is enough space there without problems, then it will be much more convenient for people to get dressed and put on shoes.

Excellent location - close to transport, bars, restaurants and local supermarket. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable room.

Would have liked to have seen a more modern TV but, other than that, highly recommended for a Prague stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. The included breakfast was a highlight, with a mix of fresh continental options (fruit, cheeses, and pastries) alongside hot dishes that changed daily – a great start to our mornings! The location was perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the bus station and a 25-minute stroll to the city center (Astronomical Clock). There were also supermarkets, shops, and cafes conveniently located on the same road as the hotel, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was spotless and well-equipped with a comfy bed, soft pillows, a safe, and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the city – such a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day exploring. Overall, this hotel ticked all the boxes for a comfortable and convenient stay in Prague. Highly recommended!
