Excellent location, walking distance from the metro, and almost opposite the tram line, short walk to the old town square and most landmarks, lovely hotel with old sort of charm and massive rooms! Definitely great value for money!

Extremely rude front desk staff (Ginger bearded fellow) acted extremely annoyed that I asked to leave my one cabin bag in their baggage storage 2 hours before check in time. Note I did not request early check in nor have a cartload of bags! Confused by the animosity I received! Honestly think said staff shouldnt be left at the front desk of an otherwise awesome hotel. No other complaints at all! Top notch in all other aspects!

Rooms are spacious. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. Cleanliness is consistently high in both rooms and public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. Centrally located in Prague 1, close to public transport and within walking distance to major sights. The area is quiet yet near restaurants, cafés, and shopping.

The hotel was very tasteful in appearance and the room was spacious and clean. There were many kinds of breakfast, and I was satisfied. The staff were also kind. There were many inconveniences, but I was satisfied enough to stay.

Also, there was a bathtub, but no matter how many times I stored water, I didn't use it because something like black mold came to my mind." The location was a little walk from the bus terminal and it was hard to walk with a heavy suitcase. Also, the kettle was so dirty that I didn't use it.

We booked a 2-floor room and really appreciated being able to spread out. Air conditioning was a huge bonus (in fact, it's why we switched to this hotel). We can't say enough about the breakfast - it was fantastic - a huge variety of fruits, meats, various spreads and deli trays, multiple egg dishes, pastries, kielbasa and sausage, yogurt and toppings, coffee, juices - a breakfast spread like this would have cost double in the U.S. The rooms must be very well insulated because we didn't hear a single sound from the rooms above or next to ours. There's only one elevator, but it's very fast, and in the 6 nights we stayed, there were only 2 instances we had to wait more than a minute or two. The location is convenient, the street is quiet and there a multiple restaurants within a few blocks. The only trouble we had was that the drain in the first-room shower was clogged, resulting in a very wet bathroom floor, some clothes and carpet. Luckily, they were able to move us to another room—not exactly what we felt like doing after a very long day of travel, but we were grateful a room was available. The staff was friendly and prompt to help.

Close to city center with a lot of breakfast options (Liberecke lahudky around corner) if you did not get one in hotel.. Lot of parking options around, even if it does not seems like that..and metro station and tram station close by.. of you like shopping Palladiun is 10minutes away.. Very nice and modern room with bigger mirror..

All was great, but if i should pick something it would be a shower design - you need to be super carefull to not to flod half of the room..

Breakfast was excellent in every way, room was clean and comfortable, location was near to the center of the city and near to shopping area. Receptionists both during check in and check out were polite and with a smile as well as helpful!

It's not that I didn't like something, apart from the fact that there is nothing else to do in the hotel than for sleeping and breakfast. Maybe with the same amount of money could find a hotel with some facilities to use.

Everything was almost perfect, location is really good, it's a pretty place, the breakfast was good.

The pillow was huge, it was like 1/3 of the bed?? So weird. don't know if it's the normal way in Prague, but the sheets were placed perpendicular to the bed and folded like if it was meant to be used as a sleeping bag or something like that, but as they were small it would leave feet and chest uncovered, didn't work for me so I had to do my bed again before sleeping. Thankfully I was so tired after touring all day that I didn't move while sleeping, else you are doomed to get a cold. Everything else was great but everything related to the bed was really weird.

This is my second time staying in Petrska Street and I really like the area. It is within walking distance to many attractions you might want to visit. The wonderful and incomparable Prague trams that stop right next to the hotel are also always ready to take you to your destination. I would also like to mention the proximity of the Florenc bus station (8-10 minutes walk), which makes it easy to get to the airport or take a bus to other cities in the Czech Republic. The hotel serves a wonderful breakfast that starts at 7am, which is convenient for those who need an early start.

Unfortunately, I couldn't manage the AC. I wasn't able to turn it off. From my observations, it isn't connected to the control panel on the wall that is supposed to operate it. As a result, the AC ran all night, disturbing my sleep with its noise. But considering all the advantages of the hotel, it's not that crucial.

The rooms are quite spacious, there is a lot of space, they are clean and the cleaning was done regularly. The condition of the rooms is very good. Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. Great location and easy access to the subway, lots of restaurants and cafés nearby and a fairly quick walk to the bus station. I would like to personally thank the staff, as I was in a hurry the morning of my departure and left my Apple Watch charger and my AirPods in the room. I contacted the hotel, they found the headphones and provided me with convenient options for handing them over to me. Thank you! I definitely recommend the hotel and would like to stay there again next time.

I had beautiful view from room on 6th floor. breakfast was amazing always. the way how staff was solving issues, their efforts and empathy are impressive also. in bathroom was very good heater.

Location is still a bit far. maybe because it's winter and not so easy to move around like in summer. my advice to the reception team is to improve communication with the guests, if the information had been provided and not been delayed we could have avoided many problems
