Location. Spacious, felt like a small apartment. Quiet, close to fresh fruit and veggie store. Across the street from pharmacy and coffee shop.

The elevator was shaky, seemed to get worse each day. Luckily we are not afraid to walk up and down the stairs, even with bags.

nice size room, close to everything, had a kitchen and private bathroom, tv was large and had regular tv channels, bed was comfortable.

not enough coffee in the room, check in is across the street in another hotel so if you need something you have to leave the property.

The apartments are in a central location, there was no need to use any public transport during our stay. There is also a mall and lots of shops and cafes near by. The building has an elevator, which is very convenient. The apartment was clean, prepared, and we had all the amenities for cooking and eating. Very well thought of. During check in (which is available to be completed online, so then you just pick your keys on the reception), you can choose what days you want the housekeeping to come. Wifi was working well too. We would definitely come back next time.

The only downside of our stay were the ants that came on the first day (in the bathroom and corridor). Though after the housekeeping cleaned the room on the other day, we almost didn't see them. It would be also good if the hotel would provide some salt and pepper (we bought a kilo and left it) :)

Me and my friend renting same room every year and we are more then happy . Is very clean , is not huge , is small but we love it . The ladies who are taking care of the cleaning are soooo lovely , always to help . They speak Ukrainian or Russian and you can use the google translate . Never pass by without saying hello . They are so amazingly 🌸 . Also the receptionist staff are incredible , very polite , nice , professional, always ready to help and that’s why we go Back there every year . As soon as you go out of the building you have absolutely everything you need and want around and so close to the center .

The apartment was quite big for 3 people, it was clean. The location was great, we could walk to top attractions by foot in 15 mins. We had a problem with stove in the apartment and they were super responsive about it. When they realized they couldn't fix it, they offered us breakfast to compensate for it. We could store our luggage after check out and check in before 3pm.

The hotel was very close to the center , the way to the center was very beautiful. Very very clean . I like that has a little kitchen because morning and dinner you can eat at room for more has a table . Very quite and the staf very good. Super recomendated

Nothing for the price that we pay everything was fine . The most important for me is the cleanes and the location and was 10/10

It was a very well positioned, very large, comfortable unit close to the old town. The kitchenette was an added extra. Tram right outside and metro only 2 block away.

The cleaners replaced towels, etc, but they didn't sweep the floor every day.

We like location. Very close to everything. Friendly staff. We didn't expect the room to be that spacious with terrace. Even if the housekeeping is to be requested at the reception they come to your room to refill everything. We are really happy and contented to stay in this hotel. Kodus to the cleaning staff.

There is a mold on the ceiling inside the bathroom.

The location was very good. Right outside was a tram station. Many food joints nearby. A grocery store right next door. Room was big enough with large windows.

The check in and check out had to be done at Urban crème hotel reception which was a few minutes walk from the Alveo suites. This was inconvenient for us as we had a very early morning check out plus the cold as we were travelling in December. Also the bathroom had a smell even though it was clean.
