Dirty carpet and bed was very hard

The check-in process was straightforward and the staff was very helpful for any questions we had. We didn't pay for the breakfast when we booked our rooms but it was possible to pay for it during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean. The location was also perfect since it was only 10 minutes away from the center. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The so called "gym" was just a small room that had a few devices to exercise. It was sufficient for me and my friends but I would not advertise it as a gym and be more precise in the description.

Great location on the edge of the old and new towns, within easy walking distance of everything. Spotlessly clean, comfortable twin room, with separate toilet and wet room shower, towels, hairdryer, and complimentary additions included , toiletries, comb, shoehorn, and tea and coffee. Mini bar fridge chargeable locally (we didn't use this facility but we did use the fridge). We would highly recommend this accommodation as its excellent value for money. We had a late flight and they stored our luggage after we'd checked out.

There was a parking at hotel which is a plus due tue many hotels in this area don’t have. Nice hotel, modern design. Comfy bed. Everyday cleaning. Nice location. Supermarkets/restaurants/public transport at hand.

Short options for breakfast. Two kinds of eggs, beans, ham&cheese same every day. (Don’t have enough supply?) Sometimes we had to wait for the coffee/tea cups to get washed or plates were wet. Not a big deal but haven’t experienced that before in hotels. Room sound proof wasn’t the best,at least in our case ( maybe we were lucky) neighbors were slamming the doors because they wouldn’t close completely so you have to push it harder to make sure you closed it and cleaning ladies weren’t too gentle 😅 while cleaning making all sounds possible in the morning. It’s was a good stay overall. I’d rate the hotel 4 stars rather than 5 compared to other 5 star hotels.

Location of the hotel is really nice. Also it is a new hotel, condition of the room and cleaning were really satisfying. Air conditioning was really fast and good. Bed was relaxing.

Prague has park problems and I picked this hotel since it has parking. I called the hotel 6 times to reserve a park place, but no one picked up. One hour before my arrival I call once more, the reception picked up but said no parking lots left. Cleaning was really nice, but no one should enter the room if "do not disturb" tag is hanged on the door :)

The breakfast was perfect except for the VERY poor choice of fruits (the continental breakfast, esp. at this level of quality/price, also includes fruit, which means more than a few apples on a plate!). The bathroom was somewhat of a mystery: a tub whose shower section is protected by a glass door that has no room to open/close... Too dangerous for showering (bc the slippery tub), uncomfortable for bathing (the glass door is in the way and it's hard to reach the controls under/around the shower from outside the tub; getting in and out is dangerous/tricky bc you're trying not to slip and crash into the glass door).

The room was comfortable enough to fit 3 adults - each heaving a separate regular size bed. Beds were comfortable. Underground parking available at the hotel is reasonably priced - it matches the price of city parking spaces outside. Tea and coffee available in the room - that was a nice touch. The room was very quiet and had windows on both sides, making it a bright space.

Unfortunately both windows were exposing internal spaces with no interesting view whatsoever - one was a roof of hotel's restaurant - which was ok, but the other was directed to a small space in between buildings, where nothing but pigeons turd and pigeon rotting corpse could have been seen. That was really unpleasant. Also lady at the reception desk who was checking us in seemed to be working for punishment. A little bit of smile never killed nobody. Breakfasts were mediocre. The food itself was fine and plenty, but the selection was not broadest that you can imagine.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the center and shopping center Palladium. Also, in the area, there are great restaurants and bars. Public transportation is available near the hotel . Breakfast thaw poor is tasty and fresh.

Rooms are small. Matres is not comfortable to sleep on. Gym is small room with pieces of equipment ( better not to mention it- for training lovers there is a great gym 10 meters from the hotel not expensive and well equipped. 150 krons)

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and close to the metro/tram/bus stops. Also walkable to the main train station or bus station. I like the visual design of the rooms. Even though my room faced the street, the noise level was close to none.

The bed for two consisted of two mattresses and the space in the middle created a pit where one becomes easily stuck - not great for couples who like to snuggle. The entrance to the rooms is also a space with the washbasin, or space where you enter the shower and toilet. That means for example that after showering you need to step onto the surface where you walk in your shoes as you came from the street, so it leaves not very hygienic feeling. Illogically, the rack for hanging your coats and jackets is not near the entrance but is located next to the bed.

It was very clean. Checkin and checkout done smoothly. Rooms, beds,.. very comfortable. Staff very kind and responsive. They stored our luggage the last day before going to airport.

Breakfast could be much better; no sausages, potatoes, mushrooms, or fried bacon. Did not prebook breakfast. The hotel charged for breakfast before serving; it would be more respectful to add it to the checkout bill. One night there were loud noises from other rooms until 3am due to celebrations, which was not the management's fault.
