Very spacious, great bed, great to have a dressing area, very nicely decorated, comfortable bathroom and very clean. Good location for old town and Jewish Quarter. Nice places to eat very close by.

Room was a bit dark with no view as had velux windows that didn't open very much and the skylights had been covered up. The photo above shows a lovely terrace to sit out on but it seems there is only one apartment that has this facility.

This accomodation is so close to a lot of things. It makes everything walkable- restaurants, supermarkets, shopping center (Palladium), transportation and most importantly the scenic spots. It provides kitchen and ironing stuffs. It's very clean and spacious. Wifi is also great.

The whole stay is really manageable but If I have to add details about it, I would like to list the following: - There's no reception so if you arrive very early or if you have a late flight , there's no way you can leave your luggages. But there are lots of storages in the area for a fee. -You can only enter at exactly 3 pm using the door code provided before your arrival. - personally, the bath tub is too high for me with water supply a bit sparse

The apartment is fab. Two queen beds. That was really comfy. With two separate bathrooms. And rooms are closed off from each other. Great for 4 of us. Small kitchen with hot plate for cooking and fridge for use. Large balcony. Its a top floor. With only one other room on the floor. Was very quiet all weekend. Lift access available too. There is a mini market next door. Couple of cafe/ bars around. 10- 20 minute walk to Old town. .

We were also over charged. Ive read this on a few reviews. They advised it was because of currency exchange. This didn't reflect current currency rates at the time. I checked. Booking.com did support with reimbursing the difference. We didn't receive our check in details and I had to call. The room was boiling when we arrived and we had to leave windows open to cool down. And turn the fans on. Wasn't expecting that for a Prague visiting in Feb 😄 You can hear the bells slightly. But this didn't overly bother us. Letting others know as it may bother them. Regardless of the issue with overcharging. I would definitely stay again.

Great location in walking distance of the old town square, loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Clean and comfortable. A perfect apartment for a family going sightseeing.

The data collection and ID verification process was a bit of a pain. We ate out most mealtimes so it didn't bother us but the kitchenette is pretty small and basic - it's clean and perfectly usable though. The terrace was nice but only overlooks other apartment buildings.

- Location was perfect! 10/15minute walk to Old Town Square but so much surrounding the property too! Highly recommend simply because of the location - The apartment was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable - Had toiletries and all amenities were functioning well -no fuss with an entry card as it uses a digi code which is great -Although check in in contactless you are able to store your baggage at an affiliate hotel if your check in times do not correlate -The property is quiet, you can’t hear your neighbours or the street -The hotel room has a safe -Towels were provided and good storage areas

Nice location, online check in and easy to access (key code). The apartment has everything you need. Good WiFi. Very warm inside of the apartment, which was perfect, since it was freezing outside.

Slow response from the host, I found out that early check in wasn't gonna be possible an hour before my arrival, so it was hard for me to organise. Shower sometimes didn't have hot water.

The doors didn’t seem so secure, looked like 1 good push and the door is in.

The appartment is in a great location. Clean, with good bed, bathroom and kitchen. It has no blinds, so you use some heavy curtains instead. The neighborhood is very cosy and safe, with food and drink places around it.

The hosts were very unresponsive. We could not reach them through email, or through the booking chat application. The only thing that worked, was to visit their staffed reception and communicate in person. Also the appartment entrance is a bit easy to miss.

There is no host. You get an electronic key, eventually. The service used to provide documentation is quite flawed and seems to be in a continuous loop of asking the same questions. I emailed the hosts and they said that I had successfully registered, even though the app gave no indication. That being said, the electronic key worked well for both the street entrance and the room door.

There was only space to use use one appliance at a time (microwave or toaster or coffee machine).

Everything was super smooth. Clear indications regarding check in and entrance code. The apartment was warm and clean.

The room was not very well soundproofed; I could hear people in the corridor quite clearly and sometimes even the neighbors in their rooms.
