The place was really nice, there front door of the building (night hours) the elevator and the apartment door were unlocked with a code, which made it easy even for my 6 year old to go to the room on his own. The apartment was just what we needed, clean, functional and positioned in the central area of the city. The staff at the lobby bar were most friendly, spoke very decent English and after the 3rd morning even remembered what each of us has for breakfast.

A bit pricy but the combination of service, quality and location makes it worth it. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The room was great and had all the necessary things for a weekend away! Check in and check out was easy. The mini fridge was stocked with a free beer, water and a soft drink which was a nice surprise too. Bed was HUGE, was a bit noisy with the cars going past of a morning but the room was supplied with earplugs so wasn't too much of a bother. The area was nice, a few shops and restaurants and 10 min walk from the centre of the Old Town. The bathroom was modern, nice shower too! Would stay again.

Only thing was when we arrived the room had a slight musty smell, but this soon went away by the next day. Guessing the room just hadn't been used in a while.

Lovely hotel in a great quiet location yet close to all the action. Great staff and wonderful breakfast.

No towels in room on arrival amd no room clean/linen change during our 3 day stay. This should be made clear on the Booking.com details I’m the Hotel.

The appartment is just as described, very comfortable and cozy, located in a quite place, but very close to the main attractions. We really appreciated the comfortable lockers where we stored our luggage before check-in and again after check-out. I'll definitely come back and stay here again.

The location

The aircondition is not enough to make the room cold.

This is my second stay at Numa at this location. Love the design, location, and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. There are great restos and cafes in the area plus 15-20 mins walk to old town, 5 min walk to the river and other important sites. I also like that they have options to do laundry as I travel with children.

Only issue was an odor in the bathroom which could not be resolved even by housekeeping. I didn't have the issue before nor after (as I came back for another stay shortly thereafter), so likely a fluke.

Great location, beautiful building, nice sized rooms, blackout curtains were appreciated as the room was quite sunny otherwise, great to have extra coffee capsules if needed

The air conditioning was quite weak and it was leaking.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Numa Apartments. If you need help don’t hesitate to contact numa via WhatsApp etc. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The overall design exceeded my expectations and it made a special impression on me. In addition, the on-site restaurant serves delicious food. I recommend you to try it!!! Also, we loved the sound of the chapel! Didn't even need a clock. The location of the apartment was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We would have appreciated an iron in the room. Unfortunately there was also excessive noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep, but overall it was fine!

Well located close to the city center just by walk. Large room and comfortable. The staff is very responsive and takes care of the requests.

The breakfast is very limited and not corresponded to the quality of the hotel. You can choice within a limited things, of good quality by the way. There are some small issues (some lights are not working and shower doesn't work properly) in the room that need more attention.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of service. The freebies in the fridge were a delightful surprise, and the complimentary access to WiFi made our stay even more convenient. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within easy reach of all the important attractions. Our room was incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and the bed was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague for an unforgettable and comfortable experience.
