The staff really made us feel welcome and comfortable in the hotel. We were well informed and we were very grateful to be able to leave our luggage there safely before check-in and after check-out. There was always reception staff ready and kind to help. The location of the hotel is very convenient - it's right next to the metro station exit and tram stop for Florenc, you can even get into the city on foot, and there are shops right next door. Despite being near public transport it is very quiet at night and the curtains can make the room dark enough at night. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and tidy, smelled nice and the bathroom amenities were good as well. The beds were very soft and comfortable.

The stay was nice but there are a few things to keep in mind: The hotel uses a credit system and promises to give you back any unused credits after you stay (can't comment on this, we opted out). Due to how frequented the location is, it is advised to stay safe while you wait for tram, especially at night. The bathroom is not ventilated. The AC in the room worked well, but it's not possible to turn it off completely if you don't need it.

Fantastic hotel, just a short - 10 minutes - walk to the heart of the old town. All the staff we engaged with were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection of hot and cold food. We particularly liked the daily smoothie (apart from the carrot). We had a meal in the bistro one evening and it was good quality food at a reasonable price. It was my birthday whilst we were there and a bottle of brut was left for us… a lovely touch. just one thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been a softer mattress; being English we didn’t complain!

The hotel is easy to access by public transport, and it's a short walk from the city center. Great breakfast buffet, I was only missing yogurts (but maybe I just overlooked them). I had a quiet room viewing an inner yard, and there was everything in my room that I needed for my stay. A gym was in a good order and sufficiently equipped. A small but nice lobby area with a fire place. The personnel was welcoming and willing to accommodate to my needs. I liked the hotel's sustainability concept.

I tried the hotel restaurant for dinner, the quality of meals could be better for the price paid. Although it's a short walk from a city center, I was uncomfortable a bit walking alone in the evening back to the hotel.

It was amazingly clean, not sure i have seen something similar in a European hotel, before. The breakfast had variety, everything was fresh and refilled immediately after finishing. The staff was polite and helped us with our questions during our stay and with our luggage on check out day, by keeping them safe until our flight departure. The 24 hour reception and stay late bar at the lobby was something we really enjoyed. We personally loved the location. It's not exactly at the center of all but we liked the peace and the fact that train and tram station was exactly outside of the hotel.

You can't control the A/C in your room. It's fixed by the Hotel and it's not really cool.If you go in summer, it will be hot in your room for sure and really humid. The humidity In Prague is really high, like all the time, so not be able to dry in your room was really unpleasant. One complimentary bottle of water only for the first day is something to keep in mind and buy your own water for the rest of the days because is not going to be replenished.

Modern hotel with a great location and very good transport links. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Friendly staff, nice and varied breakfast. It’s an easy walk to the Old Town. The only issue was the air conditioning — even at full speed it barely worked. Luckily the weather was cool during our stay, but when it gets hotter (25°C and above), the room might feel too warm. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

The breakfast was perfect, varied and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, you only need to cross the road to find a metro station (Florenc) or to take the Tram or even get a taxi. The room was very clean and spacious, we took a triple room and still we had a nice corner with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy some tea before going to bed. The bathroom was clean, and towels were always ready and at our disposal.

There is absolutely nothing that i did not like about Botanique.

Hotel near tourist attractions. Very clean, comfortable and functional room. Free wifi and smart tv in the room. The hotel has a small underground car park (the car goes down by elevator, the hotel offers assistance with that). Friendly and efficient service.

Tasty although not very varied breakfast (too few vegetables). Too little space in the restaurant area. On the top floor you could hear noise from the infrastructure on the roof. Mattress too soft.

The room was super comfortable and very spacious. It had all the basic amenities - shower gel, tea, coffee, kettle, a mini fridge. Everything seemed to have been freshly cleaned. The location was also brilliant. I was a solo female traveller, so safety is always quite important, and I felt completely safe walking back to the hotel alone. It's on a busy main road, so plenty of people and bright lights around! It also has the tram and underground stops literally right opposite, so it's super well connected if you prefer not to walk. But you can definitely get to the main attractions super easily on foot - Old Town in much less than 30mins, and you can get across Charles Bridge and up to the castle and cathedral within an hour. There's also a Billa supermarket right across the road, so you can stock up on anything you'd like! The staff are really really friendly and helpful. They even let me check in early when I arrived around midday, and would happily store luggage if I needed after checkout. The breakfast was also brilliant and delicious! I don't eat dairy or gluten, and there were plenty of options. And not just stuff that happens to be GF like fruit, but a dedicated 'GF corner' with individually wrapped bread etc, so I think if you were coeliac you could feel relatively confident (don't want to speak on anybody's behalf as I'm not!!) The wifi is fast and there are enough plug sockets around the room. Really no issues at all!

I didn't have any problems whatsoever, and was really happy with my stay. If I had to pick something out, I'd say perhaps allowing us a complimentary bottle of water per day, rather than just one for each stay - but I had no problem picking some up from the Billa across the road. A microwave would also be helpful! Also, although the room seemed to have been thoroughly cleaned, I would say the rooms/corridors are a little bit shabby around the edges. It could probably do with a bit of TLC. But for the price, I really was more than satisfied, and there's nothing at all I'd complain about.

Everything was amazing and comfortable. The receptionists were kind and helpful. As my wife is wheelchaired the accessible room was perfect.

The check-in took us around 20 to 30 minutes it was crowded 😐 Even the restaurant where we were supposed to have breakfast was crowded and needed to wait for an empty table .. BUT to be honest, the breakfast was fresh and delicious and has so many choices.. The location of the hotel is far from the center it was a round 15 minutes of walking, which was difficult with a wheelchair..

Loved the location, the rooms, the staff and the hotel in general.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable for us. The mattress on one side was worn and crooked. The room was not cleaned at all on our last day (or the cleaning was so minimal that we didn't notice), and even though it says that sheets are changed every 3 days, it didn't seem to us that they were changed at all during out stay. Other than that, our stay was great.
