We chose this lovely modern hotel after reading the reviews and were not disappointed. Just a 20/25 minute pleasant walk to the old town and if you don’t feel like walking there is plenty of public transport just outside including one of the Big Bus tour stops which is conveniently just around the corner at the Hilton. The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient. There is plenty to eat at breakfast to suit all preferences, from full English to continental to making pancakes, and also some gluten free choices - all self service. Overall, I thought our experience was superb value and I would definitely recommend.

The staff really made us feel welcome and comfortable in the hotel. We were well informed and we were very grateful to be able to leave our luggage there safely before check-in and after check-out. There was always reception staff ready and kind to help. The location of the hotel is very convenient - it's right next to the metro station exit and tram stop for Florenc, you can even get into the city on foot, and there are shops right next door. Despite being near public transport it is very quiet at night and the curtains can make the room dark enough at night. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and tidy, smelled nice and the bathroom amenities were good as well. The beds were very soft and comfortable.

The stay was nice but there are a few things to keep in mind: The hotel uses a credit system and promises to give you back any unused credits after you stay (can't comment on this, we opted out). Due to how frequented the location is, it is advised to stay safe while you wait for tram, especially at night. The bathroom is not ventilated. The AC in the room worked well, but it's not possible to turn it off completely if you don't need it.

Great location about 15 mins walk to the centre. A metro station literally outside of the hotel. Parking is available at a cost but I found it extremely good value considering prices in Prague. No ability to reserve a space in advance unfortunately but the parking was fairly empty when I was there and had no problem parking. Be cautious the entry is very narrow but the concierge can help with parking :) rooms were very comfy and very clean. Overall a great place to stay and good value. Breakfast is really good for a hotel breakfast

I chose this hotel because of its location when coming in from the Airport. Actually I got that slightly wrong, because I assumed it was an easy walk crossing the Vltava from Strossmayerovo náměstí where the tram stopped. But I didn't realise that you cannot walk across Hlavkuv Most, and you cannot walk across Negrelli Viaduct. If you are confused, from the Airport set your target as FLORENC Metro station - it's outside the front door and easy to get on a Metro from Nádraží Veleslavín (which is reachable by bus from the Airport). The connectivity of this hotel to, bus, tram, metro and supermarket makes it a good choice; even the Florenc Bus Station for long-distance coaches is only a few steps away. The facilities in the room are quite sophisticated, and there was kettle, coffee maker, fridge, excellent shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite costly, but quite phenomenal in its choices, quality and service. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. This hotel is indeed a Quality provision, and convenient too. You can even walk to the major sites in the Old Town and New Town

I really got the best experience I could. At night the room was dark - thick curtains, no extra sources of light. It was also quiet - I slept peacefully the whole night without earplugs. The bed and pillow were comfortable and the blanket felt like sleeping under a cloud. The room and the bathroom are modern, everything is clean. A kettle and a nespresso machine in the room, together with tea and coffee capsules. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They also offered me to store my luggage when I was leaving - this was very helpful as in the rush I forgot to check this opportunity myself.

Literally the only thing I could complain about is that one bottle with shampoo wasn't working very smoothly

We took Flixbus from Cesky Krumlov to Prague main bus station (Prague Central Florenc). Hotel is 350m from Florenc bus station, Hotel can be spotted from the bus station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to the old town. Tram stop is across the road. Billa supermarket is opposite the hotel. Mc Donalds nearby. Room is clean. Beds are comfortable. There is aircond in the room, well equipped. Bottled drink, coffee, milk, small coffee maker, electrical kettle, hairdryer are provided in the room, nice touch. Hotel also has lifts. Good modern new hotel. Easy to take early morning RegioJet bus from Florenc station to the airport.

a young female receptionist was a bit rude. However, another receptionist named Felix was polite & efficient, so it was ok. Construction going on along the street from Florenc bus station to the hotel, so had to go round the station & take a slightly longer route to the hotel, but it was ok, not far.

A very smart hotel that is in a very good location. It is very well run by professional and friendly staff. Across the road, one can see a metro train station, Florence and trams and busses are also outside the front door. The river is a short walk. Lots of nice cafes are at the Bus Station nearby and Macdonalds is on the corner under the bridge. I had a balcony and could see everything and hear very nice accordion playing in the morning.

The pillows were a bit too thick for me and I had to do my usual thing of putting a cushion in the pillow case. The quilt was too warm even with the balcony door open, so I just used the quilt cover and slept with my socks on. 😉

Fantastic hotel, just a short - 10 minutes - walk to the heart of the old town. All the staff we engaged with were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection of hot and cold food. We particularly liked the daily smoothie (apart from the carrot). We had a meal in the bistro one evening and it was good quality food at a reasonable price. It was my birthday whilst we were there and a bottle of brut was left for us… a lovely touch. just one thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been a softer mattress; being English we didn’t complain!

Location is very good, only 15 mins walk to the city centre, there is train station opposite to the hotel as well as tram station right outside the hotel. There are also supermarket and convenient store around. Staff are friendly and helpful, allowing us early check in when the room is ready, so that we can take some rest in the hotel after the long flight. The room is clean and spacious. We had a pleasant stay here.

The hotel is easy to access by public transport, and it's a short walk from the city center. Great breakfast buffet, I was only missing yogurts (but maybe I just overlooked them). I had a quiet room viewing an inner yard, and there was everything in my room that I needed for my stay. A gym was in a good order and sufficiently equipped. A small but nice lobby area with a fire place. The personnel was welcoming and willing to accommodate to my needs. I liked the hotel's sustainability concept.

I tried the hotel restaurant for dinner, the quality of meals could be better for the price paid. Although it's a short walk from a city center, I was uncomfortable a bit walking alone in the evening back to the hotel.
