Very clean tidy and beautifully designed apartments in a very cool area surrounded by great cafes, supermarkets and very close to flux bus terminal if you want to go on a day trip or a short walk into town.

The door didn’t shut without full force slamming all your weight into it and if your not tall you wouldn’t be able to close it as you had to push the hinge to get it closed on top, i couldn’t open or shut the door and had to rely on my partner to open and shut it which could be an issue if your not the tallest or very strong. Hopefully that was just an issue for us and it gets fixed.

Interior was excellent, it was clean, and bed was very comfortable

There were no curtains, and about 6 AM sun disturbed my sleep

The room was beautiful and extremely well designed. They provided many useful facilities in a really small space. We used them all and everything worked great. Everything was really thought out, and the first floor in particular was really nice for cooking and relaxing. The location was close to the train station which made for an easy in and out of the city from our weekend trip. It was about 20 minutes to the center, or quicker by rental bike. Its close to a grocery store and a really nice cafe. The staff was lovely and extremely helpful. The wifi was great for remote working. The bed was comfortable and had huge fluffy pillows. Overall, it was a great place for the price. Just a note: This is not for those with physical limitations because the bed is lofted with a steep ladder. It did not bother us, infact, it was really fun to sleep in for us, but it is something to keep in mind for others.

There was not enough air conditioning or air ventilation. If there was AC, we could not find it. If they have it, make sure to ask the staff how to use it. The temperature was okay with the windows open, but the noise from the street was constant and extremely loud, even in the middle of the night, making sleep nearly impossible. We had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones on. During our visit, the daytime temperature reached about 23° C. If you are a light sleeper or struggles to sleep in heat, this may not be the best place for you.

There’s a lift up to the 3rd floor. Wi-Fi is excellent. Shower with fresh clean towels and soaps. There’s also a little cafe in the yard with lots of seat choices. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

It was hot while I was there so I had to keep the windows open. The noise from outside made it very difficult to sleep. Buses. Ambulances.Police sirens and the public. The staff couldn’t really understand English. Or Scottish. But we got there.

In summer werry hot. Nou AC in rooms, only air cleaners. Dificult to sleep in so much hot envairment. So if they wodlike to improve AC its the way to invest in.

Everything about this place was perfect! The location, the modern facilities, the spotless cleanliness, and the excellent communication from the management team via chat. Self check-in was seamless with keyless entry through an app, and the apartment felt very secure within a gated complex that requires a keycard or app for access. The shower was incredibly powerful and luxurious. The air conditioning and washer/dryer were also big pluses, especially in the summer. One of the best parts was the location. Literally next door to Florenc bus station, which made my early morning RegioJet airport transfer effortless. I hadn’t planned to spend this much on accommodation in Prague, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing, great design, very comfy, feels like home.

It is near a bus station, so you hear the announcements. No air con, it got a but stuffy, but not too bad. People can smoke in the garden, so opening the window can be a problem.

The apartment was truly beautiful—clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything needed. I can easily imagine staying there for a longer period. The courtyard-style building also has its own unique charm. The contactless check-in and check-out were a nice touch as well. Karlín is a great neighbourhood with plenty of dining options, good access to public transport, and close proximity to Prague’s main bus station.

What slightly disturbed me was the loud music coming from somewhere in the neighbourhood every evening, sometimes lasting past midnight, which wasn’t ideal. Occasionally, announcements from the nearby bus station could also be heard.

The apartment was big and very clean with full amenities. Right around the corner from Florenc International Bus Station, but still quiet. Very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful (not necessarily found this amongst the middle-aged to elderly Czech people, some of whom are very rude, which puts you off from an otherwise excellent and beautiful city experience - the young people are more worldly, open and very friendly, the others need to loosen up a bit. Highly recommend this place.

The app for access to the place did mostly come up with a blank. Had to refer back to the website for access, which worked very well.

The area where it is located might not be the most beautiful, but it is well connected with public transport. The apartment is small, but well equipped and cute.

The main area could use some curtains and also the stairs to get to the bed area are not accessible for everyone, someone using crutches or on a wheel chair would have a hard time to climb those upstairs. Also the self check-in didnt work at all, after entering the booking number the machine just froze, it didnt show any errors or anything...Luckily there were a couple of the cleaning staff still there and they were kind enough to help us :)
