The location was almost perfect. The hotel was out of the way and in a quiet area; there was no noise or anything else. The walk to the old town is a bit longer, about 7 to 10 minutes from the hotel to the metro, but it was very relaxed. There were cheap shops nearby, like Lidl or other local supermarkets. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was incredibly good. All the amenities worked as they should and the bed itself was very good; you could adjust the bed as you wanted. The room service was there every day and always cleaned everything very thoroughly, as it should be. Really speechless.

The only thing that could be improved was that the wax basin cover should be replaced in the bathroom, but that's it. There's nothing to complain about here, at least not in the spa3

Don’t understand any of the negative reviews. I did not find it difficult to navigate the corridors. Room was very big. Bathroom easily newly refurbished and was immaculate. My bed was extremely comfortable. Yes there was outside noise but I always travel with earplugs so this was not a problem. Breakfast had loads of choice. Staff were helpful. Hotel is in a quiet district away from too much hustle and bustle. Loads of nice restaurants nearby. It’s a 3 star hotel not the Ritz. It provided everything I needed and it didn’t cost a fortune. I thought it was exceptional.

Only improvement would be to provide a safe for valuables.

Air Conditioning, comfortable bed (slightly firmer mattress) . All staff were lovely. I like that there's snacks and bottled water you can buy on-site. Room was clean and comfortable. Large bottle of sparkling water in the room which was welcome after my flight.

My room was clean but areas of the hotel are collecting dead flies, dust and stains. Little details! Not much of a problem. Didn't affect my stay.

good location 15 minutes on foot from Florence metro and bus station, very clean, comfortable newly renovated room, very quiet, microwave oven in room, tea kettle, complimentary tea-coffee-botlle of water, I would definetelly choose again

that was probably the most Spartan reception I saw in all of my trips, it looks quite cheap , glad I did not panick and run away because the renovated hotel is really good. Hotel rooms are situated in a kind of maze, but after 10 minutes I got used. The garbage can was missing from the room but it wasn t a big deal

Convinient location at the peaceful and quiet part of the city, 10 min walk to metro station and 5 min to tram station. Room itself was lovely and cosy, it was pretty spacious and has all necessary equipment. Exept normal size litter bin. It has only tiny trash container in bathroom which wasnt obviously enough for such a trash producer as me. Also one should be ready to walk through a maze to get to Adeba plus hotel site (which is more modern and nice).

Quality of room cleaning might/should be improved. I had to extra ask at the reception to clean the floor in my room while all towels were changed and bed made. Breakfast was basic level, but enough to get some energy for the day. Coffee...you might want to visit Starbucks, which is close to metro station. As a friendly suggestion to the hotel - please think of doing something with the room, where breakfast is served. It gives a strong school canteen vibe. Still all these things are minor, i would return to this hotel again.

Room was equipped as was advertized and shown on pictures. It had a comfortable bed and quality beddings. Room was spacious and easy to stay in - no squzee in bathroom or so.

Only the road in front of the windows has traffic till late night. Staff at the breafast has no distiqushing signs from the other guests. Thus making it difficult for any enquiry - we need to ask for some tea mugs instead small coffe cups.

We had a room in Adeba plus and it is a new part of the hotel. Room was super, with small refrigerator and microwave, tea service. We appreciated breakfast until 10.30 and checkout at 11.00. This time we had no car, but there is a garage in the hotel. Breakfast is ok, with a good choice for vegetarians. The location is absolutely perfect, close to centre and close to metro station.

Gorgeous, spacious room which is much closer to the centre of the city than you may think when consulting a map - doesn't take long at all! Room was cleaned daily and had all the equipment you'd expect plus more - the USB-C charging ports and variety of teabags were nice touches.

The breakfast was quite overcrowded (although likely due to us visiting over a weekend), food was sometimes a little bit cold and there wasn't a ton of choice. Still good value and definitely possible to get a nice varied meal, but it would definitely benefit from some additions!

The concierge and staff were friendly and the check in & out were seamless. Amazing location, just nearby the metro and tram stop. The room was what we expected and more. Great air-conditioning, bathroom was clean and felt luxurious. The fridge was good, just wished it could be bigger, it's more of a snack fridge. It was great that they had a snack bar in the lobby too! Good parking spaces.

The breakfast was good enough but it was limited, let's just say it's not worth £12. It was a bit of a tricky maze to get to the second floor, got lost on the first night Haha but got used to it after a few days. Towels could've been better quality, our towels were either a bit ripped at the end or the sewing has come undone. Couldn't get the TV to work. If it is possible, it would be nice to have an air refresher in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly, I arrived very early around 9:00 am and they gave me the room straightway which normal check-in is at 14:00. The room was modren, tid, and clean. The hotel was near different public transport.

The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't change the towels when they cleaned the following day and kept the old ones. I have to mention the room was right in front of the railway, but I didn't bother though
