The apartament was in a good location, it was clean, and spacious. It has a parking (paid) and the possibility of self check in/check out. The beds were comfortable and there were multiple grocery stores in the nearby. The room was exactly the same as shown in the photos. I strongly recommend this place!

There was only one thing - troubles with payment for the parking. Despite we paid for the parking the first day after the check in, the reception didn’t record it well in their system and we kept receiving reminders about the missing payment. Good that we kept the receipt from the payment processing that we could show in the reception to resolve the issue.

The room was clean and well equipped for two people, the check in was easy and quick. It is a bit too far from the center (30-40 minutes walk to the Astronomical clock), but you can get there much quicker with the tram. Around this place there are a lot of groceries and pubs/restaurants. All in all it was good to stay here beside the fridge fiasco.

The fridge does not worked properly. We announced the personnel, about our problem with the fridge and they did nothing about it. The freezer completely melted down in the fridge part there was even hot air. We had to throw our foods to the bin. The parking places are good, but I think is bit too expensive.

Good apartment if you’re staying in Prague. Clean and big for two people. Comfortable bed and kitchen with stove, kettle and microwave (no oven). It also has a washing machine so it’s convenient to wash clothes if your luggage is limited. There’s also a lift in the building. There’s not much to do in the area where it’s located but it has great connections with the city centre through bus and tram (Prague has good transport connections in general). The bus stop is about 3 minutes away, and the tram stop about 7.

The only negative is that the walls are quite thin so you can hear everything from the nearby apartments, which can be annoying if you have noisy neighbours.

Nice clean self contained apartment, would be great for solo traveller or a couple. Just over 30 mins walk to Wenceslas Square , 45 mins to Old Town Square. Great for exploring Zizkov, you'll always be in the shadow of the unique tv tower, take a climb up Vitkov Hill, which is on your doorstep for amazing views or a walk through the tunnel to Karlin which has great coffee shops. Apartment had basic cooking utensils and pots if you want to stay in a couple of nights. Water was always warm. Easy instructions for check in after hours . No frills but had everything I needed. Great value for money if you're looking for a base outside of Prague 1 or 2,

My apartment was on the second floor overlooking courtyard. If it had been summer I may not have wanted to open the window in case of cigarette smoke, but this wasn't an issue at this time of year :)

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport, a variety of shops, and several pubs/restaurants nearby. The availability of private on-site parking (for an additional fee) was particularly beneficial, though it's important to note the height restriction of 2.1 meters. The apartment itself was great. It was clean, with a good-sized bed and shower. The apartment was well-equipped, including a kettle, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I found it to be a great place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

The apartment lacked air conditioning. During our stay, the weather was delightfully warm, with temperatures ranging from 26-31°C, making the absence of air conditioning quite noticeable. We encountered a minor inconvenience upon our arrival as the lift was out of order, necessitating carrying our luggage up to the second floor. Additionally, while the check-in process was generally smooth, we were required to fill out an additional form before/upon arrival. This was a bit unexpected as it hadn't been mentioned during the booking process. Clarifying this requirement beforehand, during the booking process, could help avoid such surprises.

We had a whole apartment for 2 people, the bed was comfortable and the whole place was really clean. It was just nice to be able to relax in comfort after a long day walking around exploring. Despite it being quite warm outside, the place was cool as you went in. In office hours, the staff were really approachable and helpful.

Unfortunately we got given a card for the wrong apartment and someone was already staying there! It was minor inconvenience which was rectified quickly (although got us panicked for a moment!)

We enjoyed how quiet the area was. The apartment had all that we needed to feel welcomed and comfortable. The location is within a walkable distance from the city centre: around 20 minutes. There are some nice restaurants nearby, as well as a couple of grocery stores. We visited Prague in winter and were happy the apartment was well heated, and warm water was available in seconds.

A french press, coffee machine or anything related would have been really appreciated. Other than that, the kitchen was quite well equipped.

Very good accommodation. The place is well located, not to central to avoid tourist waves but not too far from the center either with near public transportation. The apartment was very comfy and we slept like little babies (loved the mattress!). The lady at the reception was helpful and the venue was clean. Washing machine inside the apartment was a nice surprise!

We were unable to make the TV work. Not a big issue cause we had other things to do but a guide for the TV in the apartment would've been nice.

The large airconditioned room was light, really clean and the bed was supremely comfortable.

It was disappointing that there was a washing machine but no drying rack for wet clothes, and the freezer comparment of the bar fridge was taped closed, so there was no ice and nowhere to keep frozen foods. A small niggle is that there were only 2 food prep knives and they were both non-serated and very blunt, so cutting bread and preparing meals was a challenge.

A good location, easy to get to places. Facilities great and beds were very comfortable.

A couple of small issues but didn't affect our stay. Curtains needed to be wider to cover the window for more privacy and blackout as not dark enough. A full length mirror would be useful where the coat hooks are.
