My room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The woman at check-in did a nice job of showing me how to get in and out of the building outside of hours. The view from my room was nice.

The hours for check-in are pretty tight. I was in a top floor room with dormers, so the headspace was tight in half the room and made it a bit difficult to open/close one of the dormer windows. There's building construction next door which was noisy (but it didn't interrupt my sleep, so it was ok).

A lot of space in the room and nice staff.

We got bigger room but the room we booked looked much prettier at the photos than this one. There was very unpleasant smell from the bathroom so we had to keep windows open and therefore it was cold during the night. Breakfast was quite good but don't expect anything special.

❤️Location is great, just walking distance to almost tourist attractions ❤️ The room is super big with big and comfortable bed. ❤️ Public transportation is just outside the hotel.

🙃 The staff in the reception was not welcoming at all. The next day we saw her, we greeted her and no response at all☹️. On the contrary, the staff in the restaurant during breakfast was great, polite and always smiling 😍.

There were three of us, for the price of the hotel we were expecting one room with three beds, but we were given a nice room with 2 small bedrooms and a kind of living room with sofa and a huge armchair. Another thing we like the most was that the toilet room and the bathroom were separate.

The only problem we faced was an iron and a fan, note didn’t provide it. But it wasn’t a huge problem for us.

The room was very nice with a good view from the roof top window. The stay was comfortable and the staff were very nice as well. I would highly recommend this place for the travellers. :)

Cheap and cheerful place to stay for a couple or solo traveller who is planning on spending more time out than in. Paid £29 per night so was very happy for the price I paid.

Breakfast is very simple but for the price didn’t expect much.

The room was really big, beds were comfortable, streen noise is not loud, and location is not far from the center. Breakfast is limited but okay to start the day.

Breakfast could be a bit better (e.g. adding eggs or feta cheese). Other than that, all was great.

Nice location - and the cafe on the first floor is nice too.

I had a room on the top floor under the roof - the windows don’t open - there was a well used fan…but the air was rather stale.

Room for three person was good. There were microwave oven, bridge, hairdryer. Breakfast was served with everything what we needed.

Kettle was absent, it was inconvenient for us.

Location. Clean and cozy room. Pretty view. Comfortable beds. Warm heater. Tasty breakfast with a lot of variety. We had a great time at Bona Serva.

We missed kettle and refrigerator in our room.
