Complete studio with facilites per advertised; Iron, iron board, washing machine+dryer, kitchen stove, microwave, kitchenette, refrigerator. These are all facilities that benefited us during our stay. Easy check in and check out process.

Not as spacious as shown in photos. But it still comfortable for 2 person. We got a room with daybed, okay for 2 people.But, if you are taller, maybe you find it not comfortable. Location is ok, but need to walk ~10mins to nearest tram station. Google maps shows 4mins walk to nearest bus station, but we did not use bus. If you want to use bolt, mark the destination as Seifert's Brunch. This is more accurate compared to address provided by host.

Modern and cute apartment with a wonderful courtyard. Tereza provided great communication with instructions and recommendations for the area. The location was great and it was very easy to walk to the train station and beyond to Old Town and Vysehrad, as well as taking public transport from the airport. The nearby park was great too, highly recommend going up to the free overlook at the national monument.

The cookware was a bit difficult to use as even with oil, food stuck to the pan. The bed didn't align with what we were expecting from the photo so we would have liked the booking process to be more clear with what to expect. The bed was still great though. Despite signs saying 'no smoking' in the courtyard, people still smoked. Not the fault of the host though!

Early checkout and no luggage drop off option made my last day a bit more anxious than I planned it to be. No convenient sockets to iron and charge mobile near the bed. It can get very noisy both from the street outside the window and from inside the building, especially if someone is talking or opening a door in the hallway nearby.

The place was nice with most things covered and it was sufficiently clean! Washing machine + pods, necessary toiletries and other items were provided. Bed was two single beds together. There's a nice brunch place ran by the hotel downstairs. The area of Zizkov is great - plenty if bars nearby. The staff was very present (online) and I felt safe approaching them at any time. They were also so kind to help us when we forgot something there. Thank you Thereza for the service

We paid too much for what it was (due to a big event in town so everything was expensive) but overall our expectations were exceeded.

I liked the ease of check-in/check-out and the cleanness of the room.

I hit my head a couple times against the top shower frame. I am used to having a taller shower frame at home. Also some furniture door handles are hitting the wall when fully open. To avoid some repairs in the future, it might be wise to install some bumpers on the right spots. Also, I suggest putting some material under the wardrobe, so it stays balanced and not wiggling.

Excellent apartment! Clean, cozy, smells delicious. The room has everything you need: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, dishes, kettle, washing machine, clothes dryer. The only thing missing is a TV, but that doesn't matter to me. The location is just super, a few minutes' walk from the tram stop. Nearby is the Billa supermarket, two parks, you can walk to the main train station and Wenceslas Square. Also nearby is the Žižkovský tunel, through which you can easily get to the Karlin area on foot.

The airbnb was small but enough for me and my partner. We appreciated the ability to make food or coffee in the apartment before leaving or after returning back to the hotel. The bed was alright as we are used to sleep on smaller bed. (Our room had a couch that can be extended to a bed) overall good room for it’s price:)

The location of the hotel is around 20 minutes from the center which is alright but still a bit out of hand. You have to plan some visits of places ahead considering the time of leaving the city. I was stressed about not getting the right link to registration but after some time everything was okay and we got inside without any problems. If we would go to Prague again we could find something closer to the center but if there won’t be anything closer for similar price, we agreed on living in this hotel again :)

Everything was very clean and very comfortable! It was so nice to have laundry detergent provided and Tereza checked in with me before and during stay to see if I needed anything. All directions were easy to follow and I loved the little balcony as well. It was a wonderful stay.

The cleaners were very loud cleaning up another apartment and it was the one day we were so tired we were hoping to sleep in. They probably had no idea we were trying to sleep and were just doing their jobs.

Everything was perfect. Tereza was the perfect host, ready to answer any questions but the house manual was so comprehensive, you have no more questions to ask. The location was perfect - very near the bus stop and supermarket. The apartment itself was perfect - it had everything you need, so comfortable and felt like home

Absolutely nothing

Comprehensive instructions for entering the building, retrieving the keys, and detailed directions for walking into the courtyard to locate my apartment.

The only downside was the lack of a TV, but it wasn’t a big deal since most of the time is spent outdoors, touring around and discovering great places to eat.
