I stayed at EA Hotel Victoria for three nights and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very close to the city center, so we didn't need to use public transportation at all. The location was perfect for exploring Prague on foot. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and I appreciated that they accept euros as well. While there's a currency exchange right next to the hotel, I would recommend exchanging money closer to the city center, where the rates might be better. That said, you won’t need to exchange too much, as most places accept euros. Still, it’s a good idea to keep some Czech koruna on hand, just in case. For those concerned about parking, you can pay 15 euros at check-in and get 24-hour parking in the nearby area. There’s plenty of space, so parking wasn’t an issue for us at all. Also, for anyone who needs an elevator, there is one available for easy access within the hotel." Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the main train station of Prague. However, if you have luggage, a tram or taxi will take you there in 5 minutes. I got a room with windows overlooking the courtyard, it was very quiet, I couldn’t hear the street and tram noise (the tram line runs right under the front windows of the hotel). My double room was very comfortable - new furniture, mini-fridge, good lighting, sockets, thick dark curtains on the windows, comfortable mattress and pillows, good soundproofing of the window system, tea/coffee set, fast free wifi. The bathroom has a good shower cabin, a large mirror, a convenient shelf for cosmetics and toiletries. The reception is open only from 14.00 to 18.30, the main entrance of the hotel closes after 22.00, but you will be given an individual digital code with which you can enter the hotel and your room. There is a Lidl supermarket and many restaurants near the hotel.

Perhaps the only downside of the hotel is that there were no instructions for the safebox in the room and I was unable to enter the code, but this was not very important. In addition, the luggage storage room is open only until 18:00 - because after that there is no one at the reception. But you always can leave your luggage in the automatic storage at the railway station.

The stay at this hotel was wonderful! We were greeted warmly, the room was clean, spacious and modernly decorated, Every morning the breakfasts were delightful with a large selection of dishes - everything was fresh and delicious. WIFI worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable, and cleaning was done every day. I really liked the cozy atmosphere and the attention of the staff to the guests. We will definitely come again!

The closet was a bit small for storing things and there was only 1 chair in the room, considering there were two of us, it was a bit uncomfortable. :(

The hotel is great and recommendable! The location is top, you are in a very interesting area of Prague, full of shops and restaurants, walking distance from the Old Town and other main attractions. Wi-Fi is very good, breakfasts are excellent. Staff is friendly, the premises are clean. I really recommend it. There is even a very nice elevator and a spacious patio.

I recommend booking rooms with air-conditioning. I stayed in a room without AC and it is hot and suffocating in summer. If you stay in a room facing the main street it can be a bit noisy because of the trams. Otherwise I do not find many drawbacks. The hotel is really nice.

I really loved my time at this hotel. The staff was really friendly. The hotel uses a code system for the doors, which is super convenient - I didn’t have to worry about losing a room key. The location is also very convenient, close to the train station, so you can reach other parts of the city quickly. The breakfast was really nice, with a good variety of options. I plan to travel to Prague for work quite often, and I definitely plan to come back to this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience—the staff was incredibly helpful and caring. Due to a train cancellation, we arrived quite late, around 2:30 AM. The front desk called me twice and also sent clear instructions for self-check-in, which made things much easier. The room was spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of vegetarian options. I highly recommend this place!

Just a cautionary note: The bathroom floors were get slippery, if wet.

The property was small. The room and building access felt safe. The hotel is close to travelling by train. 5 minutes walk to a grocery and a tram stop. AC was good, so the wifi. Breakfast was good, however, the basement smelled dumped and rotten due to poor ventilation and humidity. The staff at reception was exceptional so the staff at the restaurant. The weekend staff was OK. The only problem we faced, was when we ordered food delivery, the delivery guy could not reach us, they didn't call and couldn't access the building. breakfast area despite the smell was nice reflecting the history of the city.

The room is quiet, almost inaudible from outside the window or other rooms. Convenient system of entering the room using a PIN code, no need to always carry cards with you. Separated toilet and bathroom rooms. Good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and can help with any question. The location is a little far from the center, you can walk there in about 30 minutes. You can take the tram, the stop is a 5-minute walk away Close to international bus station, 10 minutes walk

The room looks a little outdated. Some things look almost broken, like doorknobs or a watering can. But this can be easily fixed; perhaps it just needs cosmetic repairs. It seems cleaning only happens if you put up a sign that cleaning is required.

The lady in the reception was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, WiFi available for free, perfect location to get to the top most attractive sights, 5 minutes by tram or 15 minutes walking distance to the Main train station and the express bus to the airport. Nice restaurants around and Lidl close to the hotel. Coffee and tea were available in the room. And the most important during the hot weather: air con was on and also a small fridge was available. Good value for money.

The hotel is beautiful and it's very close to the city center. When we came, there were no family rooms with air conditioning left, but the staff was very helpful and nice and gave us two separate air conditioned rooms. Chargeable parking is on the street right next to the hotel. Breakfast is not included in the basic price, but it was delicious, so it's definitely worth buying it. We would love to stay here again.
