Despite the older block-of-flats, the appartment itself was nicely reconstructed. Perfectly working and silent AC. Fully equipped kitchen incl. coffee machine, glass wine opener etc. The owner prepared a bottle of wine in the fridge. Small things like BT speaker, USB-charger etc.- more than great! It is clear that the owner wants a satisfied customer and does his best - very helpful with arraning some administrative stuff. Spacious living room + a table where I could work in the evening. Next time in Timisoara - 100% here!

Water pressure could be better - it takes longer time to warm water to get to the shower. Sometimes a smoking neighbour under the window. Garbagemen at 5 A.M., but that's not a problem of this specific flat.

The location is convenient if you want to go for a concert at "Palac Akropolis" (that was what I did, it's just two minutes away) or want to do some stuff at the east side of Prague. It's right next to the television tower (wich is basically in the backyard!) and not far from Vitkov Hill, Parukarka park (atomic bunker) and the Olsany cemetery. There's a little convenience store right next door and some pubs down the street. Room had a little kitchenette, with evereything there to get by for a day or two. Bath was fine but water drains very slowly.

The room was in the basement with a window to the pavement/street and the walls are very poorly soundproofed. So it can get very noisy, althogh it's an otherwise relatively quiet area. To get the key you must phone up some staff (wich didn't work for me as my phone went out of business...a nice lady helped me out!) and get the code for a little key safe. The bell at the door doesn't work. So I didnt meet anyone there who was in charge. The Bed is occupying most of the room so that one can't get to the wardrobe storage easily. But that ony might matter if you stay longer and have lots of clothes with you.

Great instructions and communication by the host I was arriving slightly after the normal check in time with the arrival of my flight. They were really excellent in accommodating me and great communication on the app and WhatsApp with this and the check in process. This property is in a fantastic fairly central location right next to the TV tower. The room was surprisingly huge with fridge coffee making facilities there was a shared bathroom and kitchen, everything immaculate - code entry doors everything was impressive given the price paid. Perfect value for money and excellent for a solo traveller looking for a safe comfortable place to stay with warm Friendly hosts.

Option for late checkout even with extra fee would have been something I would have purchased

Overall, this was a good stay. The room wasn't huge but large enough, a small kitchenette with basic appliances and dishes was helpful, the bathroom was clean and with quality porcelain. Nice and polite cleaning staff. The location is good, and the building itself has a nice feel to it. Decent matresses, heavy blinds, no noise to speak of, all you need for a good night's sleep.

More attention to small details would be welcome. One of the 2 sliding doors of the shower cabin was missing, the property apologized but refused to do anything about it so the floor in the bathroom was constantly wet. The night light was missing a bulb, we bought one and screwed it in :) The TV remote was missing. The bed was sturdy but screechy (not good for a recently wed couple like ourselves). A couple of clothes hooks next to the entrance would be useful.

Great location and big bed. The apartment is located in a high basement with a windows facing the pavement, but this was not an issue during my stay.

Squeaky bed. It is a metal frame, which means that the sound is horrible everytime you move. Not too many cooking facilities, I stayed for one night and it was not needed, but in case of a longer stay you may not be able to cook everything. Again, this is a lower floor which means that the windows was facing pavement with people walking. No issue with the sun light, but it may be uncomfortable for some people.

the kitchen was definitely an advantage. the bed was comfortable. bathroom was nice and spacious. the only problem was the window which we couldn’t open but maybe it’s because of our lack of skill😹 there was enough space in the apartment for my boyfriend to train. the location was amazing. we walked a lot and we could get to most tourist places in less than 1 hour. the tram stop was close aswell.

the window and the furniture which was a little used but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

A spacious room with a built-in bathroom. Basic yet functional equipment (yay for the hair dryer!). Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. Ideal for a short stay in Prague. Great location in a rather calm street between the neighbourhoods Vinohrady and Žižkov, less than 10 minutes walking to the nearest metro and tram stations - and then maximum 15 minutes to the city centre. Many cafés and pubs nearby.

I liked the location, it's two tram stops from the train station and city center. I liked how clean and quiet this apartment is. I like that everything is new and works well.

I didn't like pillows, they are the cheapest used pillows, they don't have any shape. Wi-Fi signal was really bad and only near the front door, but I was living in the apartment on the -1 floor. There were no heaters and if you rent this place when it's cold outside I would assume you would freeze. I booked it in summer but there were 2 out of 4 days of stay rains, it was quite chilly to sleep.

1. Location is great, as the whole Prague is crowd of people and tourist everywhere, that quiet place a bit far away of the chaos of the city center is perfect to stay. 2. Good Train connection with the principal points in Prague, even when the location is not so close to those parts, taking a tram you will reach the principal interest parts of Prague with just one tram in some minutes. 3. Value for the money, I paid not that much and I could afford a lot of things as I described before. 4. Apartment Equipped and comfortable, the Bed was awesome also the blankets and the kitchen with a fridge is perfect to make some food in the night or for a breakfast in the morning.

Nothing to complain, maybe it could be a bit more near the city center but as I described in what I like, I guess is quite better to be a bit far away with a good transport connection than be near the city center and crowd of people with a huge chaos everywhere.

Quiet location away from tourist area, tram to city centre nearby, large supermarket close by, plenty of bars & cafes in neighbourhood, good value for money

Shower not always hot; bed was a little hard for my partner's taste; nobody at property at arranged arrival time, had to borrow phone from a local to call property & gain entrance on first day - if you don't have roaming on phone it can be hard to get in touch with property quickly
