Receptionist Yuriy was especially welcoming; as a regular guest, he gave me a lovely room with a view on the third floor. He also explained my way around Prague and the offerings of other beautiful hotels in their group located in different parts of Prague. I really enjoyed the breakfast served in a room that was originally a theater hall. I recently stayed in New York City, and none of the top hotel chains there offered a breakfast as good as this one. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, as well as a drink at the bar. I’ve been coming back here for years and always enjoy my visits.

We left the hotel with the best experience. We stayed 5 nights and everything was amazing. We would like to thank from the bottom of our heart Ege from the bar and also Yuri the night shift receptionist!!!! Despite not being in the heart of the city, it has great access to the center. The trams nearby go to the center in less than 10 minutes. Very helpful staff. A special thanks to Mary who was very friendly and professional!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent!

The breakfast was very nice, full of variety. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was near a bus/train station, 20 minutes from Old Town which was very convenient.

The place is very loud at night, you can heat every car from outside and the noice often waked us up at night. Also you can hear every tourist going in the hallway, but it is nice they give you earplugs so maybe they are aware of this issue. Another thing is that the toilet is in a different room from the rest of the bathroom and you do not have a sink in there, it might be inconvenient, but not too bothering. In our first day the room was not clean properly, the floor was dirty.

The hotel in general is good. clean, good breakfast and very nice staff. They were very supportive and helpful. A special mention for Yuri; covering the night shift. He went out of his way to make my stay in Prague more easy, thanks to his recommendations as I was able to plan my days out better. Location is acceptable as it is in very nice neighbourhood.Surrounded with very good local restaurant. It takes you 20 to 30 minutes in walking to the most attractions in Prague. The only thing I did not like was my room. It was very tight, very small bed and uncomfortable mattress.

Breakfast was okay, but when staying for a few days, I would prefer a bit more variety. The staff was very kind, and overall, we had a great stay. The location was perfect—just a few tram stops from the Old Town and there are plenty of great spots nearby for breakfast, dinner, and beer.

At first, we were given a room right next to the elevator, so it was quite noisy and we could hear everyone using it. However, the staff was kind enough to offer us a different room, which I really appreciated.

Lovely hotel, located in Prague, you can walk straight out onto the trams and get into Prague 1 very quickly. You have local shops and pubs and it's very quiet no noisy vehicles or people. When we checked in very late Yuriy was so helpful and upgraded us as it was my partners 30th birthday and he was so accommodating anything we needed he was happy to help. The buffet breakfast had a variety everyday not everything was the same. I cannot praise Yuriy enough because he was such an amazing person and he was such a good laugh and you can get on with him very easily, he was so welcoming every time we came back in the night and gave recommendations we asked for about local restaurants and about the bar inside the hotel. I can't recommend this place enough it's quiet, in a good location and has an amazing staff member.

The best part was the location, easily accessible by tram (1 min walk) which takes you to the City centre in 7-10 min. I got got the hotel at a fairly good price so no real complaints. The are is quite and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They will tell you everything you need to know, and also provide some of the tickets at the reception itself. Overall a good experience.

Breakfast was okayish (considering it was a 4-star hotel). Facilities were slightly less as compared to other hotels, I mean it was a 4 star hotel so I was expecting more maybe. For example there was no dental kit, although the reception provided one on request. No ironing facility which was chargeable.

Super cute hotel. Location is close enough to the center we could walk within a half hour or get an Uber fairly inexpensive. They made parking slick and easy. Breakfast had about as many options and you could imagine. We were on the top floor and it was fun having windows that looked to the sky and cityscape. Facilities were clean and comfortable. All in all, it was my favorite stay of the trip and I actually do not have a complaint. For the price especially, it is worth every penny.

Honestly I can't think of anything. Parking could be difficult when the street is busy but we had no trouble finding parking.

Front desk staff was very good. Especially Yuryi and Mary as well as the gentleman who checked us in. Yuryi made restaurant reservations for us, he booked Bolt car for us and many other tips. Mary was also very helpful in arranging our takeaway breakfast as well as a lot of information about the city. Breakfast was plentiful.

I didn't mind the walk to the city centre but some might find it challenging, however, tram is very close to the hotel. Twin beds turned into a double bed is unusual, especially, if you have two separate blankets.
