Very clean, very helpful staff. I felt very safe as a solo woman traveller. My room was an attic room, small and on the 5th floor but for a solo traveller it was fine. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice. Close to the tram line which will take you into town and all the sights. At the bottom of a very steep hill so something to think about if you have mobility issues but I would 100% recommend and stay again

No iron in the room but they had one at reception so there wasn't really anything I didn't like.

The building had an old like architecture as the city of Prague but in a good way whereas on the inside everything was sophisticated and well-maintained.The public transportation was also great.Two of the main lines were 6 minutes away from the hotel and the main attractions were also close to the hotel too.The staff was amazing and very very helpful even at the late hours.My fiancé preapared a surprise for me by the great help of the staff everything was prepared within minutes.All in all I would recommend everyone to stay here if they’re thinking about coming to Prague.You won’t be disappointed.😊

great location, only 2 min to the tram or bus stop. beautiful, comfortable rooms and very cozy outside area. loved the experience, definitely would visit again

The hotel was very clean and nice. Loved the L'Occitance products in our room. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was great - especially loved that you had sunny side up eggs. Even though there was construction at the same time - we didn't hear it in our room, it was only during workhours (so we didn't hear it in the morning or in the evening). The location was actually quite great as well since we attended the conference in Holešovice market and it was a lovely scenic 30 min walk to there. There were few really good restaurants very close proximity to the hotel as well.

Oh it wasn’t my first stay here, so I was well aware what to expect more or less ;) I had a request prior to my arrival to accommodate me on the top floor, what was actually done. Thank you so much! Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the receptionist I met on the first day but omg he is the best honestly (guy with glasses). All my requests were fulfilled immediately. The rest of the staff they’re just amazing. It was so nice :)

I completely gave up on breakfasts this time because I didn’t want to eat baked potatoes in the morning :( one day there were no eggs, another - no pudding. Each time I came around 8:30. So ugh yeah. Could be better. I just took some sweets and left.

Great stay! The hotel is close to public transport and shops, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and included a coffee/tea machine. I was especially impressed by the high-quality L'Occitane body care products – a lovely touch! The shower was excellent, with great water pressure. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with cold cuts, cheese, toast, eggs, fresh fruit, sweets, juices, coffee, and tea. Gluten-free bread was available, and most ingredients were naturally gluten-free and well separated to avoid cross-contamination. Would definitely return and recommend!

The rooms were very modern and looked exactly like they did on the website. The check in process was easy as they send you an email 24 hours prior to check in to speed up the process once you arrive. The staff were very attentive and we ordered drinks to our room from the bar downstairs and they brought it very quickly and acted very professional. Good choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Hotel front reception doors shut at 10pm but key cards work on front doors so could easily get in still.

Initially when walking through the bedroom door, the room had a funny sewage like smell to it but the smell soon went away and didn’t affect our stay. Could have something to do with the building work going on next door. There was some building work going on whilst we were there which staff apologised for when we got there - didn’t affect us at all though! Limited seating at breakfast so would recommend going earlier but we were always able to find a seat.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was nice and clean, it had enough space for our packages. It is located near to the city center, only about a few tram stops which was good. The air conditioning was working well, and it had a nice cooling effect even at nights. The staff was always helpful during our stay.

The only thing I can mention as a negative is the parking lot belonging to the hotel. It is difficult to get down to the underground garage and the parking spaces are also extremely tight. With an SUV car, we could have parked more comfortably in only 2 parking spaces, but they were occupied by smaller cars. We paid 50 euros for 2 nights, which was not worth it, considering the parking conditions.

As someone who pays attention to hygiene, I can say that the room and the hotel are quite clean. The pleasant smell that hits your nose when you first enter the hotel continues in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the living space in the room was well designed. Although the room was compact, every need was well thought out and the lighting was pleasant. At the same time, the surroundings of the hotel were quiet and I liked the isolation of the room. One of the things that pleased me the most was the acceptance of our request and flexibility during the check in process. The staff were very friendly and helped us every step of the way. The location is ideal, the city center of Prague is not very big and the hotel is close to both bus and tram lines. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the city center and there was a continuous bus connection. For the price, the location and facilities are quite good.
