Great location with convenient access to tram/bus as well as Prague Central Train station and Florenc bus station. Not in a tourist area which was wonderful! Quiet, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good food options nearby including restaurants and a LIDL. Great shower! Appreciated having a refrigerator. We stayed twice, once at the beginning of our time in Czech Republic and again as we departed the Czech Republic. We had rooms on two floors and, although the rooms were different in size and configuration, both were great. We would stay here again when in Prague.

Some what confusing check-in process which was on-line the day before arriving. We were asked us to send travel information via a web portal which we weren't sure was secure. We contacted the hotel via Booking and, since we were arriving during hours the desk was staffed, we didn't need to send these documents. Hotel and room entry was via key code which sometimes needed extra attention and patience to get it to work. A small suggestion would be to put a tray in both showers as there was no place to put soap/shampoo/etc. It would also be nice if the hotel could have breakfast service again as the dining room was inviting but empty!

The service was extremely nice and let us leave our luggage in the room until the evening even checkout was at 11.00 and did not charge an extra fee for late checkout. The room was bice and cozy in a quite neighborhood. City center can easily be reached on foot. We would come back anytime!

The bed has two mattresses that move away front each other all the time and you have to readjust it constantly

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything. The hotel was generally clean. It was well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay!

The breafast was very tasty, but unfortunately the kitchen seemed understaffed. Food was not replenished quickly — if you didn’t come in the first half hour, you often missed out on things like pancakes. Also, most of the meat options were pork-based; it would have been great to have chicken alternatives. Room cleanliness could improve a little bit, some areas were a dusty

The staff is very helpful during check-in, and the rooms are comfortable and simple. Breakfast was quite nice too. Sometimes there isn't anyone available to answer questions, but you can reach them via WhatsApp, and the hotel is self-service anyway. It exceeded my expectations. I was satisfied with everything. The hotel also has an elevator. The location is close to both the train station and the metro line that goes to the airport. You can easily find Prague's unique bars and cafes. The location is quite peaceful.

The cleanliness of my room was 10/10. Breakfast was not bad. The location of the hotel was very good, I walked to the city center in 20-30 minutes, by bus in 10-15 minutes, the hotel is only 1 minute away from the bus stop. Transportation was really easy, which is very important. As far as I can see, there is no transportation problem in Prague.. If I come again, I would choose this hotel again. Thank you Hotel Ostas

It would be nice if there were drinks left in the rooms. You can't get anything in the lobby after a certain hour when there is no staff.

Everything exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely, refreshing scent that made it feel extra welcoming. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and 5 minutes to the tram, which takes you directly to the old town centre. The area felt very safe and clean, with several supermarkets conveniently located around the corner. Breakfast was included and absolutely perfect, offering a great start to the day. Coming from Sydney, where I would have paid much more for something similar, this was exceptional value for money. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and self easy check in/check out process with instructions received earlier in the day, making it easy to self check in as my flight arrived very late. Good breakfast options with a nice mix of baked goods. Working elevator made it easy with luggage. Small (single room) but warm and clean room with a working fridge.

Located a bit farther out from most of the touristy sites but still walkable distance or close to transit alternatives. Not many restaurant options or activities in the area.

The room is nice and clean. The location is good, near the Florenc bus station, which is convenient for someone travelling by bus. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back whenever I travel to Praha.

The hotel is in a relatively quiet neighborhood that is ~1km from the Praha main station and even closer to the Florenc bus station. (Most of the tourist attractions are on the other side of the railway station and one would need to rely on bus/tram to get there). The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The routes recommended by Google for walking to the station/old town area felt deserted in some parts which made me wonder about safety after dark (probably more of an issue during the winter months).

The hotel has a great location, Florence is within a five-minute walk. Online check-in was a great feature as I arrived later than expected and the reception was already closed. The room is freshly renovated and looks pretty.

I had several house spiders in the room. They may have been hard to notice (a smaller one was behind the TV, a bigger one was near the door and later migrated to the bathroom corner) but it would have been better to live without such neighbours. But other than that the room was clean and pleasant to be in.
