The room was spacious, clean, well equiped (android tv, fridge, kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, basic cutlery, etc). The location of the property was convenient (15 min walk to central Prague, 5 min walk to the main station (Hlavni nadrazdi) and the AE bus stop, two min walk to Lidl).

I didn't like pictures on the wall in our room, especially the one of the double decker bus in London......it almost fell on my head whilst I was sleeping...... First of all, I would like to see a picture of a beautiful Czech landscape and secondly, it should be securely attached to the wall...... I was lucky not to leave Prague with an injury......

Nightime flight with arrival after midnight. Easy access to room via keysafe. Simple checkout process. Old Town Square easily walkable (20 mins) or regular trams from nearby stop. Airport Express shuttle from main train station 5 mins walk away. Spacious studio room with comfy beds. Nearby bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Lidl 2 mins walk for supplies! Would reccommend, would stay again.,

Annoying door on bathroom doesn't shut properly and swings open although eventually shuts with some endeavour. Hey, if this is my only negative point, then clearly this is a great accomodation choice!

We liked how easy the check-in process was, and the room stayed surprisingly cool even during 27ºC+ days thanks to the building's high ceilings and concrete structure. A fan was also provided, which helped with comfort. The bathroom had good ventilation, and both the internet and fridge worked without issues. The property felt very secure, with three locked doors between the street and our room. The location was excellent—around a 20-minute walk to the city centre and just 10 minutes from major train and bus stations, making it easy to get around on foot without needing public transport. A great Vietnamese banh mi place right next door was a bonus. Hooks were provided to hang items, and overall, the stay offered okay value for €66 per night.

There were some issues that could be improved. The room lacked basic storage options, which was the main downside of our stay. There were no cupboards or wardrobes available for storing clothes or personal items, which made it difficult to keep the space organized. The bathroom also had very limited storage for toiletries or other essentials, adding to the inconvenience. In addition, the sliding, barn-style bathroom door didn’t offer much separation from the bedroom, which affected the overall sense of privacy and comfort. These issues, while not major, made the space feel less functional and less suited for anything beyond a short stay.

This accommodation is perfect for a couple visiting Prague. Only a 20 minute walk into town. A Lidl 3 minute walk away if you want to keep breakfast and snacks cheap. Plenty of leaflets outside your room about activities and sites in Prague. We did the free walking tour and it was amazing. The accommodation itself gives slight hostel vibes and they are very strict about checking out at 10am. But don’t worry if you aren’t leaving Prague till later that day because the main train station (10 minutes walk) has luggage lockers only 11 euro for the entire day. We were worried about the room only having a fan and no air conditioning, but the fan was amazing! We were so temperate. I loved especially that there was Netflix on the tv , no need to login. The room felt spacious with high ceiling and beautiful old fashioned windows. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower and also a hair dryer. The fridge was a Godsend as it kept our water cool.

The tea and coffee was loose in jars. We made a cup of coffee and it was awful. But the Lidl had an instant coffee machine which was crazy cheap, so do try that.

Secure, comfortably furnished, good bathroom and shower, handy for transport system a short ride into the Old Town. A short walk to the train and bus stations which is why we chose it. Vasyl very kindly waited to check us in when we couldn’t communicate with him after leaving the airport.

Nothing. We slept with the windows open the first night which may have been a mistake as we live in a quiet area which made it seem noisy. In reality all cities are probably noisy so this really wasn’t a problem. Didn’t hear a thing the next night with the windows closed!

The room was cosy, comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The location was excellent - walking distance to everything yet very quiet. Our airline lost our baggage and required a local number. Property Manager, Peter generously allowed us to use his number which meant he was contacted multiple times across the weekend by the airline and courier companies including relaying information to us many times. This was so helpful for us and really went above all our expectations of a property manager. Peter suggested restaurants, day trips and luggage storage options…. All of these were perfect. We’d highly recommend these rooms to anyone.

Super clean, stylish apartment. Easy check in and check out. Always super warm after cold days outside. A fan in the room if needed. Cutlery and a fridge available. The TV was quite modern with smart apps available. Internet was pretty fast and reliable during my stay. Bed was comfy, pillows were maybe a tad big for my liking but I felt like I slept well.

The location was reasonably easy to find and not bad but it just felt a little out of town for my liking. Takes about 20 minutes to walk into the main areas or 40 minutes ish to the castle. Like I say not bad but could be better placed. The eateries close by weren't authentic, locally, I had a kebab one night and a burger another as I didn't feel like walking in to town or further up the street to the recommended eateries (it was -1/-2 outside). Despite tea and coffee making facilities available, I would have loved to have a cafetiere available.

Everything was great - communication with the host was super easy, instructions were very clear and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and very close to the main station but also close to Lidl and cafes/restaurants. The room was simple and comfortable - there was a fridge, a table and some coffee, tea and a kettle + utensils. Would stay there again!

- close to central station (exit train station from the direction of large-number platform) and the road toward the apt is easy to roll your luggage. - supermarket Lidl is just across the street of the apt building and the supermarket opens until 10:00 p.m. - room is elegant, practical and quite - sufficient and clean towels, toilet paper, coffee powder & tea bags - communication with the host via booking.com or WhatsApp was smooth and efficient

- before check-in and after check-out, you may need to find other solutions for your luggage (not a problem for us as we left early at 5:30 a.m. - no plates to use if you want to make salads yourself to increase vegetable in-take.

Walking distance from the Bus Station Florenc. Easy accesss with public transportation towards Old Town square and Prag Castle. Lots of nearby stores for necessities as well as restaurants and Cafés. Peter recommended a nice Restaurant. For a lone traveller like me it's the perfect accomodation. Would love to stay there again if I visit Prague again. Thanks Peter and Vasyl.
