Great location — just a short walk to all the main attractions. Breakfast was excellent and included in the stay. The bedrooms were large and spacious.

The place was slightly dated and basic, although renovation work is underway, which is promising. There was no hairdryer in the room — you have to request one from reception and leave a cash deposit. If you only have a card, you’re unable to borrow one, which isn’t ideal. A hairdryer in the bathroom should really be standard. We requested a late checkout via Booking, were told to ask at reception, then at reception (at night) were told to ask again in the morning. We were hoping for a bit of a lie-in, not to wake up early just to ask again — internal communication could be improved.

Right next to Masarykovo station and tram stop with trams to many parts of the city. Great selection for breakfast.

The entrance and stairwell are a bit care worn and uninviting. The first night here the stair banisters were wrapped in bin bags and tape. The second night we descended the stairs and I noticed some improvement to the banisters, clearly in the process of being refreshed. Clearly there is some re decorating going on here so may improve over time. First night I was alone on the top floor with its sloping roofs, a bit claustrophobic. Second night I was with friends on Second floor much better though some noise from passing trams, this is an issue across the city if your hotel is near a tram route.

We stayed in a hotel with a private bathroom and really enjoyed our experience (the room was perfect and enormous).. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and the main train station in Prague. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our trip – it was delicious and offered a great variety. We also appreciated that they stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost, which was very convenient. They even allowed us to have breakfast before check-in for just 6 euros per person, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return!

The bathroom had a glass shower enclosure, but it was only on one side, which caused water to splash and make the bathroom wet. The staff spoke fluent English, but they weren’t very friendly. We were also surprised to find that we had to pay a 10-euro deposit to use a hairdryer, which is refunded when you return the dryer. The worst part, though, was the lack of a lobby. There wasn’t even a chair to sit on before check-in or after check-out, which would have been very useful.

The location and manager were very nice. It is really close to major attractions in the city (literally walkable). Breakfast has a lot of varieties, and you can't fault it. There is something for everyone to have a hearty breakfast (7am -10am) before the start of your daily journey. Life is good to have as well since taking the stairs can be a bit of a hassle, especially with luggage. Well secured property at the front gate as well as to each floor.

The only thing i can say is that there wasn't any hanger in the bathroom to hang the towel or clothes. It does get a little bit hotter in the room with only a window for ventilation, although you can always book a room with air conditioning (we dint). So it's just advice for future bookings in summertime.

The hotel was very clean. Very close to the center! The breakfast was also nice compared to what we paid for it. The staff was friendly as well. There is no fridge in the room but the reception staff agreed to keep our items in their common fridge.

The bed frame was broken. The mattress was tilted. I noticed it during night and at that point there was nothing much they could do. They didn't have extra bed or manpower to replace the bed. So practically there was nothing they could do so I had to sleep on a broken bed.

The Hotel is centrally located, on a walking distance from the old city and bus/train station. Breakfast was included and it had different options, for all tastes. We got there earlier, but we were checked in immediately by a very friendly receptionist (after checking that the room was cleaned and ready). The staff was friendly and helpful in general. The room was very clean and the toilet was freshly renovated.

Light sleepers can have trouble sleeping, the hotel is centrally located and it can be noisy.

Room was clean, big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and location is amazing! There is top restaurants just next to it. Stuff was super kind and helpful, I felt really welcomed in this hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable ♥️

When you took very hot shower, In the room, there was a little moist smell, which I first thought came from trash but that wasn't a reason. Some rooms has lower soundproofing and you can hear steps from other rooms or a cleaner lady outside the room in the hallway.

We stayed at the hotel in February 20024. Had the best experience. Our room # 110. The location is superb. about 2-3 minutes to walk to Prazska Brana. also all the sightseeings are very near. Rooms are clean, linen excellent, brand new, towels are changed every day. Bathroom was newly refurbished, clean. Breakfast was full, enough meal for everyone. Staff was friendly, accurate and nice.

only one thing I did not like in a hotel, was the carpet, which had spots here or there.

Considering that they provide good breakfast, this hotel is a really good option from value-price point of view. The location of the accommodation is also really good. Every big attraction is in walking distance. Regarding the comfort. You can see it on the pictures, this is not a luxury option. We got what we paid for, we didn’t have high expectations.
