Good location with plenty of facilities on site

Everything about the property is good.

I am not sure why the front desk guy asked to see my Visa.. You are supposed to ask only for the ID. Visa is for Immigration staff at the airport. It only happened in this ibis not anywhere else.

The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from Old town square or the beautiful art nouveau Obecni dum (Municipal House) where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee in the stunning decor. The tram stop was a less than a minute away, allowing us to reach other parts of Prague. The hotel's interior looked great, was modern, the room was clean and cozy. The price was good considering the quality of stay and location.

The room was a little bit tight, but it was bearable. The breakfast was quite pricy and although the buffet selection was nice, it wasn't spectacular. I think it was more expensive than in Copenhagen and that's saying a lot.

The IBIS chain is a guarantee for me and here in Prague at the Old Town it was yet another confirmation. Rooms big enough and really comfortable beds. The staff is kind and professional to be the envy of everyone. Everything is well kept and clean. Super breakfast. The structure is practically in the center, in five minutes on foot you can reach the central square of the old town and Wenceslas square. Highly recommended. Very easy to reach from the airport (I'll show you how I did it): take bus 100 to the Zličín metro station, from there take the metro (yellow line) to the Namesti Republiky station.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was excellent, very convenient for getting around. The hotel installations seem quite new and well-maintained, which was nice. However, it’s important to keep in mind that this is not a luxury hotel, so everything is fairly modest. The shower worked well, and the bathroom was a good size—not cramped at all. The bedroom was also spacious enough; I didn’t feel tight at all. The bed was comfortable, and there was even a desk to work at, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety to choose from. It was definitely a highlight of my stay! x

My only critique would be the reception staff, who could definitely work on being friendlier and communicating better. Some of their responses came across as rude, though I’m not sure if that was a language fluency issue or something else.

I like where it is located. It is almost 10 minutes of walking distance to the famous places/buildings of Prague. Breakfast was really good without hesitation. Rooms were good enough. Shower and bathroom were also good size and functional.

RECEPTION and RECEPTIONISTS. They were disaster. I think they believed themselves as working in army and the way how they treat customers were in that way too. Like we were their soldiers. I don’t how a hotel like Ibis doesn’t care those feedbacks from customers.

I liked that it was in the city centre close to shops and public transport nearby. I also liked the friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent! Great for families with children!

The temperature in the room was too cold and my husband has a immune disease and needs a higher temperature. We told the staff at the reception but they said they couldn't help since the heating was off in the whole hotel. I don't suffer from cold, but I froze during the night and during the day it was hotter outside than inside.

The location is great, just in the city centre! The room was convenient and clean. During breakfast, we were given a wide range of meals. Everything was delicious! My son appreciated fruits (water melon) and oats porridge! )) As well, my son likes playing the guitar, so it was great to see some in the lounge and be able to play. ))

In my opinion, there were some things the room lacked. For example, it would be great, if there were a small fridge, a safe and a towel dryer in the room. ) One more small tip - it would be great if you could maintain the guitars regularly, e.g. to change the strings. )

right in the centre of Prague Old Town within waking distance to all the “must see” spots in Prague. if you don’t mind to walk, you don’t even need to take local transit other than the ride from/to the airport…. even the main train station is only 15 minutes walk away. subway stations are nearby which can take you too the sightseeing spot away from downtown. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is great value. you can just purchase the voucher when ready. interior and room are clean and tidy.

ventilation is a little weak but you can always open a window.

I stayed at Ibis Praha and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located right in the city center, which made it super convenient to explore Prague on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. While it’s a simple hotel, it offers good value and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Prague.
