The location was perfect. Hotel was a good one. A true 4* property. Was not cheap but good value for the location it has.

The blonde lady at the reception was really rude. She is not acting profesionally, she was not welcoming at all. Very unappropriate communication, she was bothered from every question. I just want to send a message to the hotel administration, you hire people to welcome us not acting like that.

Our room was very big and clean. So big, in fact, that we didn't even know what to do with all the space. The air conditioning worked just fine in our room. The breakfast was fantastic and there was something new to try every morning during our stay. We liked the location. It was quiet yet within a walking distance from the tourist zone, restaurants and the river. We have to give a special praise to a lovely man who was working at the reception when we arrived. They had an extremely difficult customer there with limited English. The customer was shouting and repeating the same thing over and over again, refusing to understand what was told to them. They also refused to use a translation app, claiming their English was fine. We watched the episode for over 25 minutes as we couldn't check in because the customer blocked the reception. It was painful to see how the receptionist tried to resolve and de-escalate the situation, but he kept his cool and remained incredibly calm and professional throughout the encounter. That was some next level patience. Every time we talked with him, he was very friendly, polite, helpful and smiling. Give the guy a raise! :) The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely come again.

The plexiglass wall in the shower had a bit of a design flaw. It is easy to align so that the water from the shower falls down on the bathtub and from there all the way on the floor. The floor is tilted so that that water seemed to pool in front of the bathroom door and leak to the hallway. In time, this could lead to a water damage and mold problems. Be careful with it! Perhaps a good old-fashioned shower curtain work better there.

Location was good. I enjoyed breakfast every morning, and even on my last morning (super early), they packed me a simple breakfast to go! Very attentive. It was also my birthday while I was there, and they gave me a little birthday gift. Super thoughtful and sweet of them. Also, I slept so well here, maybe because of the AC. After several nights of not sleeping well before my stay in Prague, I was so thankful to finally get some good quality sleep. The blackout curtains were a nice touch too. Overall I would definitely return if I’m ever in Prague again.

Nothing, everything was great. The pipes were a little creaky I guess but not a big deal. The street construction causes a tiny bit of inconvenience but again not a big deal.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very close to centre, close to Hop On Hop Off bus stop, towels changed every day, twin room with enough space to place 2 suitcases out of the way as room had a little foyer type room when walked in, independent air-conditioner for room that actually worked so was great. Had kettle and fridge in room. Bathroom very spacious and shower stall very easy to get in and out of. breakfast was good, big range to decide from. Did not use TV so cannot comment on that. Wi-Fi a bit patchy most nights.

Shower every day was a nightmare as water constantly changed from hot to cold regardless of the time you had shower (between 6.00am and 7.00am) so assume everyone else in hotel having showers affected the temperature. Wi-Fi a bit patchy most nights.

Good value. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Great location for sight seeing - everything on your doorstep. Supermarket 5mins walk away. Clean linen/towels. Hairdryer- safe. Tea and coffee. TV. Air con. Mini bar in fridge (payable).

TV only has 2 English channels (news). Need to update to smart TVs. Mini bar expensive. Cleaner turns air-con off and leaves the curtains open. Room was so hot upon return to room and full of mosquitoes and I got bit to death. Hotel decor and furniture needs updating.

Good location, easily walkable to the old town and close to shops and restaurants. Slightly aging building and decor but all clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. Only negative was poor soundproofing to neighbouring rooms, not too much of a problem unless next door are noisy.

The property is right near the town center so it made getting around super easy and convenient. All of the staff were very kind as well, they even wished me a happy birthday and brought a bottle of wine and almonds to my door! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Prague and I will stay here again when I return.

The best if not one of the best Breakfast i have ever had in my 14 years of travel.. and the shower was spotless not a trace of mold at all spotless

Maybe not as sound proof as I would like but the that depend on the guest next door too but a minor complaint.

The staff was wonderful, and we were very close to Old Town and the Powder Gate Tower. The breakfast was tasty and warm, with a lot of healthy options. Our beds were super comfy. Strangely, we loved the smell of the hotel - it was fresh and welcoming.

The room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Everything was very nice, and we were able to walk to the Easter markets and local restaurants.

Very clean/tidy staff and hotel. The location is fantastic (in the center, but in peace). Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Many thanks to all members of the hotel staff.
