We picked this hotel for its location as we arrived by train ( 10 mins walk from the main train station ) and had a flight booked for the next morning (Airport Express Bus from the main train station again). The position gave us a fantastic opportunity to explore Prague city center on foot as everything is really close. Staff were brilliant, the lady at the check-in was really lovely, helped us organise the breakfast to go as we had an early morning flight and was very welcoming. The breakfast bags were fantastic 👌 Beds were very comfortable and our room was spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend. Thank you 😊

The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. The location was great - walking distance to major tourist attractions and also walking distance to the Prague Uni of Economics and Business which is where I needed to be for work. Cafe Chloe downstairs which isn’t associated with the hotel but is conveniently right at its doorstep is such a cute cafe which was a huge bonus.

The lack of air con was a bit challenging in the summer heat, although in the end it was manageable with the freestanding fan in the room.

We had a room with a beautiful view at the town and the breakfast was very good with many choices. The bus stop was right outside the hotel that could take us everywhere. There is no air conditioning but you don't need it since the weather even during summer is cooling. And we had mini markets at the corner which was very helpful.

The bus stop right outside was quite noisy at night. The hotel even though is located at the old city, it is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main square / the bridge of Charle.

We stayed for three nights, room was clear and comfortable, the balconies are very cozy, so sad it's winter now so wasn't able to enjoy spending time here. The location is very comfortable, 5 minutes from national museum, a lot of cafes around. On breakfast I always have chosen cereals with tea, but you can always find different kinds of sausages, cheese, bread and fresh fruits, beans or vegetables. The personnel is friendly, and ready to help you any moment.

The only thing I can mention is that it's tram track near hotel, and for some reason trams in Prague quite noisy, so you can hear some sounds but it's wasn't critical, and did not affect sleep quality.

Hotel is very well located very close to the main station. Plenty of terms to move around within two minutes. Walk from the hotel from door. Good places to eat in the area close to the old town the room was big and comfortable and so was the shower. This is a good value for your money.

If you don’t mind the staff and we did not you pretty much limited to yes or no they’re not very friendly and they don’t know how to smile with the exception of the cleaning lady. She was very amicable, even though she did not know how to communicate in another language, other than polish.

1) The staff is very kind. The guy of night shifts (over 22:00hr) was so patience, kind. The staff of the restaurant always ready to help, to move dishes away, to keep the facilities always clean.

1) The pillows are not comfortable. 2) The position of the shower is not the best, because when we took a shower, the water fell down outside the bathtub, so to avoid it, we had to find a position to avoid it. 3) the hight of the bathtub is too high for get out, over all for elderly people. 4) At breakfast, no much variety of fruit, just bananas and apples. We would like to get some oranges for example.

Right next to the central station, and within walking distance of most of the major attractions. Hotel itself is a beautiful old building with a grand staircase public starcase, and lift. Has a creative approach to the concept of double glazing. I picked the hotel because I had stayed there 20 years earlier, and wanted to see what had changed. I'd be happy to stay again if I visited Prague a thrid time.

There are two tramlines outside the hotel. I didn't find them very loud on the second floor, but they do make the floor vibrate noticably when they go past. It didn't bother me, but something other travellors might want to be aware of. Breakfast was a little basic, but functional. The rooms really should come with a fan to help guests cope with warm weather. My shower was leaking onto the floor throughout my stay. Reception was told twice, and were unable to resolve the issue. Given some of the vissible damage, it looked like the leak had been going on for a long time.

Perfect location 5 min walk to train station, 5 min walk to main shopping strip, 10 / 15 min walk to old town. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Good standard breakfast. Basic but functional rooms. Lovely ornate central staircase. Would recommend to anyone wanting a low cost hotel in the centre of Prague. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel and rooms are very hot! There’s no air conditioning anywhere. We arrived early and kept our window open all day and night to let the fresh air in. This wasn’t really a problem for us but could be for other people.

We made reservation for 2 days and extend it for 3 days cause we love it 😍 the person on the reception was helpful. The location is great it is walk away to old town and famous places. Also it is close to tram and bus stations Main central bus station is just 8 min away by walking . If you come by bus from another city , you can find by walking, no need to use transportation. Room : room was clean , housekeeping changed the towels and took the garbage every day . But we didn’t want to change the towels everyday unnecessarily cause we love the planet 🌎 Breakfast : 🍳 amazing , you can have eggs 🥚, jams , ham, sausage , even English breakfast, coffee , any type of teas☕️ Thanks for everything

The location is very central and mostly everything was a walking distance for us as a family The room was spacious for four of us as a family room and the breakfast was also great to start the day all local transport was also walking distance from the hotel specially the main train station that we came from Vienna Overall a fabulous experience
