The rooms are great, superb decor, furniture and materials. Whole property is really clean and modern, everything works exactly as it should. Breakfast is very good, way above average. Big thanks to Denisa who was there every morning at the breakfast making everyone is comfortable, including my family.

Really hard to mention as our stay was excellent, but…Front office staff has completely wrong attitude with a HUGE resistance to help. I interacted with at least 3 different FO representatives for different reasons (from asking additional bottles of water, book a transfer, check-in,out,etc) and no matter what you ask you never get a nice answer, and I wouldn’t say is cultural, they are just rude no matter what.

Staff at reception were like so casual on reaching the hotel and reception for check in, I mean they could have had a more welcoming attitude. If there is no welcome drink it is fine but a good smile and warm welcome and a good body language can also give a positive feeling. To reach the lift to go upstairs each time, you have to go through the restaurant which I don't think is a good idea. You cannot contact the concierge or reception thru telephone and you have to WhatsApp them for any needs. A bit of inconvenience I felt considering I booked a five star hotel . Rest everything was good!

Interior very clean, welcoming staff, good buffet breakfast, very helpful managers and staff...

Managers must pay attention to cleaners as they don't replace sometimes used material in the room. Grooming options are little, no soap, no conditionner, no replacement of ear buds... it is a 5 star hotel

My vacation at The Julius Prague was fantastic! This hotel exudes luxury, and the staff's attentiveness is unmatched. From the moment I arrived, they took care of my bags and ensured a smooth check-in. The location is perfect – restaurants, shops, malls, and beautiful scenery are all within walking distance. Even during my departure, the staff went the extra mile to help with my luggage. Their service truly elevated my Prague experience, and I felt comfortable and welcomed the entire time.

Adam at the Front Desk & Ivan with service are absolutely outstanding every time we visit. Adam is so personable and remembers us each time we return. Each time we stay my husband and I think “there’s no way it can get better”, and each time we return - somehow it does! We got the most amazing room, complete with a large kitchen and bathtub, not to mention a wonderful view of the tower gate.

Sleek, swanky, lots of unexpected perks--this is a fabulous upscale hotel that will not disappoint! It is in a great location in the heart of Prague, near shopping and a nice walk to the old town. Inside, the hotel is just beautiful--gorgeously designed lobby, restaurant and rooms. Small touches were really impressive, like a real rug on the wood floor, a rain-type showerhead, lots of flexible lighting in the room, and a wonderful coffeemaker. The super accommodating front desk staff stand out. When there was a line, they quickly added an employee with a table to come out from behind the desk and process my checkout. Never have had that happen before!

The food wait staff need a bit more training. I understand that Czech culture is not as smiley as US culture. But a waiter tried to take my plate away before I was done, while I was on the phone, even though I indicated I was still eating. I had to hang up to keep my dinner! And the bartender took my order for one draft beer, charged me, then took another customer's order for an espresso, slowly made the espresso, walked from behind the bar to hand deliver the espresso, then finally went to give me my beer. Really strange for an upscale hotel that emphasizes service.

It’s clean and comfortable.The room was a nice size and cheerful and sunny.The location was superb and ofcourse the staff is wonderful.All totally helpful smiling and warm,we enjoyed being in the hotel.We must thank Iryna,Vincent,Petra,Ivan and Yury for making our trip to Prague such a happy holiday

With 10 minutes walk one can reach the heart of Prague old town center. Great stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel features a new style 5 stars with minimalism design. I like the idea of using QR code to show and communicate different directories of services. The room is enormously huge and spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Amenities provided are all of good quality. It is definitely a great value stay in Prague considering the space and the location you get. Staff are not especially passionate but courteous and nice when it comes to help. The restaurant recommended by the staff is great, too. Parking is 35€ a day but it saved all troubles you may have when parking in the old town center. Parking space is right under the hotel, clean, spacious and under security watch that once can rest assured to leave car with the hotel. All in All I recommend to choose the Julius to stay when traveling in Prague.

My wife feedback: Amazing new hotel! It's in a great spot, perfect for relaxing and working. The breakfast had lots of yummy choices! Our room was big and comfy, like being at home. But what made it really nice was the staff. They were so nice and helpful, it made our stay even better. We want to thank Irina and Ivan for being so kind and helpful. Thanks for such a great experience!

From the moment we were greeted at the check in desk, we realized that this hotel was a cut above. We were escorted to the elevator whilst being given an overview of the property and our bags were waiting for us in the room when we got there moments later. There was a bottle of champagne and a fruit assortment waiting for us. In our two room suite, the unit was spotless, there was an abundance of lighting throughout, a convenient table adjacent to the kitchenette, comfortable sofa, electric drapes, lots of storage space, fabulous shower and bath, and a marvelously comfortable mattress. We patronized three nearby restaurants, walked to the Municipal House to attend the symphony one evening, and enjoyed an easy 10 minute stroll to the top of Old Town. The breakfast buffet selection was abundant and the service very attentive. Do yourself a favor and stay at The Julius and you will not be disappointed.
