Fantastic location near the Old Town, with many restaurants in the area; we had a spacious room that was quiet, despite being located on a busy street; they have a good breakfast selection - the waffles are highly recommended! Staff are super friendly and attentive - shoutout to Bilal for going the extra mile! Valet parking worked well.

Nothing to complain about!

The room size and set up, hotel location, cleanliness, breakfast, and friendliness of staff were all excellent. It’s always the small things that help to show how much thought has gone into the service offered, and there was much of this on show, from the breakfast having real butter at room temperature instead of packets of cold pre-packaged butter (so aggravating to see that in high-end hotels, as though no-one thought to consider anything but the cost), through to umbrellas in the rooms in case needed, and even an immediate response on a question concerning the need to make an international call (in the end not needed), but the immediate response was ‘no charge as we are the best hotel in Prague and offer our guests the best service’. There are always words, and then there are actions to show the reality. The Grand Mark Hotel, staff of all areas (front of house, cleaning crews, phone back office etc.) all showed the actions to back up the words. That also shows leadership, because it all gets driven by leaders supporting their staff. Well done. Very good, welcoming, and a highly recommended hotel in a beautiful city.

The dinner service was strong, and food excellent, but the choice seemed slightly limited if we’re being picky. But honestly, I’m only answering this question with this point as it was asked - if pushed I’d say nothing to dislike.

The hotel was beautiful with a huge gorgeous garden area inhabited by a male and female peacock to keep you entertained. The room was spacious and in excellent condition. Very quiet inside for a city hotel. The entire property was exceptionally well maintained. Great restaurants and sights nearby. The staff was wonderful and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was extraordinarily presented and the service great. The spa had a large indoor whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms all were fantastic. The massage I had was perfect and the entire spa staff were great. The concierge was terrific. This hotel will be a 'do it again' property.

I dare you to find something about this hotel you do not like.

Location was excellent for what we wanted, much of the interest is walking distance and hotel happy to arrange taxi to further out options. Great Breakfasts and high quality food at all times served with care and attention. We loved the quiet sound proofed room. Air Con was very efficient despite being 30degrees outside. Bed was exceptional. The Deluxe Suite was a great size and well stocked. Staff very friendly.

What could be better are the following:- At night there is no indoor bar seating, this leaves you susceptible to smokers and pollen when in the garden if the wind is in the wrong direction. In our room water pressure in the shower and sink was fine, but the bath took one hour to fill. On some days the smell of drains was in the shower until it got fully going. TV channels were a bit limited and lacking for Sport Coverage

Everything about the Grand Mark Prague was exceptional. From the moment you enter from the side walk, till the moment you leave, the staff make you feel special and spoiled. We were celebrating a special anniversary and were treated with an upgrade, some extra touches to our room, including chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine. The staff were all amazing, willing to do anything to make your stay memorable. The room was gorgeous and impeccably clean, with every amenity catered for. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection and eggs and coffee freshly made to order. The pianist in the foyer was wonderful to listen to and provided a very relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect for walking to all the sights. I highly recommend staying at The Grand Mark. It was a perfect choice for a special occasion.

There was nothing we didn't like!

The hotel experience was fantastic since the start. I've reached out to let them know that our flights was earlier than expected - the room was not only ready at 12 noon, but we also got a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated. The morning of my wife birthday, while I did not ask for anything nor said anything, the staff brough to our table at the breakfast room a cake with a candle, 2 glasses of prosecco while singing happy birthday! It was the least unexpected and it show the attention to details that all the hotel staff had during our stay! Every some little gift was left in our room and are those little things that makes all the difference. Location wise it was perfectly located minutes away from both Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square. We used the SPA the last day, and we regret that we didn't every day! It is small, but lovely decorated, with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. If back in Prague we would certainly go back at The Mark.

If I have to look a negative things I would say that the TV service could be better by adding streaming services like Netflix or similar - but we weren't in Prague to watch TV, so it didn't bother us.

Our stay at The Grand Mark Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Old Town, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with a wide variety of high-quality options, including gluten-free choices. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the stunning private garden, where you can relax among the greenery and even spot a few elegant peacocks wandering around. It added a magical touch to the whole experience. We also had a very pleasant and relaxing experience at the hotel spa—it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Absolutely five stars. We’ll definitely be back

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff from the restaurant and doorman/bellman were helpful and attentive. The hotel itself is clean and provides a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. We would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Tarlan from the restaurant. He greeted us warmly each time and treated us with such kindness and hospitality, making us feel comfortable and valued. His exceptional service truly enhanced our experience.

Some aspects of the room were outdated and in need of renovation. The shower cabin leaked, leaving the bathroom floor wet, and we experienced a clogged toilet that required maintenance to fix. Additionally, the heavy drapes were difficult to open and close.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. We stayed 6 nights at the family suite, both us and our 2 kids we all loved it. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and professional, the location is perfect (Prague is a very walkable city). The breakfast is amazing AND I highly recommend having a drink, lunch or dinner at the garden restaurant (Le Grill), we had lunch there twice, our waiter was Tarlan and he's probably the best service man / waiter ever served us. Top notch person and a proffesional, and yes the food is amazing of course. Long story short if you’re planning a trip to Prague whether as a couple or a family, don’t hesitate to book The Grand Mark.

Can't really think of something..

As a tourist sometimes we have activities planned early in the morning. We knew and learned shops open later and the lack of options to grab a quick cup of coffee prior to leaving about 7-730 am was a tad difficult. We ended up paying for a full breakfast for two price for a cup of coffee and toast ( approx $70, 2180 czk), which we weren’t thrilled about. Suggesting having an option for a quick grab and go breakfast for situations as such. We know the rooms have coffee and tea, but we’ve not had a good past experience with the cleanliness of the machines in the room as they aren’t routinely cleaned. Just a suggestion point, not a severe concern.
