Excellent location of the hotel in the city center. The hotel is new, clean, with a beautiful design. The rooms are spacious. The breakfasts were of good quality. Kristina helped us a lot with the reception in organizing a private tour of Prague and other useful tips. We are very grateful to her for this! This made our stay in the city even easier and more enjoyable. I definitely recommend the hotel!

The air conditioning is very good. The bed is comfortable. The location is quiet away from the crowds but really convenient to get to the Old Town attractions. The room is spacious and the bathroom modern and clean. It’s a welcome space after the crowds and heat. Also like the ability to open windows for fresh air.

I would really like to have a top sheet and a face washer. The glass bathroom door allows a lot of early morning light in the room which impacts sleep if you are a light sleeper. An eye mask is a simple fix. Other than that it is a terrific place to stay. Glad we chose Hotel Essence.

The place is everything. Close to all the main roads and highlights of the Prague city. Very modern hotel, everything excellent, the area is calm even so close to the central city. The most beautiful of all is the Staff, they are truly amazing people, friendly and supportive. I can safely say that this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Europe. Breakfast is very good. Had enough variety and all delicious. People can have a lunch or dinner in the same restaurant if they like Thai Food, very delicious food. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Prague. I will definitely come again and again.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was immaculately clean and always smelt fresh (I guess that's why it's named Hotel Essence)! Breakfast was good and the location of the property was excellent - 5 minutes walk to the Old Town square. The rooms are a great size with an oversize bathroom. However the best thing about this hotel is the Reception staff - they were super friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions. The best trained staff I have come across in my 2 months of travel across Europe😊

Beautiful hotel, modern, clean, comfortable. Very close to the Old Town. Everything was within walking distance. Professional & helpful staff on reception, friendly staff in the dining area for breakfast, which was plentiful and tasty. The dining room becomes a Thai restaurant in the afternoon/evening and the food is delicious. The staff were friendly & chatty, we couldn’t rate it more highly. Our room was spacious, modern & spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, a great nights sleep.

We had two single duvets for a double bed, we would have preferred a double/king size duvet. We could only find 2 English speaking tv channels (both news channels) on the tv out of about 60+ channels. It would be nice to have some English speaking entertainment tv channels.

Location was great, an easy 10 min walk to the old center and a very nice neighborhood. Staff went above and beyond for our special birthday requests. I was able to plan a very nice trip including a great restaurant reservation thanks to their help. Rooms were spacious and amenities were good.

We had two technical issues - hot water did not work and then the AC stopped working. Hot water was fixed overnight but AC took more than a day to be fixed. Staff was attentive so these were not huge problems for us.

The location is great, with a tram station very close by that makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff are kind and helpful, and we appreciated being able to check in early—thank you for that.

The place is fairly quiet from outside noise, but the thin walls and doors allow sounds from other guests to be heard, which was disturbing. We were woken up early in the morning by the noise of doors opening and closing in other rooms, as well as the cleaning lady vacuuming.

I really liked this hotel, excellent location, good clean room with comfortable bed and soundproofing, bathroom perfectly clean, good quality water. Professional reception staff with good English and attentive attitude to us and our needs, special thanks for the good service to Kristina and Ivan and the rest of the reception team, it was a pleasure to deal with you, I will gladly return to this hotel and will recommend it to my friends for a holiday in Prague

- Just one thing we forgot to tell that fridge of our room was not cooling enough ore maybe U/S. - breakfast was excellent however we wish next time to have some (Halal Food).

I cant fault this hotel and it was perfect in every way. I was here for 6 nights. It was so clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room looked into an internal balcony, so I had a lovely view. The room was well laid out and there was plenty of space. Great, comfortable bed and pillows. A safe and a fridge and a storage place for a suitcase. The bathroom was lovely with a nice big shower and lots of hot water. Space around the handbasin to put your personal things. The aircon could be noisy if you didn't have it on the correct setting. The wifi was instant. There is a desk and an armchair and table to sit and have coffee. There is a kettle, coffee and tea. Close to all the sights, walking distance to everything. Also very close to many cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
