Great location, giant and comfortable mattress, superb and reach breakfast, nice lobby, very close to Mustek metro station (lines A and B).

Lack of coffee machine in the room (costs 50-60€. Don't save so little on your 4 stars hotel guests), the put 2 bottles of water in your room in the first day and you can hardly notice that the carry a price tag (they are not in the minibar). At checkout, you realize that they weren't free but costs you 25 times their price in supermarket. I would call it: the mineral scam.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of choices including made to order omelets plus a lot of staff helping out. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to everything. The room was very clean and the room was large, with very high ceiling. We arrived later in the evening around 7:30 pm and were tired so we ate at their restaurant. The restaurant was very good!

Nothing! The only suggestion would be your signage. We walk from our drop off area to the hotels location but just saw a sign saying Palace Hotel. We thought we were in the wrong location and didn't see the Art Nouveau part over the entrance until after going around the corner.

Beautiful building, very comfortable room, great location.

Gaspar the bellman was delightful! I was going to say that customer service is not great in Prague overall, but the staff at The Art Nouveau Palace was the best we found in the city.

Airport taxi took us straight to the door; we booked in with no problems. Room was good, 7th floor and a good size. The windows were amazingly good at soundproofing; open, we heard every noise on the street, but closed, nothing. Air conditioning was good and believe me it was necessary. Everything appeared clean and in good condition and room service was very good. The hotel was quiet, we rarely met other guests, and well situated so that we left the main street with all the hustle and bustle and things quietened down as we approached the hotel, but out of the door, turn right or left and we're immediately back in the city life with Wenceslas Square just round the corner. Breakfast was good, with a good selection and attentive staff. Reception arranged our return airport taxi to the minute. I liked the experience and there was little to find fault with.

It's difficult to find any problems or faults, we enjoyed the stay, but some small points that may inform other travellers: the shower is in the bath which is quite high-sided and even I at over six feet tall found it required caution to step in and out, although there are plenty of grab handles. Just a small point as it was very clean and worked very well! One other thing we may have misunderstood - the hotel bar opening times, or operation? We arrived back from an evening out and went to the bar for drinks at around 10pm, but were told ten minutes later that the bar was closing, so we had to leave. There seemed to be no facility for a quiet drink in the hotel itself. A comfortable chair with a cocktail would have been nice but we couldn't see any opportunity.

3 small things: TV coverage in English [CNN or BBC News would be a perfect addition] when turned off at night, TV button emits a strong green light. Not easy to access plug to cut all power to the TV. Carpet on corridor of bedrooms floor could be modernised.

Really a beautiful hotel with excellent staff, delicious buffet breakfast, clean rooms, luxurious marble bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a restaurant on the ground floor (where we dined on 2 evenings). The location was great, and a tram service was outside the hotel. Our room was serviced twice daily with chocolates on our pillows in the evenings. Porters who carried our suitcases were friendly and helpful. Special mention of Stepanka and Clara in the breakfast area who greeted us on 5 mornings by name and with big smiles. Outstanding service from all the staff. Would happily stay here again.

Really, the only downside was the abrupt manner of the young woman on.Reception when we checked in. She demanded our passports rather than requested them. Other than that negative comment, everything else was excellent. Would have liked a bigger map and more information about transport.

This hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Prague, making it ideal for exploring the city. It also about 100m from the nearest tram stop. The hotel was all that we wanted, spacious room, good service a very good restaurant. Price to stay was reasonable and the costs to eat and drink were very competitive. The breakfast was varied and really well laid out with excellent service. Overall the staff could not do enough to help and assist. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Only a couple of minor points. One being the charge for bottled water in the room, which was not excessive but really should have been provided free and possibly the need for additional power pints near the bed given the amount of tech we all carry these days.

I have travelled to a lot of places and stayed at hotels. I was never asked to pay for bell service. Of course, I always tip the bellman after he drops off the luggage. The bellman at hotel ask me, Who is going to pay for my service? (There were 14 people in our party) I was shocked to hear that. On the day of departure in the morning at 6:00 am, my wife and I were pushing our luggage to the front door to meet the taxi driver. She was going to the front desk to check out after she helped me but the guy at the front desk asked my friend who was checking out at the time. What are they doing? Are they running away without checking our? That was very inappropriate. The servers who work at morning breakfast should put more smiles on their faces.

The structure is very new the decoration is very nice, with a outstanding design, especially the staff is really kind, always available, a gift of bottle of wine with a handwriting welcome card, wonderful breakfast, if the people know how to work and work hard they deserve better.
