The women at hotel reception were wonderful and extremely helpful. They even found me a post office nearby that was open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our first room was comfortable but the bathroom was tiny and the space between the fixed shower glass in the tub and the vanity was very narrow so difficult to get in and out. That said, the bath was not slippery and the shower was fine. However, my friend who is bigger, was not able to use the tub/shower at all. Reception was able to move us to another room the following day. The second room was very spacious and the bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable. And there was great desk space. As for food, the breakfast buffet was good with both scrambled eggs and fried eggs on a steam table along with cereals, bread, juices etc. We were not crazy about the hotel's Tahir restaurant and its Czech tapas concept. We tried one our first night and didn't return. There are some good restaurants near the Old Town Square and elsewhere such as La Melanchitrova , Mincovna. and others.

The very tight bathroom in the first room. The technological challenges. There was a switch and remote for operating various lights. And there was a switch and another remote for operating the curtains. I am older but usually half-decent with technology but this baffled me until I learned from Reception that there were two different remotes, neither of which was labelled. I think a tablet probably would have worked better. The Reception being located at one end of a noisy bar was a little strange as was the small breakfast area. For these reasons, especially the tiny bathroom, I gave the hotel a 9 instead of a 10.

Whether I wanted to wander through the charming cobbled streets of Old Town or immerse myself in the rich history of Prague Castle, everything was within a short distance from the hotel. The hospitality displayed by the Pytloun Boutique Hotel team was truly remarkable. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and exquisitely designed, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, and the little touches they added made it clear that they truly care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. The views of the city were magical. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive, from the cozy lounge areas to the delightful on-site restaurant. The Pytloun Boutique Hotel was nothing short of magical. The exceptional service, unbeatable location, and genuine hospitality made it a trip to remember. staff there very friendly and nice people Wich are the only people I saw smiling at Prague! they make made something remarkable for us that never happened to me before.i asked for late check out because our flight was very late and they gave us a new room for FREE till we want to check out !!!! very nice of them and very important for a family with 2 kids . AMAZING!

property location it's a curse and a blessing. it's literally close to everything by foot : Old city -you are in the Middle of Prague around you it's everything shoping malls clothing shops food literally in 1 min by foot .old city 3 mins on foot.illustration museum hamleys for kids everything.but if u are sensitive to sleep with the noise then you will be stressed.sqaure there is very busy till 5 in the morning loud people partying out and I couldn't sleep.my husband didn't mind but I couldn't 😳they have to reconsider something for a better sound proof❤️

There some issues with cleanliness of the room. Air conditioning didn’t work. The acoustic isolation of the room was pretty poor.

Breakfast is the best one can imagine. Hotel is located in the city center, (pedestrian zone), a few minutes walking distance from the main square and the famous St. George's bridge. Staff is very kind and attentive.

Location is great but taxi cannot take you exactly to it, street is blocked. You will need to walk about 300 meters to the hotel Reception is in the tapas restaurant. Staff is good and welcoming. Hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast is excellent . You can do online check in and it will save you time. Room is big and view fantastic. Metro and supermarket really close.

Honestly I cannot say one bad thing about this hotel. It is perfect. Maby only the distance from the road. You need to walk a bit to call a taxi

Exceptional customer service from all staff, lovely quiet clean room, yet hotel in a lively area right in the most popular part of Prague - being the Old Town. This meant all attractions / restaurants / bars / shops were within walking distance and the Mustek Metro stop was literally 100 yds away. I recommend getting the 119 bus from the airport to Nadrazi Veleslavin ( the nearest Metro to the airport ) and then the A line to Mustek. This took around 30 minutes and cost about £1.30 per person. The taxi transfer is around £25 -£30 and is slow. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic - a huge choice all done to high standards. Will definitely return.

The hotel is just wonderful, situated in the heart of the city. The old town is on a walking distance. Around the hotel there are plenty restaurants and cafes. Despite being centrally locked the rooms are peaceful and quite allowing you to escape the busy city and rest. Metro station is also near by which connects you to the all major locations. The breakfast is amazing and with many options. We were upgraded to a small apartment which was such a lovely surprised, and welcome with a personal note from the staff for a nice stay. The Sky bar offres a nice view of the city and the choice of food and drink is wonderful. Igor the waiter at the Sky bar was very kind. At the reception desc we were welcome by Arina and she was just amazing during our stay, being excited for every single activities were planning. We can't thank her enough for making our stay unforgeable and trying to fulfill any wish we had including information on some nice prints at the restaurant. It is truly a nice experience stay at the hotel and we will most definitely come back one day
