Location was perfect, could see Mustek station from the room window. Lovely big, bright double windows overlooking the pedestrianised street above Michael Kors. My stay was very quiet and slept very well.

The only thing to suggest like others have mentioned was that the hot breakfast, sausages, eggs etc wasn`t hot but barely warm but there was a good selection of hot and cold food served.

The hotel was in the perfect location for our trip. We felt we were right in place for everything we wanted to do. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see and right in the middle of a fantastic shopping area - which my daughter took full advantage of. The hotel was very close to the metro which made it very easy to travel to and from the airport. The area felt very safe and was lively. The hotel was brillant. Our room was massive, the beds were very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, clean with a good sized clean bathroom. Some products were provided, including shower gel/shamphoo, soap and some body lotion. No shower caps provided. We had a mini fridge which was useful. There's no kettle in the room but there are free tea/coffees/hot chocolate available in the breakful room 24 / 7 so that was a real bonus and we did use this. We were also able to leave our bags once we checked out of our room. When we came back to collect the bags we were invited to have another coffee/tea if we wanted one. The hotel room for us was very quite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, only thing missing for me was a wider range of fruit. My daughter is coeliac and they were able to provide her with gluten free bread, which was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay.

Location was excellent for walk to old town. The room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately left before breakfast but looked amazing.

The room was big and so was the bed. The bathroom was great as well as the water pressure in the shower. There was ample wardrobe space with a safe. Everything was clean but best of all was the location: one of the main metro stations on the next street and Prague’s highstreet and a shopping centre round the other corner. Even better is the fact that we didn’t hear a single thing when in the room so it was very peaceful.

The aircon could’ve been a little stronger but it really wasn’t an issue for us

First and most important - the location is excellent. Access to public transport is just two steps away, everything is within walking distance. Second the room and bathroom were very comfortable. Third - the breakfast was rich and tasty- even though constant menu every day. The best part is the coffee/tea machine available 24h. This is by far more convenient than in the room. I wander how other hotels didn't discover this.

The breakfast dining room seating is not in harmony .bad The breakfast was poor, every day the same. Lacking variety The scrambled egg cold , the fruits not fresh,some vegetables from the day before Not having even water to drink Looks like they want to minimize costs to the max. disappointing, to the point you want to eat out Defenetly not 4-star hotel breakfast.!!! Bathroom lightning is very poor, = you can't see when you want to shave The stuff in the breakfast hall speaks no English The stuff in the front dessk could be more wellcoming ,more willing to help. Overall, it was good .( besides the breakfast) They should really make some small improvements to be excellent.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were super nice, friendly and helped when needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, while we were at the dining room the staff kept making food so it was super fresh. The location of the hotel was great, everything was about 10 min walk or less and the “muster” metro station is 2 min walk from the hotel.

We love the room very big and have space . Decoration is very chic. The staff are very friendly, and helpful, the lady on the front desk when we made the check in explained us very well, the 2 mans on the front desk are very friendly. I left my headset and my phone charger on the room, they found and send to me. It's recommended place to stay because is near from everywhere. They offered us champagne in the room because is our honeymoon trip-. Thanks friday hotel.

I really liked the cleanliness, the central location, the apartments, the reception and the hotel staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was accurate and very tasty, large clean rooms, big and comfortable bed, in short, no complaints, it was perfect and fun, thank you very much for everything, and for sure I will come back again and again, score 10! :)

Loved the location- easy to get to by public transport and it's walking distance to all major attractions and shopping , spacious room, was clean, staff was friendly and our room was ready early and they accommodated our requests

they're a little stingy on the toilet paper- we had to ask for more each day
