The apartment is very comfortable to stay. The location is great in the old town of Prague, We are able to walk to most of the attraction sites. The apartment has a kitchen but only plates and pans are prepared. You have to buy all other things (oil, salt, etc.). There are however a coffee maker and coffee capsules and tea bags are offered.

There is not much to dislike but if they could offer small things in the kitchen (oil, salt, etc.), that would make our stay even more pleasant.

Location is perfect. Short walk from the train and within walking to everything. Attic apartment was spacious, had amazing views, comfortable beds, huge bath, and kitchen with all you need. Check in was seamless, there is no actual check in, you get your code and go on your way.

The house is in a great location in the center of the old town. Close to everywhere to visit. A very nice old Prague apartment. Moreover, since it is an attic, it is very large and spacious. It was very enjoyable to spend time on the terrace.

The elevator broke down in the last two days, and when we contacted the authorities, they immediately stated that they could not do it. This situation was very difficult for us because we had to go up to the 5th floor several times. The hardest part was taking our suitcases down from the 5th floor when checking out on the last day!

Location is the best! Close to everything and all attractions!

No house cleaning during our stay, (clean dustbin or changes of towel? could be extra cost? But I didn’t know, our stay is 4 nights)

Finding the place was a little confusing. As we booked the attic apartment. But once we found it, it was so much fun. The apartment was so beautiful, one of a kind and well maintained. Everything was so close, you could walk everywhere. Few things to note, if u book the attic apartment. 1. u have to get down on the 4th floor and carry all the luggages via stairs to the 5th floor.. 2.if staying as a group, it might be inconvenient as the bathroom door is transparent and no lock provided. 3. Finding parking is just too difficult if u plan to drive. 4. Lift and the building entrance are too tiny. The only reason I'm giving 8 is the above-mentioned points..Apart from this, everything else was too good..

Location is just perfect. The moment you walk outside the building, you start the feel the spirit of Prague. 1 min walk to Astronomical Clock, few mins from Karlův most. Beds are comfortable, living room as well. Temperature within the apartment was great, considering it was very cold outside and we were two families with 5 kids. Kitchen is big, allowing 10-12 people to confortably have a meal.

Kitchen cabinets and appliances are due to be changed. It is very old and it's soon to be falling apart and that cannot be seen in the images. Traces of mold and water damage puddle on the kitchen ceiling. Bathrooms need to be fixed. Especially toilet seats that were damaged when we got there, but it's manageable. Water pressure is very low, so it takes time to finish taking a shower. With that being said - everything above is very manageable, but the amount of dust and dirty floors is where I draw the line. It is absolutely unacceptable to allow such amounts of dust to be generated, especially when you have a cleaning person there after every stay. ( literally knocked on our door at 10:00).

The location was perfect. Everything that you need is right in the corner. The apartment is nice and organized and has everything you need.

There was no well cleaned apartment.And during our stay ,one of the days we got an unexpected strange water line check. Yes, we received messages one hour before (9 a.m.).You need to consider that we are in vocationtime, and I will not wake up at 8 am. to check if I have some notification, it should be done in advance earlier!And second people who were checking this even don't knock on the door, they straight open with the code and only when they realized we are there they closed and was knocked!This moment disappointed.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, well equipped in a supreme location.

The apartment was not cleaned during our 5-day stay, not even garbage collection. We never met anyone from the staff, as we just received the entrance code by email. There is also no ability to leave the luggage on the premises if you have a flight later in the day. Instead, they send by email a link to an app with luggage storage facilities in the area. The elevator hardly fits 2 adults and 2 children. At arrival and departure, you need to do multiple trips.

The location was excellent. It was easy to get EVERYWHERE. The kitchen was small but very usable. We were easily able to cook meals on days we did not feel like going out to eat. Tesco was walking distance which made using the kitchen a valid option. Also having a passkey to get in to the building and the room made us feel secure, but also made it so we never had to worry about a key.

The beds were pretty hard and the pillows were kind of flat. Other than that the space was great. This would not discourage me from staying again but I am sure some would find it a reason not to stay.
