Very frinedly staff, at reception as well as brekfast room. The hotel is 2 minutes in walking distance from the main square, absolute top. Very quiet rooms, nice architecture high seeling rooms

Better communication about parking options. It is almost impossible to find a parking spot close to the hotel. But the hotel offers valet parking and it is not mentioed on booking page. Closest parking lot is about 10 minutes walking distance with suitcase a pain because of pavement in Prague. Hotelname not visibler outside of the hotel / restaurant

The Dominican is in an excellent location. The hotel is good, but not quite as good as it looks in the photos. We were in a Junior Suite, which was very spacious with a corner location and 4 poster bed, however the finishes were a bit tired and not quite as fancy as it looked in the promotional photos. The breakfast was great and overall I thought the hotel was good value.

The location is brilliant, so close to Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. The Junior Suite was lovely, we really liked our room and felt it was a great size - the bed was super comfortable!

There was an adequate variety of food at breakfast, but it seemed that things kept on running out and there was no stock rotation. The cook (lovely lady) didn't speak anything other than Czech, so it was difficult trying to communicate with her (though we did use google translate). She certainly determined whether you could or could not get an omelette each morning - we worked out that if she's just cooked fried eggs, you couldn't, but if there weren't any eggs out, you could get one!

Excellent location within walking distance of major sites. Even though located in the tourist hub, the hotel was quiet and peaceful inside. We had to use a combination of elevator and stairs to reach our room on the fourth floor but we agreed to that in advance and were delighted with the lovely large and comfortable room. The breakfast spread was abundant and varied, especially for a six night stay.

It was exactly what we were looking for — no complaints!

The staff at reception were very accommodating and helpful! It was quiet in the hotel and the location was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay made even better by the friendliness of reception. The check out time was perfect (12pm) and was able to leave my bags at the property whilst I went in to the city on the day of my departure. They also provided me the option of an even later check out for an extra 20 euros.

Would have loved to have a mini fridge in the room. I would also recommend to cover up the breakfast plates as unfortunately had a fly make its way into one of the dishes due to the weather (no fault of the hotel)

The hotel location is excllent , it is in the middle of all old city attractions, the rooms are big with good furniture, very good and freindly staff, specially Ms. Maria the front desk officer. She was very kind, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. She made our stay beautiful with her help in selecting for us where to go and where to eat . Infact the whole staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel breakfast is very good with good selection. Also the resturent has good dinner. The hotel price was very reasonable too.

The location was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. Our room was nice and big and quiet, you didn’t hear the street noise at all.

The breakfast wasn’t great. The items were recycled a lot each day so bread was hard and food wasn’t appealing. There were bugs all around the bread, yogurts and sweet treats. The coffee machine didn’t work very well so the coffee was terrible.

The hotel was perfectly located with most things in easy walking distance. The room (a deluxe) was really lovely and large with super comfy beds and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were always willing to help and offer advice. Really could not be happier and would return to stay there next time we visit.

Nothing to be honest, it was all terrific

Location was perfect . The receptionists team Dima and Kia both were outstanding- knowledgeable and multilingual. .Lavish fresh breakfast . Hotel was build into the old temple , no elevator to the 1 st floor. Highly recommend to the old Prague guests

Clean and quiet hotel with all necessary facilities

Hotel is in a great place, very easy to walk to all attractions and restaurants/bars etc. Staff friendly, breakfast good, hotel is old but very quaint. Great shower and lots of hot water.

Although the hotel is old, which is lovely and makes it very quirky and quaint...I felt the bedroom furniture needed updating..very old and in need of some tlc! Some bottled water in room would be good.
