Good location. Nice clean property. Camilla at the reception desk was very helpful. Marked the tourist attractions on the map and explained how to get there. The property is near to the market square and places like the astronomical clock etc. Places like Charles bridge are either a good 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride. We used the Bolt taxi service quite a lot there which i think was quite reasonably priced especially as we were 4 people, so pretty convenient and cost effective for us. For Prague castle i would suggest taking the taxi unless you enjoy walking and climbing the stairs! From and to the airport we booked the taxi via the hotel which was very convenient as the driver was waiting in the Arrivals hall with my name on his mobile device.

The hotel is located inside a narrow street. At one time the Bolt taxi driver couldn’t find it so dropped us off near the hotel but that was okay as it was just a couple of minutes walk to the hotel.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot in the Old City. 2 minutes walking time from the main square and Astronomical Clock, but very quite on the same time. The personnel was extremely helpful, offering us maps and guidance for the city upon arrival. They suggested very nice places for food, drinks and sightseeing. They happily offered to keep our suitcases after the check-out while we were having a last stroll in Prague, until we got the taxi to the airport. This made our last day in Prague much easier and saved us from looking for lockers in the old city. The room was very spacious and very clean. Usually three-bedroom rooms are much smaller, while in this case the main room was extremely big and there was also a hall where you could leave your coats, shoes, suitcases etc. Overall our experience was great and we will for sure choose again Dolce Vita Suites for our next visit in Prague!

The location is amazing - right in the middle of Prague's Old Town, but on a quiet side street - easy to walk many places. The hotel staff who worked at the front desk were very helpful and hospitable. There is no breakfast on offer, but there are many cafes nearby, so that was no problem.

It was very hot during my stay in Prague, and my room was on the top floor, so it got a bit hot, but the aircon generally made it fine for sleeping. It was quiet during most of my stay, but the last couple of days, a noisy Chinese 3-some moved in next door, and they talked quite loudly in the morning and bustled around, which I found annoying, but it is not the fault of the hotel.

The location was perfect for exploring Old Town - we were minutes from the clock tower! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to your needs. When you check in, you are given a map and quick overview of the must-see sites in the area. We carried that map around with us everywhere! The room was the perfect size for our family of four, with two single beds downstairs and the bathroom and a double bed upstairs. You could hear the noise from the street, but in spite of the close proximity to the Old Town action, the hotel is tucked away enough that the noise wasn't bothersome, but rather a reminder that we were staying in a very cool location. It was clean and comfortable, and again, the staff was amazing. They really made us feel welcome and while we didn't have any major needs, we felt like if we had, they would have been accommodated. We can't speak highly enough of the hotel or the staff!

The only thing that would have been better is having a smart TV in the room. We forgot our Fire Stick, and there were only Czech cable channels available. We don't watch much television anyway, but with a 5 year old and a teenager, it is nice to have the option when the littlest has gone to bed and the rest of us aren't quite ready to sleep yet.

The place was great. The bed was comfortable and very spacious room size. Location is perfect, you can go everywhere on foot and not too close to the square that you can avoid from the noise and hourly clock ring. The staff was so friendly and very attentive. I just like almost everything about this place. If I come back to Prague I will stay here again.

Only 2 things but doesn’t bother me too much. 1, the mini fridge was not a fridge. It was a wine fridge which don’t really keep things cold inside 😅 but I didn’t really use it too much. 2, the glass door of the shower didn’t close properly, I have to try very hard every time before I start showering, and it was very small… if I turn around may accidentally change the water temperature by touching the handle. But all those two things are fixable for the hotel :)

From the moment we stepped in, we were enchanted by the elegant and cozy atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable. The rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, and equipped with needed amenities, while still maintaining a charming, historic feel. The hotel provided portable air conditioners, which was a thoughtful touch, as most places in the area don’t have air conditioning at all. This shows that the management cares about the comfort of their guests. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, with key attractions just a short walk away, yet the hotel is tucked away enough to offer a quiet retreat from the bustle.

While the stay was enjoyable overall, the absence of a refrigerator in the room was a bit inconvenient, especially for guests who prefer to store drinks or snacks, which would have been helpful during our stay. On the positive side, a wine cooler was present.

The room was full of character and very comfortable, the staff were charming and welcoming, and best of all is the location which is so convenient for the Old Town's main sights, restaurants, cafes and bars - but not at all crowded or noisy.

Our room was in the roof space with steeply sloping ceilings along one side, but we had plenty of space and it wasn't hard to avoid bumping our heads! The shower door was a little sticky.. Other than that, perfect

The room was even better than what we had taken and everything was in place. Of course, the structure is not new anbd therefore a few details need to be fixed (access to shower, window shutters, etc.). Nevertheless, our stay was extremely enjoable and we found all that we needed. Excellent location and helpful staff.

A few details will be improved in due course thanks to the care and sensibility of the owners.

The location was outstanding, a little side street between 2 thoroughfares which made it easy to get anyplace. Loved the living room and separate bedroom. Never got the tv to work although I didnt miss it I guess. Lock on man door was a little hard to open a few times. Im a bigger guy so always got it but some may struggle. The ladies at front desk were very helpful anytime. Overall very very nice.

We stayed for 5 days and absolutely loved it. Perfect location, within minutes walk of all popular attractions, but very quiet. Room was spacious,clean & well maintained. I requested for extra pillows and towels and were provided. The tea/ coffee making facilities were a great addition. We were able to store our luggages at check out. The staff very helpful and friendly.

The sink was not draining well.
