Very good hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Beds are cozy and the bathroom is good as well. Location is just perfect.

Attention: the reception only works from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you have to check in earlier or later , you might have to wait outside.

The people on reception are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are simple but clean, there's plenty of hot water for a shower at any time of day and night, and in all the times I've stayed here there's never been an issue with the free wireless internet. Breakfast is surprisingly good for the price as well.

You'll need to clamber up a couple of flights of stairs to reach reception, and you may have to climb some more to get to your room. If you have mobility issues, make sure this is the right place for you. Perhaps the hotel itself could do a better job at mentioning this?

The location of the hotel was excellent, with major attractions within walking distance. It made exploring the area easy and convenient. The twin room was perfect and met all our needs. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for our stay. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options available to start the day. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable visit.

The curtains in the room let in some light, so if that might bother you, I recommend using a comfortable sleep mask. The hotel does provide their own masks in the room, which is a nice touch.

The property is located in the center of the city. All tourist attractions are close. The astronomical clock is around the corner, and a taxi isn't needed. Rooms are clean and provide towels every day. The personnel are friendly and willing to help, especially desk guy Martin. When we visit Prague next time we will choose the same hotel. Many restaurants are around and we really enjoyed their food.

Would be good to have one key for all entrance doors.

The property had a nice relaxed family atmosphere. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It had everything I needed. It is situated in the heart of the old town with many bars and restaurants catering for pretty much every taste. My room wasn’t overlooking the street and was very quiet. Most attractions are within walking distance and those that aren’t can be reached by a comprehensive public transportation system. The old town market square is within minutes walk away from the hotel.The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of different items and perfectly adequate.. The staff were pleasant and helpful particularly the young man Jacob on reception who was a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful and informative.I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a 5 to 10-minute walk to all the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond, always helpful and extremely polite. It's a budget-friendly option that offers clean, decent accommodation. Great value for the price!

The only thing we found a bit odd was the drinking water in the room. When we entered the room, everyone expects at least a couple of complimentary small bottles of water as a welcome gesture. There was a single bottle waiting, and since we were thirsty from traveling, we tore off the paper attached, opened and drank it. Only afterward did we notice a small piece of paper beside it stating it was ‘Live Water from some mountain’ and priced at 160 CZK! A heads-up or clearer labeling would’ve been appreciated."

Delicious breakfast with plenty of options, the staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel is comfortable and clean. The location is perfect (we have been to Prague many times and can attest). We were also amazed with how quiet the room was, with it being so central. Overall we had a great stay and will come back again! Thank you.

Coming in the summer, the main difficulty was managing the heat, but not many places have been built for the current temperatures and the fan provided in the room did help a lot.

I liked everything about this great place. Location in the center of Budapest. We arrived there after hours from another city, they left me the instructions on how to get inside the building, the keys were in a box with a code I got, we found everything fine without any problems. The breakfast was fabulous, there was a variety of everything to eat, drink, coffees of all sizes, yogurts, cereals, hams, salamis, breads, eggs it had it all. The room was very spacious for 2 persons, and warm, because I was there end of winter, they also have fans pre summer travelers. Tv had lots of channels in English to watch, not only the news. The bed was firm and comfortable for my body, no issues there. I was able to sleep without interruption from any noise, in fact we were there Sunday to Wednesday and never heard the music from the nightclub. They clean rooms everyday and the place smelled good. Recommend this place a lot!

The taxi to airport was too expensive (not their taxi) but the bright side is there is a main train station just walking distance from here (15 min) and there is a public bus transport bus 409 that goes to the airport every 45 minutes. We walked at 2:30 am and got the bus at 3:07 and it’s only like 2 Euros.

The location is amazing, 5 minutes walk to the train station, supermarket, all the major sightseeeing places in Prague. Breakfast had a great selection, everything was tasty & fresh. The bathroom was spotless, refurbished and super clean. Crisp white towels and a hair dryer were a nice addition, which is not so common at small hotels in Europe. The bed was comfortable, room number 2 was really quiet, facing the courteyard. Reception staff was friendly and approachable. Would definitely stay there again!

The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. You are literally in the heart of the city and a metro is 3 minutes walking. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with any request, which made the stay feel personal and relaxed. I also appreciated the flexible check-in, which took away the usual stress of arrival times.

No AC in the room made it hard to sleep at night. Since the building is old, it gets very warm during summer and a ventilator doesn't cut it.
