Very good hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Beds are cozy and the bathroom is good as well. Location is just perfect.

Attention: the reception only works from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you have to check in earlier or later , you might have to wait outside.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with major attractions within walking distance. It made exploring the area easy and convenient. The twin room was perfect and met all our needs. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for our stay. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options available to start the day. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable visit.

The curtains in the room let in some light, so if that might bother you, I recommend using a comfortable sleep mask. The hotel does provide their own masks in the room, which is a nice touch.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a 5 to 10-minute walk to all the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond, always helpful and extremely polite. It's a budget-friendly option that offers clean, decent accommodation. Great value for the price!

The only thing we found a bit odd was the drinking water in the room. When we entered the room, everyone expects at least a couple of complimentary small bottles of water as a welcome gesture. There was a single bottle waiting, and since we were thirsty from traveling, we tore off the paper attached, opened and drank it. Only afterward did we notice a small piece of paper beside it stating it was ‘Live Water from some mountain’ and priced at 160 CZK! A heads-up or clearer labeling would’ve been appreciated."

I liked everything about this great place. Location in the center of Budapest. We arrived there after hours from another city, they left me the instructions on how to get inside the building, the keys were in a box with a code I got, we found everything fine without any problems. The breakfast was fabulous, there was a variety of everything to eat, drink, coffees of all sizes, yogurts, cereals, hams, salamis, breads, eggs it had it all. The room was very spacious for 2 persons, and warm, because I was there end of winter, they also have fans pre summer travelers. Tv had lots of channels in English to watch, not only the news. The bed was firm and comfortable for my body, no issues there. I was able to sleep without interruption from any noise, in fact we were there Sunday to Wednesday and never heard the music from the nightclub. They clean rooms everyday and the place smelled good. Recommend this place a lot!

The taxi to airport was too expensive (not their taxi) but the bright side is there is a main train station just walking distance from here (15 min) and there is a public bus transport bus 409 that goes to the airport every 45 minutes. We walked at 2:30 am and got the bus at 3:07 and it’s only like 2 Euros.

I recommend. The hotel is in the very center of the old town. All the sights, shops, museums, etc. are nearby. The staff is friendly, we were greeted with welcome wine and snacks in the room. The apartment was big and clean. The extra bed, which can sleep two adults or children, was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The heating was good. The hotel is near the metro station, so we took the metro from the airport to the hotel (1.5 eur per person). The breakfast is quite decent. If you are coming with children, I recommend this hotel.

Location is wonderful, short walking distance from the must see locations. The staff were very nice and attentive. The wifi reception was good. The room was spacious. Breakfast was tasty. Overall value for money was fair and I believe we will come again

The water in the shower was not warm enough during our first night. I have contacted the receptionist and it was fixed for the rest of our stay. There is a constant bad smell in the stairs leading to the room

A very comfortable hotel in a brilliant location. Although the room was located at the rear with a poor outlook it was large, clean, comfortable & quite well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding with a large choice of hot & cold dishes. The staff were very helpful & courteous.

The staircase up to our room was gloomy & had a stale smell. It seemed like they needed a good wash & clean. Maybe also add some tall plants for ambience.

The breakfast was great. We started the day with a good breakfast. the location is amazing. You can walk anywhere in a few minutes. The bed was amazing. It was huge King size. they changed the towels every day.

Our room had wall to wall carpet. It was not vacuum cleaning. And unfortunately, our bed linen was not changed during our 5 night stay. We expected it to be changed after 3rd night.

Absolute perfect location, near everything. Martin from recepsion a good gay that its there to help with anything that you need. We will come back for sure.

The rumors from the street are a little beat unconfortable, the hotel needs new soundproof window. The bathrooms neds some fix More varity of fruit for breakfast, the possibility to extend the time of breakfast at 10:30 or 11.

The location. You’re across the Central Train Station, steps from the UBahn, bus stop and tram stop. The city tour buses are on the other side of the train station and you can buy your tickets there. The breakfast is excellent and is served until 1000. The staffs are very helpful and welcoming. I will stay again next time I visit Berlin again.

The carpet in the room probably needs to be shampooed but looks like it was vacuumed.
