The location is amazing - right next to the clock tower and great transport links in and out of the city, or cheap taxi’s/ubers too. We stayed in the smallest room but it was still big enough for us as a couple and the views were lovely from the top floor.

Due to the building being older theres alot of stairs and no lifts - we found it ok but if you were older you might struggle

Our location was great, hotel reception was very helpful and friendly, our hotel had a restaurant downstairs which offered us a 10% discount as part of our stay, it was just a short walk to the main square, great location.

Our room was on the top floor, three flights of stairs, i should have requested a room on the bottom.

We stayed in the attic room. More than adequate for a place to sleep. Few flights of stairs but what would you expect for an attic room and a location where it would not be possible to install a lift due to heritage. Fully expected this. O my mentioning this as I have seen negative comments which I feel very unfair for the hotel. What a fab place to stay! Very clean room, cleaning staff were amazing… clean beds made perfectly everyday and fresh towels everyday. Room immaculate always. As we were so far up, there was no outside noise at all even though to our surprise, directly outside the accommodation steps each day, is the most fabulous market stalls lining the street which is full of fresh fruit and various foods and also jewellery and merchandise…and the bed was so comfortable… it’s a shame to come home. Check in was fab! Nearly two hours after we were expected and very late at night but they stayed there for us and were so helpful to see us to our room. A mega bonus for this place is the Italian cuisine restaurant within the same building which serves breakfast, food all day and drinks with a discount for residents. Fab before and after a day out. Food delicious and there was an extremely helpful waiter named Azizbek who went above and beyond whilst we were there. He deserves a pay rise!! The location is second to none and so close to all of the areas we wanted to visit… Charles bridge/astronomical clock/castle quarter/wencelas square/jewish quarter etc. thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

If I had to find a negative, I would have liked some sachets of coffee, and a few more tea, sugar and milk sachets (I would have been happy to pay) as when we arrived so late, I could have done with a cuppa and there was nothing open except for a corner shop which was extortionately priced.

Excellent location. Everything you need including the main square, museums, the river, the market and more are all within a 10 minute walk. Staff were welcoming as well. Rooms basic but clean and beds/pillows were comfy. We went to restaurant downstairs (which has 10% off for guests) and the pizza was very good. And reasonable priced wine with it. Overall, hotel is excellent value for money and perfect location.

With a central location comes the city centre noise. A lot of rowdy people outside but we were there over the weekend. Bring ear plugs as they would make a big difference and the city centre location is worth it.

Very good location, right in the heart of Prague Old Town. We booked the smallest room, it was comfortable for 2 people. Our room was on the top floor, 4 floors of stairs to walk up and down (so you bettwe be prepared!) Well maintained and clean. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL!

Because of the location, you can hear the street noise, for example, bachlor/bachelorette parties, people coming back form clubs etc. But it gets quiet around 1am then you can sleep peacefully. There is no elevator, but that didnt bother us, if you're not one to climb stairs this probably isnt for you.
