Helpful staff, easy walking distance to sights, shops, metro and restaurants, very good modern bathrooms, generous breakfast. We had a maintenance issue in our first room, we were quickly and efficiently given an alternative room. This one overlooked the square and was much nicer (also quiet).

The heating system is very noisy

Location perfect, breakfast excellent, staff really nice. The rooms are a good size, large bathroom, the breakfast room is unique and amazing underground beneath the hotel. There is a cafe/restaurant outside the front of the hotel looking onto the plaza. It is only a 6 min walk to the famous clock tower, about a 7min walk from the main station, and very close to lots of restaurants and shops. Ideal location and still quiet. I will stay here again

The beds are very firm and hard, and the very large flat pillows appear soft but they are also hard and a bit lumpy. However everything else is so good, we put up with the beds

Fantastic sized room, plenty of space. It was very quiet given the busy location, which was within a minute walk of the old town. There was a really well stocked mini bar. The bathroom was large and spotless, powerful hot shower, really comfortable bed. staff were also extremely helpful, allowed our friends in and were great with recommendations. Late checkout 8 hours after the usual time was also an absolute bargain at just 20 euros!!!

Room was incredibly warm, couldn't seem to get the temperature down even with windows open and minus 12 outside. Room a little dated but absolutely fine for the value. No light switches near the bed.

We found some things under the bed from previous person, walls had a lot of marking which affected seeing it as clean and weird window position (plus the windows were not clean). Breakfast was good in variety but when we got there at 9:30 am it seemed like most things were gone and weren’t topped up like pancakes or scrabbled eggs and sometimes juices, fruits etc. And some things had to run out for a while like lack of chocolate sauce (first world problems, I know). The pictures also showed that precels are hanging from the ceiling and that’s not true.

recommend to stay for a long period of time 50m from Mustek metro station, 2 min walk to tram station, 15 min to the river and Karluv Most in the center, 10 min walk to main square and clock delicious, tasty breakfast from 7:30am till 10am attentive receptionist will help with all questions big room with view, excellent Wi-Fi, everyday cleaning, and quiet restaurant works till midnight and has large portions

The room was spotlessly clean and had a great view down Wenceslas Square, ideal for people-watching. The location was excellent, being on the boundary between the Old Town and New Town, with most of the major sights within a 5- -10 minute walk. The buffet breakfast was a great start to the day, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with any request dealt with in a professional and caring manner. An excellent stay!

Two aspects of this hotel are superb: 1) Location, right on Wencelas Square in the heart of Prague, where history was made in 1989 when a huge crowd of citizens protested the communist government, leading to its collapse. It was within walking distance, even for this elderly guest, from both the train station in one direction and the major sites, especially Old Town Square, the Jewish Quarter and the river front. It is hard to imagine a better location in this price category. 2) The breakfast was really excellent in terms of variety of choices available buffet style, served several floors below ground in the very old (but modernized facilities) in the keller that really highlighted the heritage of this historic city.

The room was rather small and the windows of our room looked out over several AC devices and surrounding buildings; obviously, some rooms have windows facing the square on two sides and may be larger.

The room was comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location. The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and there is a (pay-as-you-use) mini-fridge in the room with enough variety for most tastes. I would definitely stay there again.

Be aware that the tub has very high sides (not uncommon in Europe) which may make getting in and out tricky for some. If visiting during the hot months, you might wish to have a fan: the a/c only goes down to 18 Celsius. Those are not criticisms—we were very satisfied—just factors to consider.

Excellent location right at the "Václavské" end, close to the astrological clock and next to the old town. The hotel offers a good breakfast and also the possibility to park in the garage:

Note a little sad fact. Driving to the parking garages was difficult if you had mistakenly entered the hotel. A few minutes' walk to the parking garage, but more than ½ hour from the old town by motorbike. You couldn't drive in front of the hotel, luggage couldn't be unloaded in front, you had to carry it from the garage or a block away
